I was sitting on the couch and with a book when Damon came and took it from me
"hey, I'm reading that"
"not anymore, you gotta help me"
"with what?"
"make Klaus talk"
"about what?"
"I tell you when we're there, get up and come"
I followed Damon reluctantly and I knocked at the door, Klaus opened
"hello love"
Damon pushed me in and also got in and stood next to me
"what an unpleasant surprise" Klaus said
"so I just came up with a list. It's called things you suck at. Number one finding Katherine....ever number two covering up your secret phone conversations with that little backstabber Hayley, where is she? And what does she know about Katherine?"
"Wait this is about Katherine?" I asked looking at Damon
"yes it is"
"I saw her yesterday" I say looking up at Damon
"where?"
"At a bar"
"what were you doing at a bar?" Damon asked
"I didn't want to see Elena breakdown because of her family"
Damon got a smirk and said "you know the man that killed them is in front of you so why don't kill him"
"okay what am I doing here Damon?"
"I'm gonna tell you later, to the subject again, where is she Klaus?"
"I should help you? You killed my brother, imprisoned me in the Gilbert living room"
"you might want to prioritize, Klaus you have much bigger problems, Katherine has the cure, my guess is she's gonna want to cram it down your throat. You help me find Katherine, I get the cure and give it to Elena. Everybody wins, just let me question Hayley about Katherine"
"can't help you mate, Hayley's off-limits although, I did have run-in with a vampire who may know where Katerina is, too bad I bit through his neck. He won't have much time for chitchat"
"wait it was the guy who attacked me?"
"yes it was"
"why me, why not Hayley?"
"Because you're Katerina Petrova's sister"
"that's actually weird Klaus, you're like friend with Katherine's sister and you hate Katherine" Damon said
I rolled my eyes
Damon continued "oh I'm so sorry I mean twin sister"
"I would never kill Tara"
"why not, make Katherine suffer more and make her all alone" Damon said
"okay we skip that subject. Where's the guy who attacked Tara?"
Klaus didn't answer he just stood there
"I knew you wouldn't say that's why you're here Tara"
"Am i here to stand beside you?"
"No for this" Damon took in his thought my chest grabbing my heart
"Damon what are you doing?"
"Klaus talk, tell me where he is or she'll die"
Klaus just said "you won't do it"
"I wouldn't?" Damon said as he started to move my heart more, my mouth made sound for the pain
"please....da- Damon let me...go" I said weakly.
Damon smiled and said "Klaus...talk"
Klaus started to laugh "you really think you're stronger than me?"
Klaus took in his hand in Damon's chest and grabbed his heart.
"You think I would care about you dying" Klaus said
"you won't" Damon said
"Oh...really?I wouldn't?" Klaus moved his heart and Damon made faces.
"Damon let her go or your dead" Damon took out his hand and so did Klaus.
Klaus snapped his neck fast so I just saw Damon falling.
I smiled at him and he got closer, it felt like his eyes were talking to me
"you okay?" I nodded
"you should go home and take him with you"
"how about I'll go and when he wakes up you let him go"
"well sure love"
i walked out and when I were walking someone grabbed me and pushed me into a wall where nobody was
"hi sister" Katherine said
"Kath"
we both smiled
I said "can you just give the cure to Damon, he was just trying to kill me to make Klaus tell him where a guy who attacked me was that knows where you are"
"oh okay, but you know he loves Elena"
"can you just give it please"
"why would I?"
"Can you give it to me then?"
"no you gonna give it to them"
"fine I don't care. I can hope Damon don't try to rip my heart out".
"I can hope that too" we smiled and I hugged her
"even tho we had our problems I will always love you Katherine, you're the only family I have left so please don't die now"
Katherine smiled and said "I love you too, I won't die, I'm a survivor. Remember?" we both smiled
"bye Kath" "bye Tar".
I was at the Salvatore house sitting on the couch with Stefan, Caroline, Bonnie and Elena as Damon came in with blood on him and I stood up and Damon came closer to me.
"What have you've done?" Stefan asked him.
"I'm gonna rip your heart out" Damon said as he was behind me.
"No Damon stop!"
"I'm gonna kill you"
"what's going on?" Stefan asked
"ask her" Damon said angrily
"Tara what is going on?" Bonnie asked
"he tried to kill me"
"Damon what's your problem?" Stefan said mad
"I wanted information from Klaus about the cure so I took Tara with me if Klaus didn't want to say anything I would kill her. He didn't want to say anything so I grabbed her heart and Klaus still didn't want to say anything so I moved her heart more, Klaus then grabbed my heart and I let go off her heart and so did Klaus at mine but then he snapped my neck"
"and why are you so pissed off and have blood all over you?" I asked
"Because when I woke up Klaus tortured me and said if I ever would do anything to hurt you again he would kill me"
"I promise I told him to let you go whenever you woke up"
"but he didn't".
Damon came to me and I said "what are you gonna do, kill me? Do it"
Damon looked at me and then he grabbed my heart and I snapped his neck so his hand let it go and he fell to the ground.
"I think I'm gonna go" I said as I started to walk out
"no Tara we won't let him kill you" Caroline said.
"But Tara did Klaus say anything about the cure?" Stefan asked
"No but on the way away from there I met Katherine"
"did you get it?"
