All the students were sitting together and welcoming new student in each houses
Hufflepuff
Ravenclaw
Gryffindor
And Slytherin
All have specific characteristics to be part of it, which is based on yourself and not others, your house
is the reflection of yourself
Each house has a teacher as a leader
Two of them ?
Jeonghan and Joshua
Jeonghan is the teacher whose in charge of Slytherin
While Joshua is the one for Gryffindor
Both, as per their houses hate each other, they are sworn enemies
But they used to be friends before
Then what happened ?
Let's see
By now everyone was eating, Jeonghan and Joshua were sitting beside each other and had a emotionless tone whenever they had to talk with each other
But deep inside something warm that made them miss each other and another cold that made them sad and miss each other, consumed them from inside
After the dinner all the students went to their dorms as well as the teachers

He was laying on his bed and couldn't find sleep
He was thinking of the Principal's speech which had happened hours ago
P: welcome welcome to all the students from last year and big welcome to the new students that just entered their houses, study well and honor your houses with your actions, last year was special for many of us, but we're still here, even after Voldemort arrived and his attempt of putting us down, we're still there standing and strong, thanks to all of you
Jeonghan heard Joshua whispering,
"Some betrayers are still there as well" Joshua had whispered while looking from the corner of his eye directly towards jeonghan
Jh: Joshua please let me at least explain the reasons of the actions I had to do
He murmured and tried to sleep

In this month, each student worked and studied and the teachers were there to help each student and to teach them everything they needed to know
But the situation between two teachers was remained the same and the colleagues were getting worried

Joshua was going to his class, when one of his friend came by

Dk: good, and you ?
Js: good
Dk: you seem off since, you know last year 's event
Js: I lost someone precious there, and you too, we all did
Dk: I know, but you know him(Jeonghan), there must be a reason for him to have done that
Js: he just thought about himself and became selfish, only wanted more powers by being on Voldemort side, there is nothing else as a reason, it's all clear
Dk: have you asked him his side of the story ?
Js: like I said it's all clear and nothing else to add, he betrayed us and me, I don't even get why your defending him
Dk: because I see how it's affecting you, you changed, your behavior, you as a person, your way to take care of yourself and all that, cause you love him
Js: pff I dont. And who do you think I love huh ?
Dk: Joshua, you love Jeonghan everyone knows that, and since you both were little and knew each other, you both were friends, then best friends, and later for sure crush and now it's over ? We all could see how Jeonghan looked and was beside you, he was himself and not introvert, that love for you, didn't fade away, just ask him his reason
Js: okay let's imagine I really love him, I wouldn't want to talk him again, you know what he did and that not forgivable
Dk: okay Joshua hong ! He might have killed Woozi but there must be a reason damn it, he loved Woozi like a brother he wouldn't have done something bad to him unless something would have forced him to, and you know that very well, but your anger and grudges stop you from understanding this, now I'll let you with your ego and your classes, me, I have to go
Dk left after literally yelling (not to loud for student to hear) at Joshua who stayed still and after getting back on his track he left to his class

Time skip
All the teachers were on a break for some minutes (don't even know if there it is in Harry Potter but yeah)
Jeonghan as always was alone which reminded him of his past where no one wanted to be his friends, not even student from his own house, none liked him for an unknown reason, and none of his friends were with him in his house, but one day when Joshua arrived late in class and had no other choice then sit beside Jeonghan, Jeonghan finally had his best friend with him who accept and make him feel alive and cared, his best friend that he knew since they were little and who wasn't in his house which made him feel lonely
Loosing Joshua was a torture, and it still remained one
Loosing Woozi.....
Leave him with remorse
He look up a little to see Joshua laughing and smiling along with his one time friends, Seungkwan, Vernon, Dino, Scoups and Dk
He then realised that Hoshi wasn't there which was weird
He then felt someone sit beside him he looked over and saw Hoshi who smiled gently at him

H: amazing
Jh: with Dk ?
H: perfect, I love him but that's not new
He said chuckling but Jeonghan only smiled slightly
H: are you sure you're fine ?
Jh: yes ofc, just that you shouldn't be here

Jh: they'll surely hate you for talking to a murderer like me
He said looking down
H: they'll not, and I'm here for a reason
Jeonghan look at him and he said
H: do you love joshua

