As we hugged I heard "am I interrupting something?"
I backed off from Klaus
"Caroline hi"
"I didn't know you would be here"
"I'll go" Klaus said and I nodded as he past my eyes
"Caroline I'm back"
"back? Back from what?"
"My humanity it's back"
Caroline got a big smile on her face and so did I
"that's amazing" she came closer to hug me.
"I'm sorry Care for everything I've said"
"it's okay"
"I didn't mean that"
we stopped hugging
"should we go"
"yea".
We went with each other until we were going different ways, as I was on my way to Stefan's and Damon's my phone vibrated so I took it up to see what it was.
It was Damon who sent a photo of Jeremy kidnapped so I immediately called Stefan
"hey you got it too?"
"Yea, I just wonder something"
"what?"
"Why do you care?"
"My humanity is back Stefan"
"good" I heard in his voice he was smiling
"but back to Jeremy being kidnapped, what are we going to do?"
"We have to stop him and Enzo"
"Enzo? He's with Enzo?"
"Yea they killed Aaron remember"
"oh right. I don't get why Enzo got like this. He was so sweet and now he's all changed"
"yea I don't know I've never met him before"
"where are you?"
"At the party but meet us at the place they are at"
"okay" I hung up and made my way to them so fast I could.
When I arrived I saw Stefan and Elena already was there and Stefan was holding Enzo against the wall and Elena was with Jeremy who was laying on the floor unconscious.
"Enzo why are you doing this?" I asked
"me and Damon just wanted a witch"
"and you couldn't be nice?"
"Oh I see what's going on here. Your humanity is back"
"you're right. What happened with you Enzo? You used to be so sweet and now you've changed"
"don't we all change"
"yes but you changed in a bad way".
Elena then made Jeremy wake up and Stefan let's Enzo go as Damon also came and he looked really angry.
When he was about to go out Stefan said "hey Damon. Don't bother coming back"
"I wasn't planning on it" Damon made his way out to Enzo.
As I was standing there my phone started ringing so I took it up from my pocket and saw it was a number I didn't know so I got a confused look at my face but answered anyways
"who's this?"
"Nadia"
"Nadia? Why are you calling me?"
When I said that, i saw Elena was looking wierd and confused at me
"I thought we could meet at mystic grill and talk"
"sure when?"
"Now"
"okay i be there soon"
She hung up and I still had a confused look on my face. I was going out
"wait. You and Nadia are like friends now?" Elena asked
I turned around
"no, I don't know how she got my number"
"so she just called you?"
"Yea. Is something wrong?"
"No"
"you're just acting little wierd with all those questions"
I made my way to mystic grill and in the dark. I came into mystic grill and saw Nadia sitting at a table looking around, I walked up to the table and sat down across from her.
"So what did you want to talk about?"
"Hi to you too. Well it's about Katherine"
"we really have to talk about my sister who died"
"she was my mother"
"I know. Fine, what about her?"
"Maybe stories and things about her"
"she's a liar, she manipulates. She betrays and she'll do anything to survive".
"that sounds like-"
"a really bad person? Yea she was"
"so why do you miss her?"
I smile to hold back the tears
"she's my sister, my twin and the only family I had left. Even though all those bad things she did....I will still love her and miss her. At the same time I hate her"
she looked at me with sad eyes
"is that all you wanted to know?" I asked
I felt the pain in my throat, it was one of the worst pain I felt and I've gone through a lot but that pain just shows how much I really love her.
"thanks. I just wanted to know some things, I didn't get to know her so much before she died"
I nodded and when I was going out I saw Elena
"hey what are you doing here?"
"I'm going to meet Caroline here"
"really....ELENA, so you won't meet someone else?"
"No...who else would I meet" she swallowed nervously
"Bye Kath" I said quietly as I walked out and I saw she looked worried.
Some days later I was with Tyler and Caroline and we talked in Tyler's house Matt is the owner for when Matt came in
"Matt?"
"Caroline and Tara what are you doing here?"
"Kind of wondering the same thing. Where the hell have you been?" Tyler said angrily
Nadia came in
"did I give you my sunglasses?" She then she looked up at us "I thought you said they wouldn't be home"
"okay. Rewind start over. This whole time you've been with Nadia?" Caroline asked
"It's a long story. Nadia come in".
Matt walked over to a table and filled up a glass of bourbon talking at the same time
"I was on my way out of town, and there she was, sitting on the front steps. Waiting for me"
"subtlety's not my strong suit, I felt bad about compelling him and bad about snapping your neck. Again, subtlety" Nadia said as she looked at Tyler and he nodded
"so why haven't you answered your phone?" Ty asked Matt
"I lost it the first night"
"first night where?" Caroline asked
"Atlantic city, I'd never been there. Neither had Matt" Nadia said fast
"one drink led to three, then to five. Rest is kind of blur"
"yeah because she's compelling you"
"Caroline I'm wearing vervain. She's not compelling me" he said showing his bracelet.
Caroline stood up and tried to compel Matt
"where have you been the last two days?"
"She's not compelling me. We're having fun"
"fun. Just like the time she buried you alive. Pop open champagne"
"I thought you said she'd be cool with us hanging out" Nadia said as she looked at Matt
"and what the hell is that supposed to mean?"
Nadia stood up "it means you've done nothing but judge Matt since he walked through that door. When everyone here knows you're not winning friends with your romantic choices. Isn't that right Tyler?"
I got really confused "what romantic choice?"
Nadia looked at me "you don't know?...She slept with Klaus. Like you did"
I had a surprised face looking away
As I didn't care I still felt a little jealousy rushing in even if what we had was like a three time thing but I just....I don't know how I am supposed to feel.
"you don't have to be mean for that Nadia besides Is this your plan?"
"What?"
"I know something is wierd and you're hiding something. I don't trust you" "you don't trust your own niece?"
"No I don't. You're like Katherine. Wait right she's your mother how ironic?"
"I don't wanna be a part of this" Tyler said and walked away, Caroline walked after him.
"You're not gonna follow your friends?" Nadia asked
"no I rather go somewhere else. Just one more thing before I go. Don't mess with me or my friends because you know...one bite and you'll die"
I walked out and later to the Salvatore's
I saw Caroline and Stefan, They were standing by the fireplace.
When I came closer I heard "Matt were trying to message something"
she gave the phone to Stefan
"help k" Stefan said.
I walked to them "so who is k?"
Stefan turned his head to me "I don't but Elena's acting strange"
I sat down with them on the couch
"what strange is she doing to you?" I asked
"She kissed me"
"excuse me? Caroline said shocked
"my car broke down so we got a hotel room so she could shower and-"
"woow wait you guys got a hotel room? With a shower?" Caroline said
"but it wasn't like that. I stopped it. I couldn't do that to Damon"
"yeah but she could. I just don't get it. She knows that would destroy him" Caroline said
"that what i mean she like given up on Damon and he thinks that she was trying to get me to kill him tonight"
"what?" I said
"no. I mean she may be mad at Damon but she would never want him dead" Caroline said
"unless...Matt texted you help K before Nadia stopped him" Stefan said
"she never died do she? K as Katherine" I said
"exactly and when Katherine was dying...Nadia figured out a way to put Katherine's spirit inside Nadia's body"
"yeah but that didn't happen because Katherine had a change of heart"
Stefan got a look on his face
"no, no you don't think that. It's impossible. We would've noticed. It's Elena. We know her" Caroline said
"I think it's possible she's been acting wierd since Katherine's death" I said
"oh my god" Caroline said.
Later we had taken Nadia to the Salvatore mansion who had been bitten.
We had taken her to lure Katherine to us.
They were going to kill her tonight with the sword that kills a passenger
I felt how I really didn't wanted to do this. I love her too much to even be on the plan of killing her but it's not fair for Elena so...we have to.
Stefan called her from Nadia's phone and told her that we have Nadia and knows she's Katherine and not Elena.
Bonnie sat with Nadia as the door opened.
"I'm here to see my daughter" Katherine walked past everyone and sat down with Nadia.
"Nadia"
"you came back for me"
"I won't leave you again"
as Katherine said I had a very sad face.
"did you find a way to save me?"
"Klaus blood would've saved you. if I'd ask for it"
"you would have outed yourself"
"but you would have been alive. And now it's too late"
Nadia moved her body and got more pain
"my mothers name is Katherine. I'm looking for her"
"you found me. Nadia I'm right here"

