After eating,we decided to go to Miguel's house right after,Wendy was sweet enough to let us sleepover for the night.
"Bro bring the PlayStation down here!" Mason told miguel,Miguel nodded before heading upstairs.I sat next to Maddy as we started talking about what we usual do.
"I'm glad you guys decided to get married at eighteen" Maddy said,I chuckled
"Why?"
"Cause I can be a bridesmaid!" She said with a cheesy smile,
"Yeah but miguel and I want to get married by court so sadly,there's no wedding" I said,
"Aw man,but can I still be there by your side?" She asked
"Obviously,you all are gonna be there..expect my mom" I said with a weak smile,Maddy placed her hand on mine.
"She's gonna be in your heart,That counts?" I laughed,Maddy is the sweetest soul ever and she can cheer you up without trying.
"Yes that counts" I said as we heard miguel rushing downstairs with his PlayStation in his hands,
"Alright,we take turns so don't try to break my controllers or I'll break you" Miguel scolded causing me to smile,
The boys started playing their game while Maddy and I continued to talk,Maddy went on her phone for a while as I did the same.
I went on tiktok scrolling while Maddy gasped causing me to look at her, "what?" I asked,she looked up at me with fear in her eyes before turning her phone over to me.
It was a news article
" Teen boy arrested for Grand theft Auto"
I scroll to look at the photo of the boy,my jaw dropped seeing brady glaring at the camera. "Shit..babe?" I said calling miguel
"Ma'am?" He responded still keeping his eyes on the screen,
"Look at this"
"I can't right now baby,I'm playing-Mason!"
"It wasn't me!" Mason defended himself
"Brady got arrested!" I raised my voice getting the boys to look back at me,
"What?" Tris said
"Let me see" miguel said standing up and walking over to me before grabbing the phone out my hand,Mason later did the same.
"The fuck?..boy caught stealing a car with girlfriend-oh you won't believe who's the girlfriend" Mason said reading the article,
"Who?" Miguel and I said at the same time,Mason then turned the phone to us to show destiny getting cuffed as she looked at brady with tears roaming down her face.
"No fucking way" I said before scoffing and getting up, "she really listened to me huh?"
"What do you mean she listened to you?" Tris asked
"I told her that brady is single so bother him instead of my boyfriend"
"Gosh y'all are the same" Mason said before looking back at the phone,Miguel wrapped his arm around me.
"Or she's just a mini me" miguel said,I scoffed
"Yeah right"
TIME SKIP
Wendy made us dinner so we all sat at the dining table and ate, "hey,Mason I have a question" Maddy said
"Yeah?" Mase said taking a bite out of his food,
"You flirt with y/n's mom and aunt but don't flirt with Miguel's mom..why?"
Mason chuckled nervously as miguel stared at him while chewing, "don't get me wrong,she's beautiful-
"What-
"No no,not like that" Mason interrupted miguel, "it's just..Miguel would kill me-
"And I won't?" I said
"No no,I know you would,I mean you're the devil-
"Yo!" Miguel defended me
"No not like that! Shit-Maddy stop asking me stupid questions-
"Don't yell at Maddy" I said,
"Yeah don't yell at me-
"You know what-I'm just gonna shut up" he said looking at his plate,

the boys were once again playing,Maddy and I were in the kitchen looking for snacks. "Ou! Chips" Maddy said as she grabbed a bag of chips,
"Nice eye" I said before she tossed me them,
"You know,before you and Miguel dated he always asked me advice on how to ask you out" she said,I looked at her as I felt my cheeks heat up
"Really?"
"Yeah,and he always asked me if I ever had pictures with you after I'll tell him me and you hung out.He always talked about how pretty you are and he always died to hang out with you alone but he was scared that you didn't like him like that to hang with him"
"Aww" I whispered imagining him like that,
FLASHBLACK/MADDY'S POV
I was watching tv in my room before my phone started ringing,I picked it up knowing who it was.
"Hey mikey,what's up"
"Hey mads,how did it go?" He asked me,I chuckled
"What? Getting ice cream with y/n?"
"Yeah! What type of ice cream did she get?" I told him what it was and he just chuckled.
"Did..did she say anything about me?"
"No mikey,but she did say that she wants to hang out Friday"
"With me??!"
"No,the whole group together" I said,I heard him sigh on the other line.The boy was in love and he just wanted to spend time with her alone but he's too scared to ask her,
"Oh..well okay thanks mads,do you know when's the next time you are gonna hang out with her again?" He asked me,I smiled,it's cute seeing him all about her.
"No but I'll text you when we plan something okay?"
"Okay,see you at school mads"
"See you" I said before hanging up

