It was post dinner time. Bela was wrapping up everything in the kitchen when she saw everyone was quiet which was not normal as by this tym every one would be discussing something stupid or cracking jokes or something like that but being silent that to pin drop silent made her hurry up and she left outside to see if something was wrong . She saw all of them and she knew Andy is angry upon something as she was noticing this since the dinner tym and for some reason ishan was behaving weird.
He was very silent since he came home he didn't even talk to anyone and was in his room.
Andy - won't you speak up??
Andy roared to which ishan was shivering badly

Now tell me jab yeh sab badepapa ko aaj principal ne cabin main bulakar sunaya then ishan was like dad relax mat sunno inki , then u really think badepapa would calm down????
And so jo unka decision h whi sahi h ishan has to leave it's just a matter of one year ek saal main waha rehkar jab thoda discipline sikh jaega toh badepapa khud leke aa jaenge

Bela was feeling really bad for Ishan now,he was just a kid afterall and she thought Andy didn't had to be so angry to send him to the hostel,but then she is nobody to question his parenting ways as well,she genuinely wished for Mahir to be here right now like the others but she was even scared because if he would have been here maybe he and Andy would have ended up having an argument,she didn't wanted them to fight when they were clearly trying to be normal with eachother after so many years according to Mahir,but she couldn't sit idly and let Ishan go to Hostel,she knew she had to do something now when her husband was not here,she had to do what he might have if he were present here,it was her duty to do things his husband was supposed to do in his absence.

Bela with trembling hands and sweaty palms,took a deep breath and gathered the courage to knock on her father in law's bedroom door.
The door opened and Bela shifted nervously on her foot as she saw Andy right in front of her looking at her with a questioning look.
"D..dad woh..mein aapko...paani Dene aayi thi"Bela said shuttering a bit, showing him the water jug in her hand.
"Thank you"Andy said taking the jug from her,but when she didn't went even after that he again gave her a questioning look.

Bela sighed.
"Dad woh abhi baccha hi h,he is bound to make mistakes,hum usse ek chance de sakte h na"Bela said.

She was again cut off by Andy as he said.

"Okay,fine,aapne jo socha hoga uske acche ke liye hi socha hoga...mein aapke decision ko question nhi kr rahi hu....mein bas yeh keh rahi hu ki aap ek baar meri baat sun lijiye please"Bela said with utmost calmness and patience.
Andy really didn't wanted to talk to her,he never liked it when people opposed his decisions and it was mostly the cause of his and Mahir's arguments because Mahir simply denied following someone's orders.

