The fire had spread everywhere and I was trapped in there feeling the smoke fill my lungs
"Damon! Stefan!"
"Tara" I heard at the doorway and it was Stefan
"I'm trapped Stefan, I can't come out"
I started coughing and held my hand on the mouth
Stefan looked around trying to see a way for me to escape
"okay....come closer"
I walked so close I could to him and he took my hand as he later pulled me out to him.
I sighed as I came out "thanks".
We walked and was about to go in "Stefan actually, I think I'm gonna drive home"
"you sure?"
"Yes, he will probably burn the whole cabin down" I joked
Stefan smiled softly "okay"
He walked in and I turned around to get to my car.
I heard something behind me so I turned around fast, but nothing there.
I heard someone start to say things on Latin beside me and it felt like my brain was burning.
I made faces and growled of how my whole brain was burning, I felt how I more and more were fading away.
"I'm sorry Tara Petrova but you're Katerina's sister"
I tried my best to yell "Stefan help!"
"Oh really Tara, scream for help...so helpless and pathetic".
I recognized the voice and then it got me
"Vanessa?"
"So you do remember me? Now but not for long"
my brain collapsed and the last thing I saw was Stefan running to me but it felt like slow motion.
Everything got blurry and I felt how I collapsed.
Stefan's perspective
I ran so fast I could to Tara and when I did, the witch disappeared
I catch Tara in time before she touched the ground.
I held her in my trembling arms and put my hand on her cheek trying to wake her up
"No...Tara...Tara...please...just wake...up" tears ran down my sad face
it felt like it was my fault, I could've saved her, I could have been there for her but...I wasn't.
"Damon!" I screamed stressed
Damon and Caroline came out and saw Tara in my arms.
Caroline started to cry putting her hand on her eyes and Damon didn't believe she was dead.
"We need to go home, she's not really dead yet" i said
they both nodded and I lay her in the backseat in my car.
We all drive back home to my house.
We arrived and I take her up and walks in to lay her on the couch.
Me, Caroline, Damon and Elena was there with her.
"Stefan what happened?" Caroline asked
"it was a witch and she disappeared when I ran to her"
"what are we gonna do?" Damon asked with his serious look
"I don't know I'll call Klaus"
"wait no"
"Damon, he may may know who wants to hurt Tara".
I called Klaus and walked into another room.
"Hey Stefan. Been a long time"
"Klaus we need your help"
"a wolf bite?"
"No it's Tara"
"what happened?" His voice sounded worried
"a witch did some kind of spell on her and she doesn't wake up"
"where are you?"
"I'm home but you don't have to co-" "too late for that"
he hung up and the door opened.
I walked to the living room and Klaus came in and looked at Tara.
"Do you know what's wrong?" Care asked
"no...i..don't" he had a sad face and sat beside Tara.
Out of nowhere she was crying blood but still had closed eyes.
"Tara wake up" Klaus said as he held her head.
A tear ran down his chin and he got up and walked away.
"Klaus where are you going?" I asked
"she's probably dead...Stefan. I don't wanna be here when she won't wake up again"
"No she can't be dead" Damon said as he walked fast to Tara and took her hand.
Suddenly she woke up in panic.
I smiled "you're okay".
Tara's perspective
I woke up with blood on my face and I was feeling afraid of what had just happened to me.
"Tara what's wrong?" A man who had blue eyes asked and he was sitting with me.
"Am I safe?" I asked the people
"yes Tara, why wouldn't you?" A man with green eyes said worried
I smiled standing up and saw the man that destroyed my whole life, Klaus.
My face changed so fast
"Tara you okay?" He asked walking a little closer
"Please let me go"
Klaus looked at me with a confused face.
"Tara what's wrong?" A blonde girl asked
"please let me go,...am I dead?"
"You're not dead. What happened?"
"Klaus please don't kill me"
everyone looked confused at me and Klaus as I got tears in my eyes.
"I won't kill you love. Why would you think that?"
"Because you killed my whole family and you haven't killed me yet. Don't touch my sister please"
"Tara listen y-"
I cut the man with green eyes off "how do you know my name? I don't know any of you except Klaus"
"what?" The man with black hair said.
"If you're gonna kill me, do it"
"Tara nobody's gonna kill someone" Klaus said as he walked even closer
"really? Nobody will die?! You just killed my family!"
"What do you mean with that I just did it?"
"I saw my family dead and then I ran out, I got hurt and you found me, gave me your blood and now I'm here".
"So who are you people?"
