After dinner, they decided to have some family time. They went upstairs and sat on the couch.
Y/n sat comfortably between Namjoon and Jimin. They decided to have a movie night as it's been so long since they had one.
J-Hope: "So, what movie should we watch tonight?"
Jin: (excited) "Rom-com."
Taehyung: "Naah, so boring. Let's watch a horror movie."
Suga: "How about a comedy? I don't think Y/n is going to enjoy a horror movie."
Jimin: "Maybe we should ask her which one she wants to watch."
Y/n: "Oppa, let's watch a horror comedy then."
Namjoon: "Sounds perfect."
Suga: (laughing) "Okay."
They settled on a horror comedy movie and enjoyed the scary chills and laughter. You were in Namjoon's arms.
As the movie continued, after a ghost appeared, they started teasing Y/n.
J-Hope: (Turning to Y/n) "Y/n-ah, are you scared?"
Y/n: (Trying to maintain her composure, but her heart is racing) "No, oppa, I'm not scared."
Jungkook: (sarcastic) "Come on, J-Hope Hyung, she's only scared of needles, not ghosts."
Y/n: (hitting his arm) "Yaah, Oppa!"
Taehyung: (Also laughing) "Yeah, come on, Y/n-ah. Don't be such a scaredy-cat."
Suga: (Rolling his eyes) "Whatever. Just keep watching the movie."
Jimin: (Putting his arm around You) "Okay guys, pay attention to the movie."
As they continued watching the movie, the tension in the horror comedy scene started to build. Suddenly, a ghostly figure appeared on the screen, and Y/n let out a startled gasp, her eyes widening in surprise, unknowingly burying her face in Jimin's shoulder.
Jimin: (Smirking) "Y/n, are you scared?"
Y/n: (Trying to sound brave) "No, Jimin oppa, I'm not scared at all."
Taehyung: "Yeah, and look at you, the tough cookie, scared of a little ghost!"
Suga: "I thought you said you wanted a horror comedy. This is the comedy part!"
J-Hope: (Controlling laugh) "Oh, come on, Y/n! It's just a movie!"
Y/n: (Fake smile) "Yeah yeah, I'm not scared."
But just as she said that, another jump scare made her jump in her seat, and she let out an involuntary yelp, gripping onto Namjoon's arm.
Namjoon: (Chuckling) "You sure about that, baby?"
Y/n: (embarrassed) "Okay, maybe a little scared."
Suga: (Teasing) "Just a little, huh? You practically jumped out of your skin."
At one point, there's a particularly funny scene, and everyone starts laughing.
Y/n: (Laughing) "Oh my god, that was so funny, Oppa!"
J-Hope: (Still laughing) "I know, right? I can't believe they actually did that."
Jungkook: (laughing) "Yeah, that was definitely the highlight of the movie so far."
Jin: (Laughing) "I think I need to watch this movie again just to see that scene again."
Suga: (Smiling for once) "Fine, you guys win. That scene was pretty funny."
The movie continued, with everyone now playfully poking and taunting Y/n every time a spooky moment appeared on the screen. They made ghostly noises, fake screams, and even attempted to startle her when she least expected it.
Jin: "Baby, you're the best entertainment during a horror movie."
Y/n: (sarcastic) "Glad I could be of service, oppa."
Jimin: "Don't worry, princess, we'll protect you from the evil ghosts."
Taehyung: "But you have to promise not to hide your face the entire time."
J-hope: "Yeah, we want to see your reactions."
Taehyung: "Also promise not to scream louder than the movie."
Suga: "Yeah, we can't have the neighbors calling the police."
Y/n: "Okay, okay, I get it. I'll try to be quieter."
Jin: "Y/n, you should totally audition for a horror movie after this performance!"
Y/n: (Pouting) "You guys are so mean!"
But just as they started to get into the comedy aspect of the film, a well-timed jump scare got them all, and they ended up laughing uncontrollably at their own startled reactions.
J-Hope: "I can't believe we all fell for that!"
Suga: "Well, it was a perfectly timed good one though."
Namjoon: "Even Y/n is laughing now!"
Y/n: "That was a good scare."
As the movie reached its climax, they all sat on the edge of their seats, trying to predict the ending. When the credits rolled, they burst into playful applause and cheers.
