she has been home for a week since her accident and she is finding it hard to adjust
" I know sweetie but you wont have to use it for long and me and your daddy will help you"

" stop being so dramatic you wont be in it for years. and im sure he will still like you he wont care about the wheelchair"
John walked into the room while eating his sandwich

" we are talking about India's boyfriend"
John quickly turned and walked out of the room muttering about not wanting to hear about no boy
" mummy does daddy hate me because I have a boyfriend does he think im yukky now"
" no sweetie he is just finding it hard to cope with the fact that you are growing up and he does not like the thought of you with a boy"
" but im coming 10 soon and im not a baby and I like Aaron he is cute and I want daddy to be happy for me"
" he will be just give him some time to come around"
Cynthia left India watching tv and she went in search of John and she found him in his den
" john we need to talk"
" your not pregnant again are you?" he teased
" don't be so silly we need to talk about India" she said sitting next to him and she began to run her long fingers threw his hair and she felt him relax
" what's wrong"
" well you need to accept the fact that she has a boyfriend"
The mention of the word boyfriend made him tense up again and his face was full of anger
" John look at you even the word boyfriend makes you mad we all knew this time will come when she starts to grow up"
" I know but she is to young she is 9 she is still a baby and she has been threw a lot and I don't want her to go threw more heartache and this will end in her being hurt and I am not going to sit back and watch my daughter being hurt and I know he is a jerk "

" John you are reading to much into it and it is making India fell awkward she thinks you hate her"
" I don't hate her I just don't want her having a boyfriend she has plenty of time for that and now is not the time and she is to beautiful and special to be around boys"

John walked out of the room and took a walk around his garden.
Cynthia walked into the hallway and she knew that John would not listen to her so she rang Paul and hoped that he could talk some sense into him
India saw her daddy walking around in the garden and he looked troubled so she decided to go and check on him even though she found it hard to move around in her wheelchair. She managed to make her way out into the garden without hitting or breaking anything and by the time she caught up with her daddy she was exhausted
" Daddy wait on me" she shouted making John turn around
" India what are you doing out here you know you get tired easily"

" yes some people will only be nice to me because they want to get to meet you I know this daddy and I told Aaron he wont get to meet you not for a long time and maybe not at all and he was ok with that"

" sometimes but I don't mind that he talks to me about you's. he buys everything that you are in like he has your books and stuff he is such a collector of everything you do. I like we have that in common its like we both love you and I like that"
John's face grew pale and e felt sick and angry and hurt
" India some people get obsessed with me they think they know me and they think that we live just like we did in our movies that me and the boys are always together and that we live together and stuff like that they cant see past the image of the Beatles to see that me and your uncles are just normal people and some people get that obsessed with us they want everything that we have touched or everything that we have done and some people want to date our daughters to have something that belongs to us"
" daddy what do you mean im confused"
" I mean that Aaron is a Beatles fan and that is great and that I am his favourite Beatle and that's nice but he is dating you because he wants something that belongs to me and he wants to meet me"
India looked hurt and it broke John's heart that his fame was causing his princess heartache he had always tried to shield her from his fame and to not let it affect her or to let her see or be apart of the craziness of his fame"

India tried to turn in her wheelchair but the wheel got caught on a stone and the wheelchair turned over causing India to fall to the ground with a thump.
" oh my god India are you ok" john shouted kneeling down to India who was lying on the ground
" just leave me alone" she shouted still angry and her dad but she was also embarrassed
" im not going to leave you lying in the garden im not a complete monster ya know"
John picked up the wheelchair then he lent down and gently scooped up his daughter in his arms and placed her into her wheelchair
" I do love you ya know" John said sweetly
" I love you to I suppose"
John pushed her into the kitchen to where Cyn was preparing lunch
" ah glad you's two made it back in Paul is calling over I think we all need to talk India you and Paul need to talk and get back to being friends again and john you need someone to talk to so you can get used to India having a boyfriend so I hope you's are all ready to talk because we are all going to sort out our issues tonight"
