What If you were put up for adoption? (suggested by someone in the comments)
The crusaders were finally going to fight dio and save Holly. Dio only had in his mind that he had to survive so he could see you grow up....but that wouldn't happen, Jotaro got an advantage and Dio died.
After that the crusaders went back and were surprised to find you.
"who are you all? Wheres my papa?" you asked them, they were very shocked to say the least, then Jotaro came up with a plan
"he's at a business trip and he told us to come here" Jotaro said
"oh yeah! He told us to come here and get you somewhere until he comes back, it'll only take a week or 2" Joseph said and you nodded
they helped you pack some stuff and then you were taken somewhere, it was a place with lots of kids, they talked with some people there and left, the people then got you in a room with kids and showed you your bed.
You waited and waited but a month passed and no one came over to get you... Did your father forget you?
Then after a month a family adopted you and you all moved somewhere in Europe and you stayed there.
"honey why are you so sad?" your mom asked
"because the people that got me to the place you got me from told that my dad would get me in a few weeks and my dad is nowhere!" you said
"I know it's hard for you honey.... Maybe your dad wasn't able to get you back, but I'm sure he still tries! Don't worry, you'll meet him again" your mom said as she hugged you and you nodded.
Your new family was very nice.... But that didn't last forever, because your adoptive father had a horrible past one night some people broke in the house and killed your parents and siblings, they didn't know about you but they found out a few days later, so as you were going back to the orphanage from school they got you in a black van... Did some unimaginable things and ditched you to the side of the road because they thought you were dead, when you gained some consciousness you tried to yell for help but nothing came out of your mouth, you started crying but then someone run up to you, you couldn't really hear what they said because you passed out.
You were surprised when you woke up because you thought you were going to die.
"thank God she's alright" you heard your grandma say, it was your adoptive mother's mom.
"we want to ask you a few questions about what happened" some police officers were there, you started remembering what happened, it was so traumatizing that you didn't want to speak about it
"please officers, give the child some time, she was severely abused in many ways, she's only 7" the nurses said
"alright, we'll come by tomorrow, we need to find them quickly because they might come back for her" the officer said and then all of them left.
That night you couldn't really sleep, so you secretly asked a nurse for some papers and pencils and started drawing, you drew until your grandma woke up, before she could asked you handed her the papers.
"those were the men... All of them, I don't want the officers to ask me more" you said and then layed down and slept, your grandma was shocked to say the least, when the officers came over she told them what you said and handed them the papers, they thanked her and left, after that your grandma finally informed your grandfather about the situation.
Your grandfather immediately got up from his chair and put all his stuff away and told her that he'll be there soon, but his boss stopped him
"woah there, what happened and you're in such a rush?"..... MR. JOESTAR ASKED!! *Le gasp*
"I can't really stay right now Mr. Joestar, my granddaughter.... My granddaughter" he couldn't finish the sentence as he began to cry.
"it's alright, you may go" Joseph said and your grandfather left.
When your grandfather arrived he cried as he held you, you just hugged him back
"we failed to protect you" he said and he cried more.
"it's alright grandpa" you said but he kept crying.
You stayed in the hospital for a while and then you were free to go, thankfully your Grandparents took you in.
"here's a little gift from my boss, he wishes you to get well soon" your grandfather said
".... It's not a small gift grandpa, that's a whole truck of gifts, tell him I said thank you a lot" you said and he smiled, you looked at the gifts and they were all amazing.
You thought that now life would be normal again.... Wrong, when you were 9 you were called in the principals office, there he told you that your Grandparents died in a car accident, it was intentionally done by someone, you didn't know how to feel, of course you cried but why was everything bad happening to you?
At their funeral it was you, a social worker, some neighbors and some of your Grandparents coworkers and bosses, you may think now, did you and Joseph meet? No, he was far away meanwhile you were in the front so he didn't recognize you.
After the funeral you went back to the orphanage, there you just spend your time alone not wanting to talk to no one
'it's his fault..... He abandoned me and left! It's also those people's fault as well, they just left me at an orphanage and disappeared!!! IF I SEE THEM IN FRONT OF MY FACE I WILL MAKE THEM REGRET EVERYTHING!!!' you thought angrily as you stared out the window.
When you were 11 you were placed in a foster home but then run away because they were abusing you and using you as a maid for them and their grown ass son.
At the age of 13 you were placed again in a home but after they finally had a baby of their own they gave you back, since then no one adopted you or took you in the house because you were too old.
When you turned 18 you were free to go, thankfully you had a job and some money and you rented a studio apartment, you were very happy to finally leave that place, it wasn't any better than the foster homes.
At your job you finally made some friends and had to talk with someone. It took you a while but you opened up to them and told them everything you went through.