Nadia's body got covered in grey veins and Katherine were still sitting with her body and i cried as I saw Nadia as a ghost standing and looking at her body.
I looked at Nadia and made a little wave so nobody would see and Nadia cried as she waved back.
Bonnie walked to stand in front of her and she took her hand
Nadia stood and looked at Katherine for a while but then she walked through Bonnie.
Bonnie held on her stomach and bent down as she moaned of the pain.
Kath lays an blanket over Nadia's body and turns around to us.
"So this is it"
she ran to the door and opened but there Damon stood so she couldn't escape
"hello Katherine you didn't think I'd miss this. Did you?"
He came in and closed the door behind him.
Katherine chuckled "so who's got the knife? Which one of you is gonna get to kill the elusive Katherine Pierce once and for all? What? Suddenly everyone's speechless? When I was on my deathbed you all had plenty to say"
she came closer to us who was standing In a lump.
"Is it you? Tyler? Because I triggered the werewolf curse? Given you an identity and made you matter?"
"You've done nothing for me"
"oh please Tyler. If I hadn't walked into your life. You'd just be a wasted nobody with a boozy mom and a temper problem"
Tyler got mad so Caroline grabbed him
"don't. Don't" she said quiet to make him calm down
"and you. I'm not worried about you offing me because we both know I made you better by making you a vampire"
Caroline rolled her head "goodbye Katherine"
"bye bye Caroline"
she walked over to Matt "the one girl over here who actually appreciates how beautiful you are. You'd wouldn't stab me in the heart, would you Matty blue? No I don't think so, you will definitely go down as the best night I never had. Oh well"
"oh well".
Katherine made her way to Jeremy
"well little Gilbert it was nice to have a brother for a second there. When you weren't being so damn annoying"
she turned around "bonbon no need for goodbyes I'll see you on the flip side".
She past Bonnie and then she stood still
"Damon, oh wow you would love nothing more than to drive that blade through me"
"we've already done this kitty kat. I've said all I needed to say"
"I know but I never got to say what I needed to say to you. I'm sorry. You blame me for who you are. And I'm sorry, I'm sorry that I turned you. She turned around and our eyes met
"Tara" she looked sad

