As I was driving my phone called nonstop, I came home and saw it was Klaus so instead of calling back I made it to his house and as soon as I got in I yelled.
"Klaus, Klaus! Hello"
"Tara" I heard quietly
I walked into the living room and saw Klaus shirtless with blood on his back and he looked hurt.
"Klaus, what have happened to you?"
"Don't go near me,...Silas!"
"Silas? What are you talking about?"
He looked confused as he said "Tara?.....is it really you?"
"Yes Klaus it's me"
"please help me, Silas stabbed me in the back and I feel like a piece is still in me".
I came closer to Klaus and looked at the wound.
I was trying to get it out but i couldn't and Klaus got angry because it was hurting him.
After a while I could still see nothing in there.
"I can't find anything"
"but I feel the piece in there"
"what am I supposed to do then?"
"Just help me!"
"I'm trying!"
Klaus started to get angry and I gave up.
"Help me!" Klaus screamed
"I can't help you" I said as I turned around and started go.
Klaus was standing right in front of me and said "don't turn your back at me!"
"I should have turned my back ages ago!".
We both stared at each other
Klaus got calm and said "the pain- the pain is gone, you helped me get rid of the pain".
I smiled and Klaus said "I'm sorry I yelled at you, love"
"it's okay"
Klaus hugged me, as we hugged my phone started ringing so I backed off and saw it was Stefan.
"Klaus I need to go, it's about Katherine I guess"
Klaus nodded and I got out as I picked up.
"Hi Stefan"
"hey can you come to New York"
"now?"
"Yes"
"I be there".
I sat down in my car and put on some nice music as I drove. When I finally arrived in New York I looked at the location Stefan sent me and they were sitting in an cafe.
I walked in and got to their table and sat down next to Stefan so I sat in front of Katherine.
"Hi Kath"
"hi Tar"
I looked down at her hand "so why do you have a fork in your hand?"
"Ask blondie" Katherine said as she looked at Rebekah.
"so where's Elena?
"She's meeting someone called Em" Damon said
I looked at Katherine and I had a thought about who it could be.
"Do you know who Em is" Stefan asked
"no I don't" I said.
"So let me get this straight., I tell you where Elena is. You shove the cure down her throat then I end up in a box, right. I don't think so" Rebekah said
Katherine smiled and Damon noticed "what about you over there, smiley? Do you know where she is"
"I can give you a hint, start by looking at the town morgue. She's probably dead...she went to meet a friend of mine, you may know him, an original brother, impeccable taste?"
"Elijah?" Rebekah said
"Elijah's here?" Damon said
"It probably took him about 10 seconds to realize that wasn't me. At which point he probably yanked her heart right out of her chest"
"all right where are they?..... Rebekah you do realize if something's happened to Elena you have no chance of finding the cure, right?" Stefan said
"fine, they were supposed to meet at the gazebo by the park"
"I'll go talk to Elijah" Stefan said as he was about to stand up
"you deal with Elijah, Katherine will take us to the cure"
"no she won't....the cure is the one chance to win my freedom back from Klaus" Katherine said
"you gonna broker a deal with Klaus?" Damon asked
"No, she's gonna get Elijah to broker a deal for her, that's why you need your little friend. Isn't it? Some things never change Katherine" Stefan said
"nope" Damon said
"fine, move you have to follow me" she said to Rebekah sitting in the way.
We followed Katherine to a house and we got in.
She got to a bookshelf and threw a book to the ground and said
"it's gone, the cure it was in the safe. But it's not there"
"not falling for it. Where is it auntie Katherine?" Damon says
"I swear it was in the safe" Kath said
"just like Elijah your boyfriend and this is really your life? For all we know, this isn't your house" Rebekah said.
"Doesn't look like the Katherine I know" Damon said
"maybe you don't know Katherine at all, did it ever occur to you that you have no idea who I really am?"
"Did it ever occur to you that you're not that deep? This whole small town girl thing, we all know it's an act" Damon said
"where is the cure?" Rebekah asked and then she ran to Katherine
Damon said "hang on, we need her alive if the cures not here, you check upstairs and me and Tara checks down here".
