(scene opens to Flappington where the Duke of Flappington is talking to Claw about a possible way of taking over Barkingburg)
Duke of Flappington: Claw think, there must be a way for us to take over Barkingburg!
Claw: Agreed! So you can be king and I can be a knight again!
Jean-Claude: (flies in and lands nearby before starting to pant) (squawks)
Duke of Flappington: What do you mean Flappington has invaders again?
Claw: What kind of invaders!?
Jean-Claude: (squawks)
Duke of Flappington: (shocked) What!? What do you mean there's a scorpion pup outside scavenging food!?
Claw: Hold up? Did you say scorpion pup as in Scorpio?
Jean-Claude: (squawks)
Duke of Flappington: Jean-Claude says it was a scorpion pup, but not Scorpio! He said unless Scorpio acquired new colors, then it might be someone else!
Claw: Let's go deal with that scorpion pup!
Duke of Flappington: Just remember Claw, they can sting us after our little experience from Scorpio!
Claw: Agreed!
(scene changes to the trio racing outside where they find Sparks facing off against a male scorpion pup with a blue exoskeleton)
Sparks: (roars)
Blue Scorpion Pup: (growls back and raises his stinger in self defense)
Claws: Sparks! Be careful!
Sparks: (shrugs) (prepares to stomp on the scorpion pup)
Claw Sparks, don't be foolish! Even I know, that's a terrible idea!
(Sparks stomps his foot near the scorpion pup which results in him being stung by the defensive scorpion pup)
Sparks: (winches and is paralyzed)
Duke of Flappington: (to Claw) You did warn him not to do that!
Claw: (nods) I'll try to reason with this scorpion pup! (walks over) Please halt!
Blue Scorpion Pup: (glares at Claw and raises his stinger)
Claw: (raises his paws) Wait! Could I please know what your name is, sir?
Blue Scorpion Pup: (raises an eyebrow) Name's Stinger!
Claw: Interesting name!
Stinger: Back off, we're just scavenging for possible food!
Claw: (confused) We're?
(three other scorpion pups come out of hiding)
Claw: Oh!
Duke of Flappington: How dare you invade my kingdom!
(all four scorpion pups raise their stingers ready to fight if needed)
Claw: Uhh... Duke, you sure upsetting them is a good idea? You recall our experience with Scorpio, right?
All four Scorpion Pups: (eyes widen upon hearing that)
Claw: Wait, is something wrong Stinger?
Stinger: (lowers his stinger tail) Scorpio is part of our family! (to female magenta scorpion pup) Isn't that right my beloved Prickle!
Prickle: It is true, sweetie! (to both pups) Our other son and our daughter, Wedge and Tweak are his siblings!
Claw: Does he have a green exoskeleton?
Prickle: (gasps) That's our beloved son! We lost him during a very big sandstorm!
Duke of Flappington: Well if you'd like to know where he's at, then I've discovered that he's being held prisoner by my vile wicked cousin!
Stinger: What!? (growls) Where's this evil cousin of yours!
Duke of Flappington: She's in Barkingburg, she used his power to take over my kingdom by force!
Wedge: (growls) We have to save my brother and bring down that female tyrant!
Prickle: Agreed!
Tweak: (taps her mom) Mom, a word please!
Prickle: (calmly) Something wrong my beloved daughter, Tweak?
Tweak: Could we speak in private?
Prickle: (nods understandingly) We'll be back in a minute boys!
(scene changes to just outside of Flappington where Prickle and Tweak are talking in private)
Prickle: So sweetie, what's on your mind?
Tweak: I just have a gut feeling we shouldn't trust this guy, he gives me these feelings he's the bad guy!
Prickle: Hm? Well we don't know both sides of the story, but we can agree we want to find our eldest son and your older brother too!
Tweak: (nods) I really miss Scorpio too, but we should be careful around these guys too! They've got a dragon after all! Plus that dragon tried stomping on dad!
Prickle: In their defense, they were both on the defensive!
Tweak: Do you think we could ask our other eight legged friends we bonded with if they could help in case the Duke of Flappington is lying?
Prickle: I guess there's no trouble having a way to give him comeuppance! (whistles) Widow!
(an Arachne pup climbs down from a nearby tree)
Widow: You call Prickle?
Prickle: We wanted to ask if you could do something?
Widow: Sure, what do you have in mind?
Prickle: I'm also glad we've become good friends!
Widow: (smiles) Me too! (depressed sigh) We both understand the loss of a firstborn beloved pup after a troubling moment!
