" Neil, where are you? " Neil hears Raj saying this on the phone, currently he is standing in Avni's kitchen making poha for her along with her favorite tea...He knows that tea is not good option to have in the morning but if his girl likes it then so be it, and anyway the best combination of poha is tea.
At first he is not able to understand anything in her kitchen but after some cleaning he understood,
So, he prepared this quick breakfast for her So that she does not get late for office.
And while he is giving the final touches to the breakfast he has prepared, at that very moment he gets a call from Raj who asks him where he is but Neil thinks that he is going to take a flight to Mumbai in some time so he will not tell him that he has come to meet Avni.
" I have come somewhere for some work, why what happened..." Neil asks
" Nothing has happened but I hope you remember that we have a meeting with Mr. Verma today...And how beneficial it is for us.."
" Yes, I remember, and the meeting is at 2 o'clock, I will reach office at 1 o'clock..."
" Good, And I also called to inform that I will not be able to come to office...As the doctor said yesterday, I have to take Simran to the doctor, so you will have to attend this meeting alone..." Raj says
" Ok ok, don't worry about the office...I will take care of everything, you take care of Simmi..." Neil says
" Okay then, I'll talk to you later..." Saying this he ends the call.
Here, as soon as Neil removes the phone from his ear and puts it in his pocket, Avni comes out of her room dressed in her office clothes.
As soon as she reaches there, her eyes fall on him who is in the kitchen....his back is facing her.
She stares at him intently and the first thought that comes to her mind is how hot this man is looking at this moment in his white formal shirt with folded sleeves...
she had never found him so attractive, perhaps because she had never seen him working like this in the kitchen.
She stares at him forgetting that she is getting late but her staring session is interrupted when Neil turns towards her saying
" You will get more opportunities to stare at me, but for now, have this breakfast quickly...you have very little time..." He says showing her the tray in his hand and then places it on the small breakfast table next to the kitchen.
So after hearing this from him, she gets little sad...Really she has very less time with him.... she moved towards him.
" I know I have very little time to stare at you, to spend with you...Maybe just a few minutes..." Saying this she comes closer to him and looks at him who is looking at her confused after her words.
Meanwhile, she is about to sit on the chair after saying that, but seeing this, Neil moves the chair back for her, She looks at him but then sits on the chair without saying anything...Neil sits beside her with her and says
" sorry but jaldi jaldi me main bas yehi bnaa paaya..." He says on which she sees him but soon diverts her gaze from him
" This is enough for me... You gave me this precious time of yours, that is enough for me...." She speaks while looking down, but feeling the taunt in her words and understanding the reason, he places his hand on her hand to which she looks at him.
" Samjho meri baat, main chahte hue bhi nahi ruk sakta...."
" But why, Neil, I have leave tomorrow and the day after, you go on Monday... I will not stop you but please stay....aap abhi aaye ho...maine aapse abhi kuch baate bhi nahi ki hai....pta nahi hum fir kab milenge.....main....." She is unable to say anything further when Neil silences her by placing his finger on her lips.
" Hum jald milenge, I will come again to meet you... and next time I will come on the day when you are free so that we can spend time, but I cannot stay today, understand....This won't look good..." He says because, in reality, the Mehra family may not like his stay here.
And there She looks at him at his words...somewhere she is understanding why he doesn't want to stop.
This man can never change, he did not come to her house in Mumbai when she was alone at home, so here it is a matter of another city, Maybe he doesn't want to stay because of what her family will think
" Theek hai, main samjh gyi aapki baat...." Saying this she removes his hand from hers and before Neil could understand anything, She takes her phone and calls someone and puts the phone on speaker and both of them soon hear Neela's voice.
" Haan bachcha, bolo..." Neela says after picking up her phone
" Maa, Neil is here " Neil's eyes widen and before he can stop her from saying anything, she moves her phone away from him.
" Arre waah, ye to acchi baat hai...." Neela answers in a happy tone, she is happy that her son-in-law cares so much for her daughter, that not even 4 days have passed since he went to meet her.