"No she doesn't want to give it and she don't want Elena to get it".
Everyone sighed and I got out to find somewhere to sleep.
I in the end asked the only I could...I called the number
"hi"
"hi Rebekah can I sleep at yours?"
"Yes we could have a sleepover if that's what people call it"
"yes it's gonna be fun".
I came there and Klaus opened the door
"hello love is something wrong?"
"Beside you lying and Damon trying to kill me, no"
Klaus smiled and then said "so why are you here?"
"She's here for me Nik" Rebekah said behind Klaus.
I got in and followed Rebekah upstairs to her room.
"So do you know anything about the cure?"
"No I don't or I know Katherine has it and doesn't want to give it to me"
"I would really want to build a family and be human and be happy"
"Rebekah if I had it I would've given it to you. You really deserve to be happy and have a lovely family"
Rebekah hugged me saying"let's talk about something fun or happy"
"well nothing good had happened to me so how about you?"
"Not me either but who do we like"
"Like?"
"Are you into someone?"
"Well....no I don't think so"
"really"
"yea,....how about you?"
"I like the boy Matt"
"Matt?!"
"He's kind"
"well it's good, if you're happy about him I am".
Next day I got up to go out of Rebekah's room and when I opened the door there Nik stood
"good morning love"
"good morning, can you let me out"
Klaus moved so I could go out and he followed me to the door
"I tortured Damon because I can't let him treat you like that, you know that's not a way to treat a lady and I did that for you"
I smiled " Klaus I'm not mad at you I just- I don't know how to feel about him wanting to kill me"
"are you going to school today?" I heard Rebekah say
"I'm not planning to go"
"come on let's just go"
I sighed "why not"
Rebekah got out and as I followed her I looked at Klaus and I was melting.
We arrived to school and I saw Elena ripping off a paper on a blackboard where it was a photo of Jeremy and that he had passed away.
Me and Rebekah got to class and I saw Caroline there and she whispered "you're back now?"
"I wasn't planning on go but Rebekah made me"
"Rebekah?" Caroline said confused and the teacher heard us and called on Caroline
"miss Forbes pay attention please"
she nodded and the teacher continued with talking about things I did pay no attention to at all.
I was thinking about what me and Rebekah talked about last night.
When it was lunch me, Caroline and Rebekah sat together
"where did you go after Damon tried to kill you?" Caroline asked
"she came to me" Rebekah said smiling
"so you're two friends?"
"Yea a really long time" I said
"I can't stop think about 1922 when we met Stefan" Rebekah said
"Stefan?" Caroline asked
"that's when he was a ripper and I was too" I said
"but what happened that year?"
"We was at a pub and I met Stefan and I fell in love and we all danced and had fun" Rebekah said as she smiled
"you three danced together?"
"No Tara danced with my brother"
Caroline looked shocked at me and said
"Klaus really?"
I rolled my eyes at her curiosity "I'm gonna go, I have...math. Ahh I hate math"
I walked away to my class.
After school I got to the Salvatore house and when I came in I saw plenty of people and it was loudly music playing, everyone was dancing and drinking.
I walked up to Stefan "hey, what's going on?" I asked
"Elena threw a party and invited.....maybe the whole school"
someone walked past me and I grabbed her and took her drink and said "you don't want that".
Stefan looked judgy at me and I said "it's a party so let's have fun"
I took a sip of my drink and made my way to the living room as I started to dance like everyone else.
I was dancing as I saw Damon coming closer to me
"hi, what is happening here?" Damon asked confused
"Elena made a party and instead of sitting and be sad I thought I could have fun"
"have you seen Stefan?"
"I think he's with Caroline"
"okay, we gotta talk"
"okay talk"
"I'm sorry, you know I wouldn't kill you. I wanted Klaus to talk"
"why did you take me?"
"Because he's obsessed with you" as Damon said he walked away to Stefan.
When the party was over I called Damon
"hey, where is everyone?"
"Me and Elena are actually going to New York"
"really"
"bye"
"bye".
As we hung up I was thinking that why not follow to New York. That a town with a lot of memories.
I jumped in in my car and drove on my own to New York.
When I arrived it was late and dark outside, I got to a bar and saw Damon there and he hadn't seen me yet so I sat next to him and said "mr. Salvatore"
he looked to me and looked surprised and said "what are you doing here?"
"I thought why not come to New York with you two"
Damon smiled and said "I would like to order two bourbon" to the guy in the bar.
We drank and then I heard Rebekah say happy "What are you doing here?"
I looked happy at her
"I was thinking I could join you three I guess".
Elena then came and said "why are you here?"
"I'm happy to see you too Elena"
Damon then started to talk about the year 1977 when he was in New York.
He paused the story and then said "I'm gonna go get some drinks"
minutes after he left a band started to play and everyone started to dance.
When Damon came back we took shots and later, we danced and Damon told someone "don't scream and stay still"
Damon began to drink from the persons neck and then Elena drank from the other side.
Me and Rebekah then did the same as Damon disappeared.
Elena followed him up to the roof.
Next day I didn't wanna be there anymore so I was driving home to mystic falls.
I thought that something bad probably happened in mystic falls because something bad always happens.