Prickle: (nods understanding and hugs to comfort Widow)
Widow: (smiles) Thank you Prickle!
Prickle: Anytime Widow! So just in case the Duke of Flappington is lying to us, could your family overrun this Flappington place!
Widow: Gladly! But we'll leave the innocent bystanders out!
Prickle: (smiles and nods) Thanks buddy!
Widow: If you're able to, please keep an eye our for my baby girl Arachnia! All ten of us really miss her!
Prickle: (nods) We'll keep a lookout for Arachnia, my friend!
Widow: She's got purple eyes like me, but they're a little lighter shade of purple!
Prickle: (nods understandingly)
(Prickle and Tweak walk off as Widow climbs back into the tree to speak with her napping Arachne pup family)
(scene changes to Stinger and Wedge ready for combat while the Duke of Flappington readies his jet and Claw still waits for the Sparks paralysis to end)
(Prickle and Tweak walk over to their family)
Stinger: Honey, where were you two?
Prickle: Tweak was just talking to me about a little concern about trusting this group!
Stinger: But he knows where our son is my love!
Prickle: I know but we don't exactly know them either!
Tweak: Daddy, I was just mentioning something earlier in case we make a big mistake! (whispers about Widow's family)
Stinger: Hm? I guess that'd be okay since you have your rights to speak what's on your mind, my little girl!
Wedge: (nods) (glances back at Claw who glances back at them)
Sparks: (starts moving again)
Claw: Yes! Sparks paralysis is wearing off finally!
(scene changes to Stinger's family aboard the duke's eagle jet)
Stinger: (looks around) Quite an impressive ride!
Duke of Flappington: Why thank you Stinger! (to Jean-Claude) Jean-Claude, to Barkingburg! We've got a scorpion pup to save and an evil tyrannical cousin to defeat!
(the group flies off as the scene changes to Barkingburg where the Paw Patrol including Everest is visiting)
Princess of Barkingburg: It's great that all of you could come over for a visit!
Skye: We're happy you invited us over princess!
Everest: I'm happy to come too!
Princess of Barkingburg: (giggles) It's good seeing you again to Everest!
Rubble: (notices a slightly bigger than pup sized spider-like creature crawling toward the princess) (screams) Giant spider! (points at it)
Sweetie: (walks over with Scorpio) (annoyed) What is with the screaming?
Everest: (notices) (gasps) That's a big spider!
Mason: (walks over with Luna in her Lycan pup form) Hi pups!
Spider: Hi Everest!
Everest: (realizes) Ooh! So that's who that is! Arachnia, is that you?
(the spider is revealed to be Arachnia and crawls down and gives Everest a hug)
Everest: It's nice seeing you again, Arachnia!
Arachnia: You too, Everest!
Rubble: (pleading) Don't eat us!
Everest: (playfully) Rubble, she's an Arachne pup!
Arachnia: I'm just like other pups with a few acceptions!
Marshall: Hi Scorpio, it's been awhile!
Scorpio: You too guys!
(Claw on Sparks arrives)
Claw: Ha! You meddling Rescue Knights won't ruin our plan this time!
Princess of Barkingburg: (crosses arms) What's your plan this time Claw!
Claw: Like I'd be foolish enough to tell you that it involves... (covers mouth before he blurts out the plan)
Luna: So closer to hearing him blurt out the plan!
Claw: I won't fool myself into saying it!
Chase: We'll stop you Claw no matter what it is!
Mason: (now with Mind Reader Conch) Oh Claw, I had no idea your plan involved scorpion pups!
Claw: (shocked) What!? How'd you know that!? (shakes head) I mean our plan doesn't involve scorpion pups!
Mason: Mind Reader Conch! It helped me read your thoughts!
Claw: (facepalms) I should've stuck with the Duke of Flappington instead of going ahead! (sighs) He will be very annoyed that someone found out our plan! Sparks let's get outta here!
(both fly off)
Everest: Uh oh! (looks at Scorpio) I recall how tricky it was when they tricked you into helping them!
Scorpio: (nods understandingly)
Ryder: (to pups) No scorpion pups are too strong, no pup is too small! Rescue Knights to the castle Lookout!
(scene splits into four to show Ryder, Skye, Rocky, and Everest)
Pups: Ryder needs us!
(scene with Everest enlarges showing her beside Marshall)
Everest: Ryder needs us!
Marshall: We have to go!
(both pups prepare to run but while running Marshall steps on Scorpio's stinger tail)
Marshall: (shouts) Ouch! (suddenly paralyzes)
Everest: (gasps) Marshall!