Hoshi nodded and jeonghan left the room because, as for the first time someone talked to Jeonghan, after weeks, everyone looked at him with a certain stare and he couldn't bear it
Hoshi went back to the others and winked at dk, who got it

SK: yeah what were you doing with that betrayer
H: calm down remember that he is our friend

All look confused and Hoshi left and dragged dk along and explained to him what was Jeonghan's reason, dk understood. Dk went to Jeonghan and apologised to him him for avoiding, but Jeonghan being Jeonghan said that it was his fault anyway, so there was nothing to say sorry for

Things change in this week
Dk and Hoshi spent little more time with Jeonghan and helped him to gain courage to talk with Joshua
Jeonghan was a teacher of potion while Joshua of metamorphose
While teaching, Hoshi came to Jeonghan's class and said,
H: a student purposely attacked Joshua and he's now in a deep coma from a potion can you ..
Jh: I'm coming
Jh: class dismissed for today, don't forget what I told you, see you tomorrow
All students left, Jeonghan and Hoshi ran to the nurse

V: if you don't know how to contain the bad characters of your students, don't teach
Vernon said and Jeonghan got hurt by what his once friend told him, but he composed himself again after remembering Joshua was in distress
He goes to the table and picks the bottle they found which contained that potion
Jh: who did it and how did this happen ?
P: by what the other teachers said it was a student from Slytherin and threw it at teacher Hong
Jh: he splashed the potion on him ?
The principal nodded
Jeonghan looked at Joshua's eye and made sure nothing got into his eyes, but to his bad luck it did

He ran to his class and started preparing the potion as fast as he could
Dk: you can do something ?
Jh: yes but I need to do it fast or it'll be a catastrophe
Dk: why ?
Jh: ab. If he don't take the antidote he'll loose his vision and his health can get worse, even die younger than he should, and all that because the student used a poison that attacks the hormones and cells that cause it to grow faster in a matter of years or month in some case, done !
He said and ran back to the nurse

He then gave it to Joshua to drink and put some in his eyes at it would still affect him if it got into his eyes
Jeonghan then saw Joshua squeeze his eyes tightly and saw his hand move, he then felt the others gathering around
Joshua opened his eyes and looked at Jeonghan in the eye, those eyes of Joshua held thankfulness, gratitude but anger and hatred as well, which Jeonghan understand and saw too easily and stood up and start leaving looking back at others who looked at him with the same eyes, except for Hoshi and Dk that looked at him with happiness and pity instead of the hatred and anger
P: are you okay now Professor Hong ?
Js: y yeah
V: that student should be suspend
P: Jeonghan is in charge of Slytherin, he's the one that has to take measures in those cases
SK: he'll not do anything
Sc: why ?
SK: oh please you know why ?
D: he'll not let any of us die or be hurt at least not again
V: he did it once he can do it twice
Hoshi listened to this and told to dk that he'll leave to meet Jeonghan
Dk: don't tell him this he'll be broken even more
Hoshi nodded and left

He was with the student, whose in fault it was. Hoshi stayed by the door and listened
Jh: how irresponsible of you to do this, don't you realize you almost killed someone, more over a Professor

S: he's a Gryffindor and I'm a Slytherin and we all know we hate each other and also he always gave me bad grades so I took revenge when I heard you talking about that potion
Jh: when I teach you new property of a potion, it's not to use it, but to be careful and aware of it. And I don't teach you those to steal them, and recreate them to use them wrongly
S: I I'm sorry
Jh: I don't accept sorry for this, you're expelled
S: but sir
Jh: I don't want to hear anything, Gryffindor and Slytherin are rivals, same as for the other houses, but we don't hate each other, their creators maybe the Slytherin one yes hated all the others, but that was the past, so if you don't get that and that's not even the first time, I heard someone complaining about you doing something against other student from other houses, so your expelled
He said
S: but you ? You killed a Hufflepuff ? So why am I expelled ? You should too ?
Jh: first, don't talk like that and second, you don't know the reason behind that act and I had a reason, and a good one, and it's not your business anyway, am I clear ?
The student nodded and left
Jh: don't forget to go to the Principal's office right away
The student nodded again and left

Hoshi who was outside, he was about to leave as he saw how jeonghan was, but got surprised to see Joshua