The one with green eyes said "I'm Stefan Salvatore" the one with black hair said "I'm Damon Salvatore, Stefan's brother" the blonde girl said "I'm Caroline Forbes".
As we all stood there a girl said "I got some blood if Tara would want"
I looked behind me and I saw Katerina.
"Katerina? You need to keep run"
she looked confused at me and I walked closer.
"Katerina run, Klaus is gonna kill you" I said afraid,
"I'm- I'm not Katherine"
"what are you talking about? You look like her, your voice and everything"
"I'm her doppelgänger Elena, we look like each other and have the same voice but we're different people"
"you also need to run he's gonna kill you".
Elena walked past me to Stefan "what's happening?"
"I don't know. It's like she's living in the past".
Klaus made his way to me
"please kill me"
"no love, I wouldn't kill you"
"you destroyed my whole life" I cried more and Klaus actually looked sad
"I know. I feel guilt and I regret every time I've hurt you"
"it's too late, you took away EVERYTHING from me"
"I killed your family and now I got to live with regret"
"and I get to live with loneliness, you have Elijah and probably more people"
"you know you have Elijah"
"no he betrayed me like you did, I was in love with him like out of hand in love and he was gonna kill my sister behind my back"
"don't blame Elijah, blame me".
Everyone in the room looked at me sad and at Klaus.
"You always gonna be this monster and you will never change. You will always be YOU and YOU is the monster, the psychopath and the murderer!"
"I know. I will never change" Klaus looked sad and more angry as he walked to the door.
"Klaus where are you going?"
"Stefan she's gone and I will never get her back" he got out and slammed the door.
It got quiet until Stefan walked to me "Tara you're not alone you have us too"
"I don't know you or them"
"what year is it?"
"It's the 1400s" i said curious of why he asked
"that's why you don't know us"
"what do you mean?"
"You have lost almost every memory of your life and the year is not the 1400s it's the 2000s"
"what?"
"I'm sorry but we'll make new memories".
"But it's not possible I've lived that long"
"you're an hybrid"
"hybrid? So Klaus killed her?"
"She's dead but he didn't kill her".
I looked at the door talking to myself "Klaus, held his promise"
"so you're not afraid anymore?" Caroline asked
"Before I was afraid,...I liked Klaus but not now"
"you did?"
"He was kind and I still feel like he wasn't born evil, his father made him"
"so you will just forgive him?"
"No I will never forget or forgive".
Out of nowhere I started to feel dizzy and was taking some steps and then I lost my balance, I waited for my body to hit the floor but it never did because Damon had catch me
"I think you need to lay down" he put me down on the couch.
I looked at his eyes and he looked at mine.
"Tara you okay?" Damon asked
I nodded and Stefan walked upstairs.
He came down with my diary
"here, I thought you maybe wanna know about your life and everything that happened to you".
I took it slowly from his heads and started to read and it took hours and hours and hours to read my 617 years life.
They all waited patiently for me to read it.
When I finally was done i lay it on the table and had so much emotions for reading it.
"I guess you don't look at any of us like before" Damon said as he took a sip of his bourbon
"No I don't. Damon you killed one of my friends and Stefan's friend, Lexi. On his birthday"
"you hate me again. Good"
"I don't hate you I don't know you but think of not even remember anything. I don't know what to think of everyone except Klaus and Elijah"
"Did you read about you and this hybr-?"
"Yes Damon...I did and Caroline. I just can't really believe it"
"it was your sister who told Tyler about Caroline"
"I don't get anything, Katerina turned out to be evil"
"I know but do you wanna tell us some secrets you've written" Damon said smirking
"well why not, you are a douche bag for taking your brothers girl".
He took a sip of his drink and got a pissed face and I smiled.
"You think the same as her?" Damon asked Caroline
"a little"
"but I think Stefan has eyes for someone else now" I said
"what...did you write in your diary?" Stefan asked
"come on it's so obvious"
"what's obvious?"
"You'll find out".
I was thinking of him and Caroline, their friendship is like not just friends they're totally into each other.
Later I made my way to get a blood bag and sat down on the couch again.
I started drink and everything just came out again. Nobody sat there at that time but I stood up and ran out because it felt like I couldn't breathe.
Suddenly my body stopped and I started bleeding on my neck and I felt weak.
I felt someones hand on my back and my ears started ringing so I couldn't hear what the person said or see the person because I just saw blurry.
The blood ran down everywhere on my clothes and all my memories started coming back and it was like I got videos in my mind for every moment.