" Hmm, maa, I have a holiday tomorrow and the day after tomorrow, so I was telling him that he should stay here for two days, but his thinking is, don't know what you all will think about this.....So maa, now you yourself tell him na that he should stay here..." Neil is shocked to see her courage, How did this girl get so much courage that she is asking this to her mother about him, and after saying this, Avni looks at him curling her lips, on which he glare at her....and there hearing Avni words, neela speak
" bachcha, phone speaker par karna " neela says
" Maa, phone already speaker par hai, aur Neil yehi hai aur mere aisa karne par ab wo mujhe gusse se ghoor rahe hai..." Neil looks at her, what is this girl, what has happened to her, why she's behaving like this....and there they both again hear neela voice
" Neil..." neela speak
" Jii maa!!"
" sabse pehle to mujhe ye jaankar sch me khushi ho rahi hai ki tum wahaan gye Avni se milne....wo theek se to reh rahi hai...?"
On this question of Neela, Neil gives Avni a look that should I tell the truth, how lazily and carelessly you're living here?
To which Avni refuses him by shaking her head in "No" that please don't tell her anything. He smiles shooking his head
" Maa, wo theek se hai, aap chinta mat karo..." she doesn't have to face scolding from Neela, he lies, on which Neela smiles on the other side.
" Accha, agar tum keh rahe ho ab ab mujhe sch me yakeen ho gya hai ki ye ladki wahaan acche se apna khayal rakh rahi hai...." Neil smiles hearing this
" Hwww maa, mtlb aapko mujh par yakeen nahi hai...?"
" Nahi...." Neela gives a clear answer which makes Neil laugh and she glares at him.
" Aur haan, ab...Neil agar tumhe koi problem naa ho...mtlb agar tumhe yehaan koi kaam naa ho to tum wahaan ruk jao...Avni ko accha lagega..."
" Par maa, main kaise...ye accha.... He is unable to continue when Avni interrupts him.
" Maa, aapko pta hai Neil kehte hai unka koi kaam mujh se important nahi hai, to mujhe nahi lagta unhe wahaan koi kaam hoga..." On this he gives her a look that yes, tell maa everything that what things I tell you.
" Accha agar aisi baat hai to fir tum ruk jao, aur Neil is mauke ka fayda uthaao, ab main dadi to ban gyi...tum dono mujhe nani banaao " Neela says this just to tease them but on hearing these words of their mother, both of their eyes get big and Avni's face turns red and Neil looks at her on which she looks down shaking her head in order to compose herself
" Maa, aap bhi n kuch bhi bolti ho...main aapse baad me baat karti hu...."
Saying this she is about to disconnect the phone but Neela stops her and then tells Neil to stay there if he wants and they has no problem with this, rather she would feel good that at least for these two days her daughter will have someone to take care of her in that new place. And anyway, both of them are engaged now so it is not a big deal.
Both of them slightly smile at their mother's trust.
So while accepting Neela's words, Neil says ok that he will stop and then after this conversation Avni disconnects the phone saying that she'll call her later.
" To ab aap ruk rahe ho yaa fir Shweta maa se bhi permission loon ?" At this, he looks at her
" Haven't you become too courageous?"
" Ab koi darphok banega, to kisi ko to himmat dikhaani padegi...?" She says this with a tight smile, on which Neil holds her arm and pulls her gently in such a way that she gets up from her chair and comes into his lap, as both were sitting very close.
" By the way, how about maa's wish? Should we make her n..... He is unable to say anything further when she silences him by placing her finger on his lips.
" Hmm, We will think about it after I come from the office in the evening..." placing one of her hands behind his neck and placing the finger of her other hand on his lips she speaks in a coaxing voice on which he gets suprised to see her talking in the same tone as his, that too without any hesitation. Something has changed in this girl, She looks something different.
Even before she comes here, he is observing her actions which is different from her usual behavior.
But now here, before he can say anything, she speaks.
" Ab nastha kare....itni baaton me meri chai thandi ho gyi...." She pouts, to which he tells her that he make it again, to which she refuses, saying she will be late.
But Neil says that nothing like this will happen, till she finishes this poha he will make her tea and along with that he will book a cab for her, So that by the time she has breakfast, her car will be ready.
After doing all this, both of them leave for her office, because at this time both of them could not be busy in their romance.
Throughout the way, Avni keeps blabbering with her words, which Neil listens to with a smile...he was longing to hear the voice of his this talkative girl, Who talks this much only in front of him.
Soon their cab stops in front of a building and both of them come out of the car....Neil cups her face before going inside.
" Take care of yourself, I wanted to have lunch together but I know it is difficult for you to manage this, so just have your lunch on time...."