"what If your father didn't abandon you? What If he died and those guys were sent to get you to the orphanage but didn't tell you why?" fr1 asked
"I don't know, for almost a decade I resented both my biological father and those people because I blamed them for what I went through" you said
"maybe talk with a therapist, things may get more clear" fr1 said
"maybe.... I'll call a therapist when I'll have free time" you said and they nodded
One day while closing the place you saw a man sitting at one of the tables, he looked.... Disappointed? And sad
"sir we're closing for the night, I'll ask you to please leave" you said, he looked at you shocked and then looked around and then pointed at himself
"yes I'm talking to you" you said, for some reason he got up and run to you with open arms, you just thought fast and took out your taser and tased him.
"oow, why did you do that?" he asked
"and why did you run up to me?!? I don't even know you, leave before I call the police on you!" you yelled, he looked taken back but complied and left
"creepy men always around me" you said as you continued to sweep the floor.... He wasn't a creepy man, he was just a happy father to find his lost child... But he got tased instead. The next day you told your boss and he looked at the cameras.... But there was nothing there, it was like you were talking to the air.
"I swear there was a man there!" you said, you paid close attention and you saw the door opened
"see? The door opened, and don't say a strong wind opened it, the door opens from inside and no strong wind is able to open such a heavy door, there was something there yesterday" you said, he thought about it.
"You are right... If he comes again ask him to lift some things because we need to see what he is" your boss said and you agreed.
A week later that man was back, you held your taser out and told him to lift some stuff up while you were having a distance between you two.
"what exactly are you? The security cameras didn't show you, it was like you weren't there at all" you said
"I can't be seen by people outside my family, only my descendants can see me and you're one of them" he said
"and what are you? A ghost or something?" you asked
"you can say that I am something like that, yes" he said
"this is too weird, please leave, I just want to go home and relax from a stressful day" you said, he agreed and left.
The next day your boss saw the footage and he was shocked... There was a ghost.
"you can talk to him, tell him to not come back please" your boss said
"I'm planning on doing that" you said.
... Now a few days later you saw that same man outside your house!
"how did you found out were I live?" you asked him
"I just wanted to explain some stuff, may we please speak?" he asked, you agreed and you let him in
"why are you still holding these things with you?" he asked
"I never let my guard down around a man" you said and he nodded
"as I said before you are one of my descendants but you need to know how" he said, he then started explaining everything and the more info you got the more shocked you were
"wait... You said joestar? My grandfather worked for a joestar" you said
"you may mean Joseph, Joseph is my grandson and he owns a real estate company" Jonathan said and you nodded
After some days he got you to meet them but oh man... No one was prepared for that day, when you saw them there you recognized only two of them and you were angry.
"so... The people who abandoned me in an orphanage are also my biological relatives? What a surprise" you said
"wait what?" Jonathan asked
"forget it, the day I was waiting for my bio dad to come back they came over, this guy said my dad send them and that old fart told me that they'll get to me stay somewhere for 2 weeks until my dad comes back, guess what? I stayed there until I got adopted by a family" you said, Jonathan was shocked because it was the first time he heard of it
"for years and years I was waiting for him to appear only to find out a few days ago that he died and no one told me! Then the people who got me to the orphanage, which I found out recently, are my biological relatives, you left me in the orphanage, yes I was adopted by a nice family but do you know what I went through a few years after? I woke up and saw my family dead! Parents and siblings, then some days later I was kidnapped and severely abused in all ways by the same men!! And a few years later my grandparents were killed intentionally by someone, I got place in an orphanage again! I was placed in a foster home and I was treated like a maid and like a fucking sex slave by the parents and their 30 year old son!!! Then I was placed in a nice home but when they finally had their biological child they discarded me like I was some garbage!! The orphanage wasn't a nice place either!!! SOMETIMES I THINK THAT IT'S BETTER IF I DIDN'T EXIST!! it would save me some pain!.... I'm done here, I don't want to be a part of this family, I have no family, they died many years ago" you said as you got up and gathered your stuff
"(y/n) wait" Jonathan said
"I'm not going to say it again, I have no family, they died when I was a child" you said
"and you're going to cut us out of your life because they did something horrible? Did we do anything horrible?" Josuke asked, you didn't answer and you just left. You were too hurt to talk to them, the others were pissed and Jotaro and Joseph
"would you take in the child of your enemy?!? I'm asking you would you?" Jotaro asked Jonathan
"OF COURSE I WOULD!! I'M NO MONSTER LIKE YOU OR YOUR GRANDFATHER!!!" Jonathan yelled
"she needed a family when dio died! You just abandoned her at an orphanage and from then on her life became worse than ever!" Jonathan yelled again
"and I'll ask you this, did she do anything wrong? Did she do anything evil or you left her there and pretended she never existed?" Jonathan asked, non of them answered and Jonathan just left after calling them monsters again.