Js: I was here from the start and I even know what he thought while talking to that student
H: you used that spell ?
Js: you taught me this and yes and now I need to know the truth
H: then go
Joshua nodded
Dk: hyung seriously ?
Dk said, catching his breath, looking at Joshua

Hoshi chuckled and held his hand

H: they'll sort out everything
Dk nodded and both of them left
Joshua then waited as he saw that Jeonghan was coming out of his class

Jh: ah no, don't thank me
Js: but you deserve it, if you wouldn't have helped I would be dead
Jh(whisper): I couldn't let another friend or lover die
He whispered but Joshua heard it, and acted like he heard nothing

Js: but I heard your conversation with that student and Dk told me the same, you must have a good reason, I'm now waiting for you to tell me

He said and Joshua nodded and dragged him to the top of the castle (last scene in the 6th movie where Hermione talked with Harry, and Ron was sitting behind)
Js:so
Jh: f first, I want to tell you something and then I'll tell you everything after
Joshua nodded
Jh: first, you know how hard my life was at first without you in our years of studies here and when you came I was the happiest cause even tho our houses were different you stayed beside me, even when we became teachers you didn't change, and I I love you more than a friend, I I never told you cause I knew you'll judge or hate me, but what I did last year was worse than if you rejected me
Jh: so hum yeah, I'll show you the reason, but that was only the convo between me and Woozi before you know
He said ,and took out his wand and did a spell to share his memory with Joshua, so that he could see what happened

Voldemort was talking to his kinds through their minds (if you have watched the movies you know)
All of them were in middle of a fight and he told them to fight and win
After that brief moment everyone got back on what they were doing
One of them was Jeonghan
He was against Woozi, a teacher in charge of Hufflepuff
W: Jeonghan put your wand down, you don't want anything bad to happen right ?
Jh: I I can't
W: Jeonghan you can still change your side
Jh: I can't
W: why ? tell me why ? Tell me what is in your mind, that for someone like you even tho you are a Slytherin, is being on the wrong side
Jh: I can't tell, I just need to kill you
W: Jeonghan !
Woozi screamed and Jeonghan fell on his knees
Woozi came beside him and hugged him
W: tell me hyung
Jh: h he threatened me, if I don't help him h he'll kill my family and hurt my friends and and j..jo
W: joshua?
Jeonghan nodded
W: why do you have to Kill me
Jh: if I dont, he'll know I'm not on his side and he'll execute them
W: he needs strong proof knowing you'll not touch a student and he's keeping your family in case in the middle of this war you betray him so even in distance he can put pressure
Jeonghan nodded
W: kill me hyung, kill me, save your family, save our friends and save your love
Jh: I can't, kill me instead, I'm not worth it
W: Jeonghan you are, you're kind, you choose to sacrifice yourself and trust from us to u to save us and even now you ask me to kill you instead, but if you did your family will too, so kill me hyung kill me

He said and fell on his knees and cried
He didn't cry that hard in front of someone since Woozi's death, he always cried silently and hard, in his room but put a cold Face in school
Joshua went to him and hugged him
Js: shh I'm here shh, he told you not to live with the remorse and his death on your mind, you should follow it hmm? He said it himself we all knew Woozi had nothing left here except us, which is already something, but like he said, compare to him you have a family, like him friends and a lover
Jeonghan looked at Joshua and he saw him smiling and his eyes holding love and happiness
He smiled back and hugged him
Jh: but why l lover ?
Js: because Yoon Jeonghan I love you too and that too since day one
Jh: I love you so much Joshua I'm so sorry for what I've done
Js: shh, everything will be fine I'm here, and Dk and Hoshi and others too just show them what you showed me and you'll be forgiven
Jeonghan nodded and hugged Joshua
Js: I know you said to your student that he tried to kill your lover, did you really got worried for me that much ?
Jh: so it was you in my head ?
Js: hmm
Jh: you gave me a headache by crept in my mind non stop, but yes ofc I was worried sick for you, you see your long time lover on a bed almost dying and you think I'll not be worried ?

They said and kissed each other

After that both went back and at the break Jeonghan showed the other what happened and all of them apologised for how they act and forgave him and helped him getting over that traumatic experience and all became friends again

D: me too
Jh: it's okay you didn't know and I was also at fault so
Js: but now It's the past and for sure Woozi is happy that we're all back together
Joshua said and back hugged Jeonghan and kissed his cheek

H: oh no problem
