Rin smacked her forehead with the palm of her hand. Bakugo, Todoroki, Inasa and Camie aren't gonna win the kids' trust by fighting them. Yet here we are.
Since when, I've had great results with fighting.
'Oh yeah, who?' Rin questioned in her thoughts as she saw the brawl start. The first attack starting with a silver haired kid. Whose quirk was black orbs with jaws that ate anything. Eating the side of Bakugo's mask
People I hate duh.
'And how'd that play out being friends with them?' Rin asked. Knowing Venom wouldn't be able to answer that.
...It's a love hate relationship.
'Sure.' Rin concluded. Deciding to just watch the fight next to the kid with blonde hair and purple clothes. Her friends are digging their own friendship graves, so might as well step in when they actually need it. A big explosion launched from the kid with a cannon extending from his mouth.
"Crazy. These kids are crazy strong!" Mic exclaimed. The teacher looked extremely worried. "Hey, what's going on? When I was that age, I couldn't produce that kind of power. Physically, legally, or mentally."
"Aren't you worried about your class?" The blonde kid standing next to her asked. Neither amused with the scene in front of them. Only entertainment for Venom.
Rin rested her elbow on one of her folded legs. Thankful to not have the steel arm digging into her knee. Watching the brawling groups in boredom.
"They're smart. They might not know kids, but they've got problem solving skills. Besides, your classmates might have strong quirks. But they aren't quite intimidating enough." Rin commented. The blonde boy looked at the three, only to see that his classmates quirks didn't affect the teenagers at all. Being stopped with the threes' own quirks.
"That's pretty crazy to attack people with no hesitation." Bakugo commented.
"It seems they think they can do whatever they want against aspiring heroes." Todoroki added.
"I just want to be friends with these kids, even if it weren't part of the training." Inasa said while shaking.
"No way. They're not scared of our quirks?" The kid with silverish hair asked. This was so different for them. Normally people would cower at the power of their quirks. But these three young adults weren't even phased. "Everyone, let's show them more of our powers!"
If Rin were to take a gamble. She would assume that kid to be the second in command. Being confident enough to take the stand and the others to easily follow.
The same girl who introduced herself to Rin earlier took the next stand. A pink heart forming on her forehead and a light pink beam launching forward. A direct hit on Todoroki. He was enveloped with smoke, causing Rin to sit up a bit. He took a direct hit and didn't even know what the kids quirk was. The smoke cleared and the boy was finally visible again. Rin paused for a moment in anticipation.
"Wow. You've got such a beautiful face, dear. Don't ruin it with a frown." Todoroki said with a smile. Blue sparkles dazzling around him.
Rin had to pause for a moment while the little kid had a blush cross her face. This child's hope and dreams of a hot guy complimenting her...crushed. As soon as Todoroki- well, fake Todoroki burst into a cloud of pink smoke. Leaving Camie standing there instead.
"Sorry, that was an illusion. But, like, wouldn't you want someone to say that to you? Our school's so old fashioned it doesn't allow dating." Camie over shared with a confused face.
"Shiketsu High School second year, Camie Utsushimi. Quirk: Glamour. She can create illusions for a short period of time. Abuse of this quirk is prohibited!" Mic narrated. But it sounded like it came from the fourth wall.
Bakugo chuckled into his hand, holding back a cackle. Pulling himself together just enough to do the same exact thing as fake Todoroki. Yes, including the blue sparkles.
"You've got such a beautiful face my dear." He copied, this time another sparkle appearing within his white teeth. Not being able to hold back anymore and snickering into his hand. "I thought it was good Glamouroki!"
"Was it that funny?" The dual haired boy questioned. The real one this time.
The dual haired girl had to pause again before looking down at her chest. The hell was that feeling?

