I watched in anticipation as he took his first bite of the burger waiting for a reaction any one would do at that but his face made no expression to tell me what he was thinking and I'm pretty sure he purposely did that in spite of me
"Well what do you think!?" I asked growing impatient but if I'm being honest I never had it to begin with
"I think you over hyped it honestly the advertising was false it wasn't what I expected it to be and the quality is off and the burger is pretty basic if you ask me sorry not sorry"
Okay so definitely not the review I was expecting
After hunter and I got done doing our freak business in the bathtub I'd admitted to him that I was hungry and was too sore all day to get up and do much of anything he expressed to me how he was upset I hadn't let him know earlier but ended up suggesting we go out to eat somewhere his first pick was to some over the top expensive restaurant with over priced food I had to shut that shit down real quick and bought the idea to him we go to McDonald's instead
I was shocked to learn he had no clue what McDonald's was or so he claimed I'm not sure he was telling the truth or not but I just knew I had to introduce him to the heavens of fast food if not for him then for me cause it's been a minute and I really wanted to eat some fresh Macky D's
But what I did not expect was for him to shit on the food like that
"Oh come on hunter you barley even gave it a chance"
"I did and it's not my cup of tea sorry"
"Well then that sucks cause for my wedding venue I'm definitely having a McDonald's buffet"
"Hey if it makes you happy do it don't switch it up on account of me but if it make you feel better the fries aren't bad might be the best ones I've ever tasted actually"
"I still can't believe you've never been to McDonald's before better yet heard of McDonald I'm sorry but I find that so hard to believe"
"I didn't say I never heard of it, it just wasn't relevant to me growing up so I never did end up trying it"

I gave him a knowing look letting him know that he was wrong witch he quickly caught onto thankfully because he folded
"Okay I just had plenty of other options at my display and also a chef who could replicate a burger to taste exactly like this if you ask me the measly three bucks that you had payed for this was not worth it at all and that's saying a lot coming from me"

"Okay never mind the burger then" I snatched the burger from out of his hands took a bite to see if there was anything wrong but there wasn't I rolled my eyes as I set the McNugget's in front of him along with a frappe
He looked down at the box then at me then back to the box again and scoffed "what your too good to eat chicken nuggets?"
"No this just looks like something you'd feed a five year old and why are there only 4 inside of the box that's barley enough to feed a kid"
"Because I ordered that 4 piece specifically just for you but don't worry I got myself a nice 20 piece" I pulled out my box for the bag and smirked when I watched his jaw drop in shock
"They serve you all of that too? The max should be at least ten only"
"They serve a ten piece but the max is I think a 40 piece i literally got you a kids meal hence why you keep saying it's not enough and I only got it for you cause I knew you'd be picky with your food at Least I thought you'd like the burger but you didn't I just wanted you to try some nuggets at least"
"But do not worry just in case you liked it I got you a ten piece also" I pulled out the other box from the bag then set it beside him
He rolled his eyes but inevitably took a bite out of the nugget anyways "so?"
He shrugged nonchalantly"it's not bad"
"Oh come on babe just admit that you like it"
"Okay alright you got me I do actually like it and you know what this frappe isn't so bad either whats in it?"
"I don't know really but I do know that the flavor is Carmel they probably put ice cream in it I don't know it's supposed to be some form of ice coffee"
"Well what ever it is I will be back for more of it definitely"
"Ouuu if you like that I think I should order you a Mc flurry also hold On I'll be right back"
"Heaven sit that ass right back down I'm not even sure we are going to finish the buffet your holding onto inside those 3 bags already and your trying to use me needing a flurry what ever that is as an excuse to Order more? Yeah I don't think so sit down"
I sucked my teeth in cursing inside of my head that he had caught on but in my defense I did forget to oder myself an Oreo McFlurry and I was starting to run low on fries because hunter was eating all of them but he was right we probably wasn't going to finish all this food anyways it wouldn't have hurt to try though I hope not at least
I was in my feelings so I stayed quiet for a bit until I heard hunter speak "we will get that frappe when we leave how does that sound"
I smiled reveling in the fact that it never really took much for him to cave in when it came to me I didn't even need to start pouting
"And another apple pie"
He rolled his eyes "And another pie"
"And a Cinnabon I've yet to try them from here I hear that they are great"
"Now your pushing it"
"But still he gone do what I say cause I swear I be stuck in my ways yeah you gone do what I say" lol the tune was already playing in my head it fit the situation so I sung it out loud and laughed at the confused look hunter gave me
"Basically you'll do it anyways now move along"
He came back not even five minutes later with two Mc flurry's in hand a Mini brown bag that I'm sure held my treats I giddily grabbed the bag from him as if they'd disappear in his hand at any moment
"There's a blueberry muffin in here"
"Oh yeah that's for me it looked good"
"Okay" I said handing him his muffin "so where to next back to the house or—
"Let's enjoy our time out together I mean us outside together like this is rare let's make the best of it and find a nearby park or something what do you think?"
"Im down, lead the way"
We made it to the park in a matter of 15 minutes we made a pit stop at a seven eleven because hunter wanted to grab a slushy claiming he hadn't had one since childhood I honestly didn't believe it until he put every single flavor he saw into one cup witch in my opinion was gross but what ever honestly he was like me in McDonald's
While he grabbed slushes I purchased at least 30 candy bars and one pizza slice
I was like a kid in a candy store but it didn't matter I was the one paying for everything what's that saying?
My money my purchase? Does anybody say that or did I make that up?