Taehyung: "That was a wild ride!"
Jimin: "I can't believe that plot twist at the end!"
Namjoon: "I loved how they mixed horror and humor."
It was past 12 right now, and you started to feel tired. You yawned, and Jin noticed.
Jin: "Looks like someone is ready for bed."
Y/n: (nodded) "I'm a little sleepy, oppa."
Namjoon: (smile) "Okay, then shall we proceed to your room, brave movie-watcher?"
Y/n: "Let's go, oppa."
They helped Y/n get up and walk to her room.
Jin and Namjoon made sure she was comfortable in bed, adjusting her pillows and blankets.
Jin: (kissing her forehead)"Goodnight, Princess. Sleep well."
Namjoon: (kissing her forehead) "Sweet dreams, baby."
Y/n (smiling sleepily): "Goodnight, oppa. I love you."
Namjoon: (teasing) "And remember, there are no ghosts under your bed."
Y/n: "Ahh oppa now I'm scared."
Jin (Scolding Namjoon): "Yaah, Namjoon! Don't scare her."
Namjoon: (Nervously) "Hehe Sorry, Baby."
Y/n: (scared) "Now stay with me here, please don't leave me till I sleep."
Namjoon: (smiles) "Okay, close your eyes. I am sitting right beside you."
They both sat beside you, Jin was patting your head lightly to make you sleep and Namjoon was reading the book. As you slept, they left the room quietly after turning off the lamp.
Time skip to 3 days.
Today, your friends are going to summer camp. You went to bid Jay and Jake farewell at their house, but Jay was still sulking and ignored you. Jake waved goodbye, but he also didn't talk to you.
You stood at the doorstep, hurt by Jay's silent treatment. Glancing at Jake, he shrugged his shoulders.
Y/n: (smiling) "Have a safe trip, Jake. Keep calling."
Jake: (sarcastic) "I guess it's your life, so I shouldn't be telling you this, but take care of yourself."
Y/n: (smile fading) "Jake, why are you saying this? It's still me, your same Y/n. That day was just a misunderstanding. Let me explain, please."
Jake: (sad) "It's okay, Y/n. No need to explain. At last, who am I to judge your life?"
Jay leaned against the car, folding his arms and looking at Y/n and Jake, who were still talking. Jay's dad came and stood beside Jay.
Jay's Dad: (smiling) "So, my buddy, don't you want to say bye to Y/n?"
Jay: (cold) "No, Dad. I have nothing to say to her, and Jake is already speaking on my behalf."
Jay's Dad: (confused) "This isn't good behavior. Why are you ac... (cut off by Jay)"
Jay: (shouts) "Jake, are you coming or not? We are already late."
Jay ignored his dad's statement and shouted, which made both You and Jake flinch. You both looked towards Jay, who was still standing with cold expressions.
Jake: "Coming, coming."
You sighed and went towards Jay. He remained silent, avoiding eye contact. Jake sat inside the car.
Y/n: (nervous) "Jay, I... (cut off)"
Jake opened the door and sat inside the car without looking at you.
Y/n: (mumbled) "I am sorry."
Your voice was barely a whisper. Everyone waved them goodbye, and the car started. Jay's mom came towards you.
Jay's Mom: "Y/n, sweetheart, what happened? You seem upset, and even they both are looking tensed for a few days."
Jake's Mom: "Did you three fight again?"
Y/n: (tearing up) "Yes, but this time, it was my fault. I said something very rude to them. That's why they both are hurt and angry. I don't think they want to talk to me anymore."
Jay's Mom: (rubbing your back) "Why are you sad, Y/n? You know him; he is bad at expressing his emotions."
Jake's Mom: (smiling) "Don't worry, dear. Have you three ever been angry at each other for a long time? They will get back to normal in a few days."
Time skips to 1 week.
Today is Sunday, but due to some emergency, everyone went to the hospital. So, as always, your brothers dropped you at Jay's house for precautions.
Y/n: "Mom, what's for lunch today?"
Jay's Mom: "We have bibimbap, darling. Go wash your hands fast."
You excitedly went to wash your hands and sat at the dining table for lunch. Jay's mom was feeding you.
Y/n: "Mom, can I use your phone after lunch?"