" OK aur kuch sir ?" she asks smilingly to which he smiles, Today there is a genuine smile on her face which is making her face blossom, and this smile is given by him only because of him coming here.
" No, that's all for now, the rest will be discussed in the evening which you have said, about maa's wish." She gets slightly shy at his words.
He smiles seeing her face, and how much he feels like stopping her, spending some more time with her, but it is not possible.
" Okay, now you go inside, otherwise I won't feel like leaving you, and then you will be late....so now go..." She smiles at his words and then Neil kisses her forehead.
" bye!! see you in the evening." Saying this Avni is about to go inside but both of them turn back when they hear someone's voice.
" Miss Avni, Today you are on time." Hearing this, both of them turn back and Avni sees that her boss is standing in front of her, who has probably got down from his car after seeing her who's coming inside also.

" Sir !!." Avni says to which he comes closer to her and Neil looks at him.
" Wow, I am impressed with you, finally after 4 days you have arrived exactly on time today..." On hearing this she looks at him but doesn't say anything but bites her tongue on her daily mistake, then Vidyut looks at Neil who's standing beside avni
" Neil Khanna ?" Neil looks at him confused at this
" Sir, do you know him?" Avni asks because how did she know Neil's name without telling him.
" Who does not know him, the success story of him and his business partner Raj Mehra keeps getting published in the newspapers every day." Hearing this about him and her brother, there is a proud smile on her face but due to not getting any good vibes from him, Neil says
" But I haven't heard your name anywhere...strange.." Avni's eyes widen after hearing his tone and before she can say anything, Vidyut smiles at Neil
" It's no big deal, these things happen in such a big world... By the way, you here outside my office? "
" Actually sir, Neil has come to drop me..." Avni says
" Do you know him, miss avni...?"
" Yes, of course, he is my fiance" Vidyut's eyes get big hearing this...Firstly, on the fact that she is engaged, secondly, if she is the fiancee of such a big businessman, then why leaving his company, she has come to work here? And why did she even need to work?
" You are engaged " he react shockingly on which Neil sees him
" yes, she's engaged... Didn't you see this proof earlier, Mr. ?" Saying this, he shows him their rings, entwining their fingers together.
Vidyut sees their hands entangled with each other and somewhere suddenly he gets angry on Neil but suddenly Avni's phone starts ringing, so she excuses herself and goes aside because the call is from Raj which she could not ignore.
As soon as she goes to side, Vidyut suddenly says something which increases Neil's anger which he has been feeling ever since he met him
" Well, nowadays engagements also break, you know..." He whispers But Neil hears these words and his anger increases.
" of course, rishte tutte hai...par unke jinke rishte ki niv kamjor ho...jinke rishte me pyar naa ho... And you know our relationship is very strong because there is not just love, there are many things which strengthen our relationship, Our relationship has been created by God, which will never be broken by anyone...And if anyone tries to break our relationship, I will break him."
Somewhere sensing his intention, Neil tells him this... If he had wanted, he could have broken his mouth for saying this but he knows that Avni doesn't like this thing, she doesn't like him getting angry, that is why through his words he made him understand that if he is thinking something wrong then he should stop thinking that right away.
And saying this, Neil ignores him and goes to Avni who is talking to Raj on the side...Seeing him near her, Avni bids goodbye to Raj and disconnects the call saying that she has reached office so she will talk to him later.
" Neil, now I go inside, otherwise I will be late even if I come on time..." She says
And there still standing at the same place, Vidyut looks at both of them.
Neil hears this from Avni and then looks at Vidyut and then does something which shocks him, whereas Avni's face turns red with shyness
He kisses her lips leaning towards her. He sucks her lips a little but doing it like this on the roadside makes her feel shy,
And when he separates from her and stands straight, Avni hits him on the chest, on which he chuckle slightly
" You are crazy, we are standing on the side of the road...and my boss is standing there..." she says pointing to the side with her eyes.
" so, I have kissed my fiancee, I don't think anyone will have any problem..." and on this before she tells him anything, Neil takes her in his arms.
" Now go inside, see you in the evening..." Saying this he separates from her and then kisses her forehead and then says goodbye to her coming near the gate of the building.
Giving him smile she goes inside.
And then Neil turns towards Vidyut, facing him, but feeling insulted somewhere, Vidyut sits in his car parked there and asks the driver to take the car inside the building.
Neil sees him going inside and thinks something.