Hunter and I currently sat at a park bench with him happily slurping down his slushy and me munching on one of my chocolate bars it was nice it honestly was I'm not gonna lie it was dark outside and a bit chilly but the nice kinda chilly and the darkness gave kind of a romantic vibe I laid my head on his shoulder enjoying his scent and presence that was until he decided to open his big mouth
"You know one day all of that is gonna catch up with you I hope your aware" he stated in a matter of fact tone

"Oh hush it's all going to my ass I'll be sure that happens"
"I don't think it works that way babe"
"Trust me it's possible You'll see"
I heard hunter laugh from above me but I ignored it as I continued to enjoy my sweet treats until he spoke up again "hey heaven?"
I looked up at him
"Yeah"
"How come you didn't tell me your birthday was tomorrow?"
"What? my birthday isint tomorrow" I laughed
I moved aside to grab my phone from out of my pockets I had a slight panic once I realized I couldn't find my phone anywhere but then I remembered my dumbass broke it in a for the moment situation

Hunter must have sensed what I was trying to do since he pulled out his phone and gave it to me
Now this was messy as hell his wallpaper was of me sleeping on his chest while he kissed my forehead he also had one of my bonnets on the top of his head witch made me crack a little smile cause I hadn't even been aware that this picture even existed I must have been in a deep slumber at the time but now I did know one thing hunter did in-fact like to take cute couple photos and I'm soon gonna take advantage of that
But My eyes went wide once I saw that my birthday was in fact tomorrow December 15th witch was tomorrow what hell?
I feel like I only turned 21 last week now I'm about to be 22 (how I'm feelin rn😭 these birthdays been sneaking up on me for 2 years now)
Oh how time was going by
"I don't know if whether or not you'd believe me but I honestly forgot not even on some funny shit I'm not even ready! My hair I haven't gone shopping or planned a me day my nails aren't even did and I have no plans to celebrate you'd think if I had all these up coming plans ready on hand for when my day came I'd be prepared But I'm not what the fuck!"
"Okay heaven wait up you need to calm down come on breath with me"
"In....out...in...then out" usually I thought those breathing methods were stupid but I followed in suit of hunter and surprisingly it did help a bit
"Now if all of those things are really important to you i can arrange for you to get your nails done now and get your hair done right after along with some shopping"
"Hunter it's like 10:00 pm almost 11 what stores are open!?"
"I can make some calls"
"I need someone who can handle my hair and—oh gosh hunter I don't have time for any of it!"
"Yeah we'll see about that follow me"
