Much like his father and his father's father, Dr. Alaric Beaumont is the head of Panem's Health Department. After his father's passing during the war, he has put in an extra effort to maintain his family's high status. He is extremely loyal to the Capitol and firmly believes the Hunger Games are a necessity.

After meeting Alaric during her days as an Academy student and marrying him in her early twenties, Dr. Adeena Beaumont continued her studies. She completed her studies with grades so impressive she is considered one of the Capitol's smartest women. Therefore, it's no wonder she took on a job in the War Department soon after where she works directly under Dr. Volumnia Gaul.
Much like her husband, Adeena is a Capitol loyalist. Traumatized from the events of the war and what followed, she's a supporter of the Hunger Games.

Junia is the older Beaumont twin, born only ten minutes before her brother. Despite her upbringing, she often finds herself troubled with the Capitol's ideals and wishes things were different. She's an avid overthinker and stressful situations quickly make her panic. That aside, she has an extremely good memory and never forgets anything - which can be both a blessing and a curse.

Castiel may be the younger twin, however, he's always had an easier time navigating his way through situations than his sister. But despite that, he's also a troubled young man who scoffs at the idea of the Hunger Games in private. He's often annoyed with his parents for being such Capitol loyalists, knowing deep down that their beliefs are immoral. While he doesn't have his sister's memory, he's by no means less intelligent.
Also, there's a very persistent rumor that he has a lovely singing voice. He denies this vehemently.

The last addition to the Beaumont family and he makes himself known. He was born after the Dark Days, thus making him act like a bit of a spoiled brat. Due to his age and his parents' influence, he leans towards being in favor of the Hunger Games. He's a bit annoyed his siblings discourage him from watching them though. Still, there's times his siblings think he's extremely insensitive.
While he's the cause of most of Junia's and Castiel's headaches, they love their little brother and would do anything for him.