Jay's Mom: (smiles) "Of course, darling. Why are you even asking? First, finish your lunch."
You wanted to text Jay because he was not replying to your texts. So you thought of using Jay's mom's phone to find out what's going on. You were eating quickly to text him fast.
Jay's Mom: (worried) "Y/n, eat slowly, or else you will choke."
Y/n: (curious) "Mom, have you talked with Jay recently? What are they doing there? And is he enjoying?"
Jay's Mom: (smiles) "Aigooo, slow down. How many questions are you going to ask in one breath?"
Y/n: (nervous chuckle) "I just want to know how they are and what's going on there. He's not replying to me."
Jay's Mom: (serious) "That brat. Should I scold him for you? I told him last time, still he is acting like this."
Y/n: (eyes widened) "No, Mom, don't say anything to him, please, for me. And don't tell him I asked about this."
Jay's Mom: (wiping your lips) "Okay, okay. I will keep my mouth shut. Now, no more questions, and continue chewing."
After lunch, Jay's mom was doing household chores, and you were sitting on the couch with her phone. You messaged Jay, and he replied instantly.
Y/n: (mumbles) "This monkey. When I text him, he ignores my texts, and now see he replied in a minute."
You didn't tell him you texted him from his mom's phone because if he knew then maybe again he would have ignored.
(On text with Jay)
Y/n: "Hi Jay, text me whenever you are free."
Jay: "Hey mom, what happened? Is everything fine?"
Y/n: "Everything is fine. I texted you to check on you. But how did you reply so quickly? Are you allowed to use the phone during the daytime?"
Jay: "Yes, we can use the phone anytime, and I am in my tent right now, lying on the bed."
Y/n: "Lying on bed? Are you fine?"
Jay: "Yes, I am fine. Don't worry. Today is Sunday, so we have a break. Others are playing basketball, and I was bored, so I came in my tent to take a nap."
Y/n: "How is summer camp going so far?"
Jay: "It's good. They take us rock climbing and trekking. We all are having fun, and you know, sir said they will take us to the beach today to show us the seaside."
Y/n: (upset) "To the beach, really? I guess you all are enjoying a lot there."
Jay: "Nah, it's not as exciting as I thought. Trust me, it's really boring. It would have been better if I stayed at home in my AC room instead of coming here and getting tanned for nothing."
Y/n: (cheered up) "Jinjaaa? What about Jake and others? Are they enjoying there?"
Jay: (Jealous) "They are fine, Mom. Are you my mom or theirs? And why are you asking about Jake to me? Can't you message him yourself?"
Y/n: (nervous) "Oh yes, yes, I was asking you casually. Don't get hyper now."
Jay: (doubt) "By the way, Mom, why are you acting different today?"
Y/n: (nervous) "Different? What do you mean?"
Jay: (doubt) "Nothing, Mom. I just felt. Mom, don't you remember what I told you last night? I told you we are going to the beach today. Then why were you surprised when I mentioned the beach?"
Y/n: (nervous) "Yes, I...I remember, Jay. It...it just slipped through my head. Okay then, you rest. I have to work. Bye."
Jay: "Bye, take care."
You sighed in relief because you almost got caught. You cleared the chats and went to the kitchen.
Y/n: (handing over the mobile) "Mom, here's your phone. Actually, I was texting Jay, but I didn't tell him it was me. Can you please keep it a secret?"
Jay's mom: (pinching the nose) "Of course, my troublemaker. If he is talking with you through my phone, then use it anytime."
Y/n: (hugging her tightly) "Love you, Mom. You are the best."
Jay's mom: (hugging you back) "Love you too, sweetheart."
Y/n: (pulling out of the hug) "I have to leave now. I will come tomorrow. Bye."
Jay's mom: (kissing your cheek) "Okay, go slowly. Bye."

I noticed many of you didn't liked last 2 chapters is there any specific reason for that? it's fine even if it's small reason or anything I just want you all to enjoy my book so if it's getting boring please tell me the reason so I can work upon it.
Because of my schedule I write 3 parts in advance so even if I get some emergency I can still it publish on time. Thats why people who suggest me some new ideas it takes time to come into the picture. Don't worry about other character everything will be fine I will not leave any loophole. Thank you 💜