It's was like her heart paused-

'Really?' Rin silently questioned Venom.
Yes! I'm living in your body, I should know. It's-definitely-not-a-feeling-you-should-think-about.
'Any faster and you're gonna trip over your words.' Rin warned with a smirk. She didn't know what Venom was worried about. But it's funny to see him attempt to act inconspicuous.
Meanwhile. Todoroki, Bakugo, Camie, and Inasa had a short huddle up. Only talking amongst themselves, not allowing the children to hear their plans. Suddenly they broke apart and Inasa immediately used his wind to lift up all the kids. All except the blonde boy sitting next to a smirking Rin.
"You all really are amazing! But you know, just waving your power around means you have a long way to go! Here we go!" Inasa shouted.
"In the building though? Lame." Camie said. Blowing thick smoke out of her mouth, that smoke forming into a starry night with northern lights.
Todoroki freezing the kids quirks into a slide. The kids being placed there while the dual haired boy lit the glowing yellow hoops on fire. Making a thrilling amusement park slide that anyone could enjoy. The kids scowls turning to amazing exclaims of excitement.
Bakugo supervising, being the one to get the idea going.
"We have to amaze them with our quirks. But we can't just beat them in a fight. Loosing to someone you look down on, makes you feel like crap. I was thinking about what black 'n white said. And that brat sitting next to her must be the ring leader." Bakugo said from within the huddle.
"She's probably already getting his trust. But the other kids, at this rate they'll end up causing trouble for others, like during the provisional exam. I don't want them to go down the same path as me." Inasa said with determination.
"Yeah. Widening those kids' horizons is something we should be able to do." Todoroki said with a genuine smile.
Rin stared up at the ice slide before her eyes drifted down to the shocked blonde kid. His mouth hitting the floor, if it could.
"Get in there." Rin advised moving her eyes to the side, emphasizing her nudging expression.
"But, I cant-"
"Who are you proving wrong?" Rin interrupted with a kind smile.
"My-" the kid was going to answer realizing, he didn't have one. He couldn't answer that question. Rin's smile grew and motioned her head towards the group.
"Go on...you're free to have fun. Don't grow up yet." The blonde boy paused at her expression and was about to step forward but suddenly stepped back. He's always been one step ahead. Was he ever allowed to have fun? Would people judge him? Rin could practically read his mind. Standing to her own feet and presenting her hand in front of him. "It's okay. You don't have to take this step alone."
The blonde boy looked down at the space between his feet and the dual haired girls. Taking a beep breath in and grabbing her hand before thinking. Rin smiled and walked him over to Inasa.
"Inasa. Got room for another?" The teen looked from her down to the last kid that has yet to join. A giant grin spreading on his face.
"Of course!"
Inasa used his wind to lift the boy. The blonde nervously clenching his jaw.
'What she had said. She wasn't just saying it. Those were words from the heart...of course that worked on me.' The blonde kid started his decent down the slide. Rin looking around at the kids now circling the teenagers they once hated. Pausing at Todorki. Surprised to see a real, genuine smile on his face as he was showing the kids a fire burning in his hand. A smile of her own spreading.
'He would be a great father, despite his dad.'
...I hate you're thinking of him as a father but I can't argue that his dad's a shithead. Oh how I wish to kill him.
'That's murder Venom.'

Rin didn't get a chance to sarcastically deny before there was a small tug on the leg of her hero suit. Causing her to look down and see the ever reliable Takuto with a group of his friends.
"While the other kids get back to class, can we play a game?" The small lion kid asked. Rin squatted down to be eye level with them.
"Sure. What did you have in mind?"

