I stare at the pictures for hours.
Looking at the three beings holding eachother.
"Jasper?"
Esme walks into the room, quietly sitting next to me.
"She's having my kids Esme..." I mumble.
She looks at the pictures in my hands and lightly touches them. "That she is."
I rub my finger over the picture, imagining a life with them.
"I messed up...I really messed up."
"You did... so I'm going to be honest with you." She grabs my face and forces me to look at her, "Willow is hurt, badly. And you are the reason...you and Alice. So you need to make it up to her."
"How?"
"Start by telling her you support her decision and will be there for her every step of the way. You have a chance to have your own family with your own biological kids, don't mess up and risk not being in their life."
She's right.
I'm pushing her further away by telling her to get rid of our kids. If I want to be in her life, I need to accept her decisions.
"Ok... ok." Esme smiles and stands up from the bed.
"By the way Jasper, they are healthy and so is Willow. All of them are safe."
They're healthy.
They're safe.