Katherine smiled "do you have the knife?"

"you don't? I think of everyone...you should stab me. But I have to say some things, I love you Tara and I'm sorry for lying about my death. I remember when we were kids, I miss that time when everything was just normal and we had a family, when we we're just innocent kids"
I felt how the tears slowly went down my cheek
"Kath, after everything we been through I still love you and I will always do"

I looked down and felt the pain in throat for holding it back.
"It's going to be okay, you're going to be fine. Just remember all the hate you have and tell me how much you hate me"
I looked up at Katherine's dark eyes actually seeing pain in them
"I hate you for leaving me and only think about yourself and for making me think you were dead more than once"
"I know"
"so tell me what do you hate? About me. If this is our last moment together I don't want you to say good things"
"I hate that you got friends with my enemy or even more. You slept with him and that you never are on my side"
"it's just one thing I don't get. You hate I'm friends with Klaus but if I wouldn't be Katherine, I've would've been dead at seventeen and you would've came home to our cottage and see our father with a sword in his stomach and our mother on the bed with blood on her neck. And also me somewhere probably with blood all over me"
"I get that but he was trying to kill me and you was with him"
"Katherine he just pops up out of nowhere and I was afraid until he showed me his sweet side"
"Klaus a sweet side?. Well still you were with him even though you knew what he'd done"
"Katherine all this talk about Klaus! He was there when I needed help? Not you, Klaus...and when I wanted to talk to someone...not you...Klaus"
I started to feel how I got mad.
"Well nobody was there when I needed someone!"
"Because everyone thought you were dead!"
"Now it's not fake for once"
"No and you know what's upsets me? That I hate and love you...so I can't let go Katherine, you're my sister, my twin and my only family left!"
"Elena is a Petrova so you're not alone"

"no but she's a Petrova doppelgänger".
It got quite and I looked at Katherine sad
"you need to let go Tar"
I nodded "goodbye Kath"
we both smiled as we had tears in our eyes.
Katherine wiped away the tears and turned around
"Stefan, you know I always wondered what it would be like to be loved by you. You've got to admit, for that one fleeting moment your feelings were real. This has truly been the role of a lifetime. Stefan I love you. I've always loved you"
she leaned forward to Stefan and kissed him as Stefan stabbed her in the stomach and she breathed loudly and held around Stefan
"then I guess this is how our love story ends" she says weakly.
Katherine fell and backed backwards and sat by Nadia as she looked at us
she closed her eyes and when she opened them they were black and that's when I felt her death.
I bent down and held around myself
I was extremely in pain this time.
Damon bent down to me "come here"
he walked with me so I could sit down on the couch and he sat next to me
"is it gone?"
"Not..yet" I said in pain.