"Damn,he really bothered you just to see how was I?" I asked
"Yes! The boy was nuts about you..this is why I'm so thankful that you guys are finally together,you guys been best friends for so long and it's nice to see you this way" she said as Tristan walked in,
"Hey,can I have some?" He asked me as we were eating the chips,I reached it out to him so he can have some.
"Tris,do you have any stories about Miguel drooling over y/n while they were friends?" Maddy asked
"Oh yeah! Tons!"
FLASHBACK/TRISTIAN POV
Mason,Miguel and I were hanging out at Mason's house.We were playing in his room as usual,miguel was laying on Mason's bed on his phone as Mason and I were playing.
I heard miguel always laughing behind us since we were sitting at the end of the bed, "bro why you keep laughing" Mason asked
"Mind your business" Miguel said
"He's probably texting y/n" I said,Mason laughed
"What did she say?" I asked
"Nothing,just talking about how stupid Mr.Denver is" he said,
"And that's funny?" Mason asked
"It's funny when it comes from her" I said nudging Mason causing him to laugh
"Damn bro,just tell her already" mase said,
"No! She probably doesn't see me that way"
"I don't know,the way she replies to your comments on insta says something else" I said as we kept our eyes on the screen,
"..maybe she's being nice?" He said
"Hell no,the girl likes you back-just stop being a wuss and ask her out" Mason said,Miguel stood silent before continuing to type and smiling once again

"Oh my god" I said as Maddy laughed
"I know! And that isn't even the bad part,the boy will stalk your instagram highlights or listen to the songs you put on them" he said,I smiled
"Awww" Maddy said
"Tristan come on!" Mason yelled,Tristan groaned before walking out the kitchen.
"See? He's been obsessed with you for so long and he finally got you-
"Hey girls" Wendy said walking in,
"Hey ma! How's it going" I asked
"Good,what y'all here gossiping about?"
"Nothing,just talking about how your son has been in love with y/n for four years" Maddy said,wendy giggled
"Yes! The boy has been crazy about you since!" Wendy said,
"Do you have any stories about him Mrs.Cazarez?" Maddy asked
"I have plenty!" She said
FLASHBACK/WENDY'S POV
"Mijo!" I shout for miguel,I cooked dinner and I was waiting on him to come downstairs so he can eat.
"Miguel!" I called once again,finally I heard a door upstairs open and close before running footsteps coming downstairs. "Hey,slow down" I said
"Sorry mom,i was on FaceTime with y/n" he told me,
"It's okay niño,what you guys talked about?" I asked as we sat down getting ready to eat
"She said some guy had been staring at her in history class,I tried to ask how he looks but she just said she didn't get a good look on him-
"And why do you want to know how he looks? You gonna kill him?" I said laughing
"Well,I was planning on kicking his ass but that works too"
"Miguel! No! Maybe he just thinks she's cute"
"Yeah cute ma,he thinks she's just cute when the girl to me is beautiful so therefore-I win" he said as he put a piece of food in his mouth.
"Just tell her mijo"
"Ma we been over this so many times-the girl doesn't like me"
"I don't know,the way she looks at you says differently"
"Really?"
"Really"
He thought about it for a bit before continuing to eat

"Awww" Maddy said but higher,I chuckled blushing.
"I'm telling you,you guys are meant to be" Wendy said before grabbing her water bottle and leaving the kitchen,i sighed before giving Maddy a look and walking out the kitchen.
I looked at the couch seeing Mason and Tristan playing while miguel just sat back and watched them,I walked over to him as his eyes lit up seeing me.
"Hey hermosa" he whispered pulling me by my hand to sit next to him,I stared at him as all the stories I've been told ran through my head. "What?" He said
"Nothing..I love you" I said leaning in kissing his lips,I pulled away before he put his thumb on my chin to pull me back in and gave me multiple kisses on the lips then pulled away.
"I love you more" he said as he kissed my forehead and put his arm over my shoulder while I laid my head on his shoulder,
"I could hear y'all smooching! Keep it down" mason said keeping his eyes on the screen,
I decided to show some flashbacks of them being friends! I know you guys probably want a flashback from Mason but maybe in the next chapter! Hope you liked!