Me and Damon looked around and tried to find it. Damon then took down his hand in the tank and it was filled with vervain in it so I grabbed a fishing net
"here take this" as Damon was going to take up the cure Katherine pushed down his face in the tank
I tried to push her away but she took a box that was in the water and was about to run out but Rebekah stopped her
"give it to me or you're dead"
"you're gonna kill me anyway. What's more important my death or the cure"
Katherine threw it behind her and Rebekah took the cure as Katherine ran out.
Rebekah opened the cure and she drank as Stefan came in and yelled "no!".
She drank it and then fell to the couch.
Stefan was really mad and yelled at me and Damon about the cure
"Tara you've could had done something!" Stefan yelled
"okay I think she actually deserves the cure,and if I took she would have get it back anyway"
Rebekah woke up and looked happy and had a smile on her face
"how do you feel?" Stefan asked
"I- I feel good I feel alive"
"you know what's the problem with being alive, I can kill you know" Damon said as he threw a scissor at Rebekah.
But she could catch it and I saw how all her happiness in her eyes disappeared.
"I'm still a vampire, the cure didn't work" Rebekah said sad
"it worked just like she wanted to, the cure was a fake. It must have been a concentrated shot of vervain or something" Stefan said
"Katherine" Damon said surprised
"that's what she does, she fakes and she lies" I said.
Next day it was going to be prom so I followed Elena and Rebekah to go shopping.
We came to the store and we met Caroline and Bonnie there
"beautiful dress" I said to Caroline who was trying on an red, pink dress.
"I know I'm gonna pick up this dress later for prom"
she got an smile on her face and then she and Bonnie walked away because they don't like Rebekah and Elena is mean without her humanity.
It took a while and I couldn't find anything so I was going to use the only hope left.
I was going to ask Klaus.
I walked in to the house and yelled "Klaus Klaus! Klaauus!"
I then saw him standing with one of his paintings avoiding me
"hello don't hear me?"
"Oh of course I heard you, I think the whole mystic falls heard you"
"could you do me a favor?"
Klaus turned around from his painting
"what do you need love?"
"I want you to go back to your old closet and see if you have a beautiful dress I could borrow to prom?"
Klaus smiled and said "I'll find something for you love"
"I want to look hot in the dress, I want it to be pretty"
Klaus looked into my eyes with like a love look.
"So...could you?"
Klaus nodded and I walked out.
I later got a package sent to me and it was a letter on the package that said
"you will truly look stunning in this from Klaus"
My eyes lit up as I opened the package and saw an beautiful red dress.
I put it on and fixed my hair and makeup.
Stefan and Damon drove me and Elena to the prom.
I walked out from the car and Stefan took out his arm and I took it so we got in together.
Stefan and I danced and I was thinking about so many things.
"Are you okay?" Stefan asked
"yes, I- I'm just....I don't know. I have just so many thoughts in my head".
We danced a little bit more until I said "I'm gonna get something to drink. You want one?"
"No it's good"
I walked away to the drinks and couldn't stop thinking about Klaus. But I can't, he's supposed to be my enemy. He was supposed to since 1492 but he is something special and I can't let him go.
I came back and saw Stefan dancing with Elena and I got a smile because I've always liked them together but she's unfortunately is like me and Katherine.
Like both of the Salvatore brothers.
Later Elena attacked April and I came after Rebekah already had given her blood.
When I came there I saw Matt going with April and Rebekah standing with Klaus.
But Rebekah had tears in her eyes and got in to the prom again.
"Klaus what did you say now?" I asked
"nothing but she was doing vampire things so her future won't be a human life. But...YOU... look really stunning" Klaus said as he smiled
I looked into his eyes "thanks"
"aren't you going to go In again and enjoy"
"I think I'm enjoying to talk to you more"
Klaus eyes lit up and he said "I enjoy that too" he got closer to me
"Klaus I was thinking about what you said" "when?"
"When we were outside Elena's house"
"so what were you thinking about it?" He tried to hide his smirk
"I was thinking tha-"
when I said Damon interrupted and said "do you know where Elena is?"
"No"
"Tara can you please help us find her"
"...sure"
I followed Damon and we were looking everywhere when Stefan called and said he have her so we got to the Salvatore house.