Scorpio: (notices) Oops! Sorry, I shouldn't have let my tail stick out like that!
Everest: (nods understandingly) I know it was just an accident Scorpio, but could you help me?
Scorpio: How?
Everest: Can you set Marshall on my back so I can carry him?
Scorpio: (nods) Will do!
(scene changes to the remaining pups waiting for Everest and Marshall)
Skye: Where's Everest?
Zuma: And Marshall?
Everest's voice: Wait for us guys!
(Everest walls over with a paralyzed Marshall on her back)
Everest: Sorry about the delay guys, let's just say Marshall stepped on Scorpio's stinger!
Marshall: (unable to nod)
Everest: It's okay Marshall, I've got you!
Marshall: (blushes)
Everest: (smiles upon seeing him blush and slightly blushes herself)
Pups: (chuckles)
(castle transformation sequence and rescue knight sequence)
(scene changes to the pups in Rescue Knights gear with Marshall still on Everest's back)
Chase: Rescue Knights, ready for action, sir Ryder sir!
Ryder: (notices Marshall) (confused) Marshall?
Everest: Marshall accidentally stepped on Scorpio's stinger Ryder, so he's paralyzed at the moment! So I decided to give him a little lift!
Ryder: Very sweet of you to do that Everest!
Everest: (smiles and nods)
Marshall: (effects wear off) Hey the effects just wore off! (to Everest) Thank you for the lift, Everest!
Everest: (giggles) No problem Marshall! Are you okay?
Marshall: (checks his feet) Hm? No marks, I think I'm okay!
Everest: Scorpio is also a magic pup so that might explain why there's no mark!
Marshall: Maybe!
Ryder: Okay pups, from what Mason learned with the Mind Reader Conch he's discovered the Duke of Flappington has scorpion pups!
Pups: Oh boy!
Ryder: But lucky for us we have a better idea of handling them after our encounter with Scorpio!
Pups: (nods)
Zuma: Yeah dude, we just have to watch out for their stingers!
Ryder: All Rescue Knights are on a roll!
Pups: (howling)
(Rescue Knight deployment sequences for Everest and Skye)
(scene changes to the Princess waving goodbye while Scorpio, Arachnia, Luna, and Mason are by her side)
Princess of Barkingburg: Good luck Rescue Knights!
(Tweak emerges from the nearby bushes noticing the group)
Tweak: (in head) (unsure) I'm not very sure about this plan?
(Luna's ears twitch)
Princess of Barkingburg: I do hope the Rescue Knights can convince those scorpion pups that my cousin and Claw are the real troublemakers!
Mason: Same!
(Tweak regrettably launches her stinger toward the Princess of Barkingburg)
Luna: (leaps over and grabs the stinger tail with her mouth before it can hit the princess)
Tweak: (pulled out of the bushes by Luna) (surprised) Yipe!
Others: (surprised) (looks back)
Princess of Barkingburg: (gasps) Another scorpion pup!
Tweak: Stand back, I won't let you hurt me!
Princess of Barkingburg: Why would we hurt you?
Tweak: I was told that you were holding my brother Scorpio prisoner and used him to take the Duke of Flappington's kingdom of Barkingburg!
Princess of Barkingburg: Hold on, did you say brother?
Tweak: (nods) Scorpio is my oldest brother!
Scorpio: (walks over) (looks closer) Tweak?
Tweak: (looks closer at him) (surprised gasps) Scorpio, it is you!
Mason: (calmly) Luna, please release her stinger!
Luna: (nods) (gently releases Tweak's stinger)
Tweak: Thank you!
Luna: Just protecting a friend, nothing personal!
Tweak: (nods) I understand! (tearfully hugs Scorpio) Brother!
Scorpio: I never expected us to see each other again after I got separated from the family, but to be honest I always hoped we would see each other again!
Tweak: (nuzzles Scorpio) Me too brother, me too!
Princess of Barkingburg: Do you mind explaining about the other scorpion pups?
Tweak: They're the rest of our family!
Scorpio: Hold on, do you mean mom, dad, and our brother, sis?
Tweak: (nods) So you're the good guys?
Princess of Barkingburg: I promise you dear! (pets Tweak)
Tweak: (smiles upon being pet) We'd better get to dad, you know how stubborn he can be at times!
Scorpio: Been awhile, but you're right!
(scene changes to the Duke of Flappington, Claw, and the Scorpion pups confronting the Rescue Knights)
Duke of Flappington: You can't stop us from defeating the evil princess!
