This poem was written in 2nd person perspective of my own situation hence the use of the "you". This isn't directed towards anyone!

You can tell yourself you didn't deserve it
But that voice keeps repeating it
Making you feel it again
The flashbacks start as if it's happening all over again
Your hands are trembling
You're unable to breath
"I didn't deserve it", you whisper
But the voice denies it
You're laying on the floor
Tears spilling, you repeat again and again
"I didn't deserve it"
But the voice it denies it,
Reminds you
Makes you feel it
You can't breath, it all hurts
"I didn't deserve it?"