"Work together and grasp the hearts of those kids. You did a good job with such vague instructions." Gang Orca complimented to the four teenagers who were given the task to "grasp the hearts of those kids."
'So you realized they were vague?' The said students questioned in their minds.
"The rest of you also did a good job. Remember what you learned at today's training and work hard next time too! You all have much potential- I mean, you damn kids! Pay attention!" He shouted. Noticing nearly the entire class we're looking off in another direction with confused faces.
"Sir, yes, sir!" The class shouted.
A cannon ball suddenly being shot behind all the students. Just drawing their attention right back to where it was previously.
Only to see Rin dodging the quirks of the children. This was the game. Rin isn't allowed to get hit by the kids quirks and get all of them in the safe zone. Once the kids are in the safe zone, they can't leave and are out of the game. She's not allowed to use her quirk on the kids. However, if she needs a small boost of endurance, then it's allowed.
So far, neither side has gotten closer to their goal. But they're giving Rin a run for her money, that's for sure.
The dual haired girl sliding under a attack of flower petals. Pushing her hand against the ground. Just barely stopping in front of a pink beam wizzing past her. Pushing herself up and cartwheeling over the invisible path it took. A lone lightning bolt running over the same area. Suddenly leaning back to avoid a glowing yellow hula hoop. Brushing the hair out of her eyes.
She barely got to take a breath of relief before doing a double axel to dodge a barrage of lighting bolts and those black orbs that ate anything. Suddenly landing back on the ground in a squat, one leg stretched out.
Seeing the close combat kids now much closer. Next she jumped up to dodge them from capturing her. All the kids suddenly being surrounded in dust. Even being careful not to let the dust touch her. Technically it counted as a quirk. Takuto followed her jump and tried bitting her leg. Only for Rin to fall back down, holding him under his arms. Landing on her butt to make it possible to bring her legs up from being bit, but to also reach down and hold him. A devious idea slipping into her mind.
Pulling the lion kid into her lap and ticking his sides. Causing him to erupt in laughter. She noticed a cannon ball coming through the dust cloud. Quickly tossing Takuto up and laying down to avoid it. Standing up to catch the kid and tossing him to gently slide out the line of attack. Now kneeling to be close to the ground to slide him. Sitting and spreading her legs apart just in time to not be crushed by a giant mallet. Grabbing the stick of it while bending her legs into a squat. Tossing the mallet and the kid sliding off towards Takuto. Stopping right in front of his classmate.
'I should get these close combat kids out of the danger zone.' Rin thought to herself. Weaving through them to tickle their sides just like she did to the lion kid. Leaving them laughing on the ground. Sliding them over by Takuto so they could catch their breath safely. Once they stopped laughing, they realized where they were sitting and groaned.
Rin smirked over at the group. Spinning to avoid a pink beam flying past her. Kneeling with her hand on the ground, making her a smaller target so she can study for a second. Seeing 5 long distance kids prep up another shot. Quickly running off to the side as they let loose. The attacks being just behind her as she ran. A cannon ball going past her and strait into Gang Orca's expecting hand.
"Keep your games to yourself Rin." The hero scolded, dropping the ball at his feet.
"Sorry, Gang." She apologized. Close to the wall and doing a simple few steps up the wall so she could flip, and run the other way without loosing her momentum. As well as a pink beam and devouring orbs to run into the wall.
The kids turned to each other for a small side conversation. Mainly listening to the blonde boy with the purple clothes. Yes he joined too. He decided he would help the long distance quirk users with strategy. Rin suddenly sprinting through them and grabbing the boy with the cannon quirk and the one with devouring orbs. Stopping next to the safe zone and setting them with the rest of the class.
Turning to grab the last few before stopping. The last kids were surrounded by a large cloud of dust.
"Smart." Rin said aloud. Casually walking closer to the dust. Standing a few steps away from it. She wasn't worried. If she couldn't see them, then they couldn't see her. Walking around the ball of dust and seeing shadows right in front of her. Taking a deep breath in and blowing away enough dust to suddenly grab the back of their shirts.
Holding up the dust kid and the blonde one with purple clothes. Quickly walking back to the rest of the group and setting them down.
"That was a good ga-" She was suddenly cut off by a force hitting her back. Hit by a pink beam. The class cheered as the brown haired girl smirked in victory. The dust around her finally settling.
"Yes!" She exclaimed. Throwing her hands in the air in victory. Being the kid who hit Rin with her quirk.
The smoke cleared from around Rin and the dual haired girl stood there. The kids waiting in anticipation, seeing if the quirk worked. The small girl who felt the attack ten up to be right in front of Rin.
"We won!" She cheered. Almost expecting to see a disappointed face on Rin. However seeing a content smile. The dual haired girl suddenly leaning down. Tossing the little girl into the air before catching her in a big hug.
"That's okay. As long as you're happy darling." The brown haired girl paused for a second and smiled widely while hugging Rin's neck. Reminding the kid too much of her mother. Rin, being happy that she's happy, and the "darling" nickname.
"Thanks mom." The little girl whispered.
[A: Did anyone else accidentally call their teacher mom as a kid...cause I deeeeefinitely can't relate to that. Definitely 😶.]
Perfect. Influencing more of the youth with our ideals. Let's teach them the proper way to hold a knife.
'For cooking...Right?' Rin asked in a serious tone.

'I don't like how you said that.' Rin thought while finally setting down the girl. Her quirk quickly becoming weaker. Either that of Venom's just taking more control over it. Actually it's quite likely Venom. Because Rin still had her content smile while looking down at the kids from her taller height. The four teenagers tasked to win the hearts of those children, finding a feeling of want in that smile. Realizing they didn't see that smile as much as they should. The other smiles before now seemed...
Secretive.
What is it with kids that brings out the true side of her?