Ryder: Scorpion pups he's tricking you!
Prickle: (unsure) Um?
Stinger: She's holding my son Scorpio, prisoner!
Tweak's voice: Daddy, we've been duped!
(Tweak and Luna lead everyone from outside the castle to the group)
Stinger: Tweak!? (looks to see Scorpio beside her) (surprised) Son!?
Scorpio: Dad!
Tweak: While I was set for an ambush strike, they told me the truth!
Claw: Oh come on, we've failed before we could do anything!
Wedge: So Tweak was right to listen to her gut!
Duke of Flappington: You pesky scorpion pups are smarter than you look!
Stinger: (glares at the Duke of Flappington) You tricked us!
Prickle: (upset) Yeah!
Scorpio: Might I suggest stinging them, family?
Scorpio's Family: Yeah! (raises their stingers)
Princess of Barkingburg: So cousin, what will it be? (crosses arms) Leave Barkingburg peacefully or should the scorpion pups have a chance to sting your naughty group?
Duke of Flappington: (nervously) (shouts) Retreat!
Claw: I'm not going back empty handed! (barks) Pincers! Sparks, we need a diversion!
Sparks: (roars then breathes fire)
Everyone: (shouts) Lookout!
(Everest is snatched by Claw during the distraction)
Everest: (surprised) Yipe!
(the group looks to find Claw kidnapping Everest)
Everest: Let go of me!
Claw: No! Ha ha you're coming back with us!
Everest: (worried shouts) Ryder, pups, help!
Pups: (worried shouts) Everest!
Marshall: (worried) Ryder we have to save Everest!
Ryder: We will Marshall!
Prickle: I should mention something else!
Ryder: What is it girl?
Prickle: I'm Prickle, Scorpio's mom!
Scorpio: (hugs Prickle) I've missed you mom!
Skye: What's wrong Prickle!?
Prickle: (looks at Arachnia) Arachnia, right?
Arachnia: (surprised) You know me?
Prickle: (nods) Your mom Widow misses you!
Arachnia: (eyes widen) Widow, mom! (surprised) You know my mom!?
Prickle: We met a few years ago, our family really bonded! We were very understanding since we both lost our eldest pup! Scorpio for us, you for her! Both our family stuck together in our travels!
Chase: Hold on, what's this have to do with Arachnia's family?
Prickle: Tweak and I spoke with them about something in case the Duke of Flappington betrayed us!
Marshall: Pardon me, but how many are there?
Arachnia: I have a mom, dad, and eight younger siblings!
Pups: (surprised) Whoa!
Arachnia: My family is kinda big, I can admit that!
(Scorpio and his family are hugging upon being reunited)
Ryder: Pups, our mission has changed!
Pups: Yeah!
Mason: Looks like the next stop is Flappington!
Princess of Barkingburg: Ryder, I'd like to come too!
Ryder: Princess you cousin is quite troublesome!
Princess of Barkingburg: I know, but Everest needs help! (to Mason) Mason, do you still have the Silver Manta Ray?
Mason: I've got an unlimited supply! (pulls one out of his satchel)
Princess of Barkingburg: (nods) Good to know!
Stinger: Our family would like to help, after our little misunderstanding!
Scorpio: (smiles) It's great being back together dad!
Stinger: (smiles) It sure is son!
Ryder: We appreciate the extra help guys!
Scorpio's family: (nods with respect)
Princess of Barkingburg: (to Sweetie who's watching from nearby) Sweetie you're in charge just until I get back!
Sweetie: (quietly cheers) Yes! I'll do my best princess!
Ryder: (concerned) Um princess?
Princess of Barkingburg: I know it's not the best choice, but Sweetie does know a little about ruling! (quietly) Plus if she tries anything naughty a punishment will follow!
Ryder: (nods) Okay guys, let's head to Flappington to save our teammate!
(scene changes to show Everest now in a big bird cage aboard the Duke of Flappington's eagle jet)
Duke of Flappington: Looks like Claw decided to bring back a trophy!
Everest: (shocked gasps)
Duke of Flappington: Do calm down pup, I wasn't referring to what your thinking! Besides, my cousin would be extremely upset if I did something like that!
Everest: (relieved sigh)
Duke of Flappington: But you are going to be our prisoner!
Everest: My friends won't give up until I'm safe!
Duke of Flappington: They have no chance against me in Flappington!
Everest: We'll just see about that! (in head) Please find and save me guys!
(Duke of Flappington's group heads back to Flappington not knowing what awaits them as everything slowly fades to black)