Bakugo, in the front like always, Todoroki, Inasa, and Camie were walking down the hall, in that order. Dressed in their school uniforms and holding the briefcases containing their hero suits.
"After thinking about it, I totally like you now! Our quirks are good together too!" Inasa said to Todoroki.
"I see." Was all the dual haired boy could reply with. Camie deciding to start up a small conversation too. Just choosing the wrong person.
"Anyway, Bakugo. You're actually not bad of you like, shut up. Try shutting up!"
"You shut up!" The blonde yelled back. All things considered, that was a pretty calm reaction for what she said. They exited the building to see Skinny Might and Present Mic talking to the other Shiketsu student. Endeavor was just brooding off to the side.
The group joining the conversation. A moment or two and the last person stepped through the front doors. Their heart dropping when they realized Todo- wait, Shoto was talking to his father.
Oh boy. Shits gonna go down...le' me get my popcorn.
"Shoto. Long time no see. You've changed a lot." Endeavor was going to place his hand on his son's shoulder. Only for his hand to get side slapped.
"I don't want to hear it." Eandeavor took a moment to pause then accept what Shoto wanted. Letting his hand rest back at his side.
"Shoto...I'm proud of you, son.-
...WHAAAAAT!?! PLOT TWIST!!!
"-So I'll become...a hero that you can be proud of too. Proud that your father is the number one hero...the most powerful man." Endeavor said seriously. A look of...truth is his eyes. He really meant what he said. Todoroki didn't know how to feel about this new Endeavor. Simply rubbing his neck and breaking eye contact.
"Do what you want." Todoroki replied. Rin smiled. Feeling the fence air drift away.
The dual haired girl startled to her a suddenly fist to skin contact. Turning to see Inasa Punch himself so hard his nose started beeping. As well as some blood conning out his mouth. Camie also confused with her classmates sudden action.
"Endeavor!" Inasa shouted. Overcoming the past and walking up to the man with a smile. "I'm cheering you on."
"Thank you. You're bleeding a lot." Endeavor said with a thankful smile.
Woah. This is strange.
"Agreed." Rin mumbled, also having a smile on her face. Finally stepping forward like she just left the building. "Hey guys!"
"Oh Rin! That was amazing what you did with those kids!" Inasa said. Quickly walking up to her with a lot of enthusiasm.
"I was just making small talk, but you guys- That was amazing!" Rin said with the same bright smile that Inasa was giving her. Todoroki walking towards them and stopping next to his once rival.
"What took you so long?" The dual haired boy questioned.
"You know kids. They think they'll never see you again and suddenly tell their entire life story." Rin said sheepishly then lifted up and patted her hero suit briefcase. "Thankfully, got some time back, changing faster."
"Rin." A familiar someone said. The dual haired girl looked, knowing it was the blonde skeleton who spoke. He was giving her a happy look.
"I got a word from Aizawa." Rin's heart rate picked up. "You have someone waiting for you."
The dual haired girl suddenly ran forward after a moment of shock. Stopping right in front of Present Mic.
"Mic can you take this for me, I gotta go." Not leaving any room for conversation as she practically placed the case in his hands, running off.
"Where do you think you're going?!" Bakugo shouted. She was running so fast he was worried he wouldn't get the words out fast enough.
"MY BABY'S AWAKE!!!" Rin shouted excitedly. Leaving the group confused.

After sprinting on desolate roads and swinging from buildings within the busy city. Rin finally shoved the doors open into the hospital. Startling the lady at the front desk.
"I'm here for a girl named Eri."
"Good you made it." Another familiar voice said. Rin turning her attention to an expecting Aizawa.

Rin suddenly opened the selected door, seeing a familiar small girl with light blue hair, crying. Eri's attention suddenly got pulled to the door and a smile pulled at her tear stained face. Nearly falling out the bed as she reached for her mama. Rin quickly catching her and holding her up with one arm while the other hand soothed Eri's tangled hair.
The little girl in her arms weeped into her shoulder. Eri was so scared waking up and not seeing the one person she trusted. Instead she woke up to strangers in white coats that tried calming her down.
Now the kid was hugging Rin like she would disappear if she let go. The dual haired girl finally pulling back to show Eri her watery eyes. Smiling and raising her free hand to brush hair behind the now tiny horn on Eri's head.
"You have such a cute horn." Rin complimented. Eri smiling and running her hand through the black and white hair that was once cut short.
"Y-your, hairs long n-now." Eri hiccuped through her tears.
"Really long. I feel like Rapunzel. Now I just need someone to style it." The teenagers words got little stars of hope shine in Eri's eyes. They finally had a moment to sit on Eri's hospital bed. The small girl having fun braiding Rin's hair. Rin facing the girl, her loose braid traveling over her shoulder. As the dual haired girl focused on a smaller braid that would peacefully lay with the rest of Eri's hair.
"You said you felt like someone named Rapunzel earlier. Who's that?" Eri asked.
"Ah. I must not have told you that story yet. Well, it all started with lettuce."
"Lettuce?" Eri asked. Testing if she heard Rin right.
You mean a flower?
"No, lettuce. Lettuce grown by a witch, yet eaten by a carpenter and his pregnant wife." Rin said with a smile. Tying Eri's hair together as the small girl also finished her work. Rin moving to rest against the wall with Eri cuddling into her side. Excited to hear this bedtime story.