"Ishan baccha h abhi,he is just 15,hostel Life hard hogi uske liye,na toh woh adjust kr payega na uska mann lagega waha and yeh directly uske studies ko bhi affect karega,kya pata woh closed off ho jaye?maybe he will push everyone away then.....jo usne Kiya woh bht galat tha,but dad yeh normal teenage tendancy hoti h,bacche darte h kabhi kabhi parents ke reaction se and Isliye baatein chupate h,ya jhooth bolte h ya beimani kr dete h,but unke liye unko hostel nhi dala jaata h,shaanti se bethke samajha sakte h,maybe thoda strict hokr punish bhi kr sakte h.....dad Ishan bht intelligent h aur bht energetic bhi h,bas usse sahi jagah nhi mil rahi h apni energy ko usefully channelise krne ke liye.....woh itni saari baatein isliye Aaj Tak chupa Paya tha kyuki usse laga tha kisi ko kabhi pata nhi chalega,maybe agar ek close watch rakhenge us pr toh he will behave accordingly,agar hum daily involvement dikhayenge uski school life mein toh woh normal baccho jese behave karega.....woh ghar mein sabse chota h aur kahi na kahi pampered bhi h....uski demands hamesha Puri ho jaati h isliye usse cheezo ki value nhi h,agar usse normal baccho jese treat karenge toh woh bhi normal kids jese hi behave karega,usse hostel bhejne ki zarurat hi nhi padegi"Bela said and looked at Andy for his thoughts.
"Normal kids jese matlab?kya alag tareeqe se paal rahe h usse?"Andy asked not getting her point about this statement.
"Mein yeh nhi keh rahi hu ki aapki parenting ways galat h,aur aapke parenting pr bilkul bhi question nhi kr rahi hu....mera matlab yeh tha ki woh over pampered h isliye usse lgta h woh kuch bhi kr sakta h and he can get away with it"Bela said.
"Over Pampered?"Andy asked raising his eyebrows.
"Dad kisi bhi normal 15 year old ladke ke paas 3.5 lakh ka gaming PC nhi hoga,aur agar hoga bhi toh usne bht reasonably uski demand ki hogi,but Ishan ne manga and usse mil gaya,ya phir just the fact that woh apne purane phone se bore ho gaya tha isliye usse latest expensive phone mil gaya,ya phir kyuki usne saare paise kharch kr liye toh usse aur mil jaate h Bina yeh puche ki usko kya zarurat h un paiso ki....mein yeh nhi keh rahi hu ki usse deprive Karo kisi cheez ke liye,ya usse koi cheez mat do,ya usse pamper mat karo,ya as uski demands Puri na kare,mein bas yeh keh rahi hu ki usse yeh realise hona chahiye ki agar woh kuch maang raha h toh usse uski value pata ho,agar woh kuch mange toh acche se soche ki usse kyu chahiye,usse yeh nhi lagna chahiye ki just because woh ek wealthy family se h usse saari luxuries mil sakti h,he should not be spoilt......Rudra aur Kunj ko sign wali baat pata thi but unhone aapko nhi batayi,toh usse Aisa nhi lagna chahiye ki hamesha hrr koi uska secret rakhega,usse yeh pata hona chahiye ki agar woh kuch karega toh usse uske consequences face krne honge"Bela finished and looked at Andy who was very deep in thoughts on her words.
Sure Ishan was the youngest in the family and he was pampered as well,now that Andy thought he realised that someone or the other always fulfilled his demands,be it himself,Shakti,Mahir,Shivaay or even Neil, someone would always fulfil his needs,and he might have thought because of this that he can get anything,just because Shivaay always spoke highly of their family name he might have thought he can do anything and get away with it because of his family's reputation,Andy never really was from the strict father's to yell at his kids for low marks but he just wanted them to behave and surely Ishan was youngest so he had let his behaviour slip a few times.Bela was right he need to realise these things.
" I know dad ki ishan toh bht chota tha jab mahirji ki mom ki death ho gyi thi isliye uske liye bas aap hi ek parent ho humesha se aur vo show nhi kar pata qki maybe ishan immature h innocent h abhi lekin vo aapse bht attached h, aap thoda bhi late ho jate ho na office se toh vo instantly sabko puchne lag jata h ki aaj dad abhi tak nhi aaye phone karo pucho qki shyd uske liye humesha se aap hi reh h as a parent isse main agar aap usko apne se itne dur iss umar main bhej denge toh kahi vo rebellious na ho jae kahi yeh ghar se hostel tak ka distance aapke relations main distance create na karde aur aap hi bol rahe the na ki iss umar main sikh lega toh behtar hoga qki this is the age u can mould yourself so just give a thought agar iss age main usne aapne family se dur rehna ka ya unse distant rehna soch liya toh shyd chah ke bhi vo sabke saath wese normal nhi ho paega jesa ab h vo plzz dad vo toh bacha h zidd karna swabhavik h galti karna sab obvious h par sahi nhi h vo yehi toh nhi janta h bas ki sab jo vo kar raha h sahi h ya nhi agar hum usse samjhaenge toh vo samjh bhi jaega but isse dur bhjna mere hisab se sahi nhi hoga qki aap jante h ya nhi mjhe nhi pata but main yeh bht ache se janti hu ki jab koi apna hi aapko apne se dur karta h na toh hurt toh hota hi h lekin relationships ki dynamics jo ek bar badal jati h na vo bade tym ke saath saath badti hi jati h kam nhi hoti kabhi
Hostel bhej kar aap usse life main discipline toh sikha denge lekin khud ko usse bht dur karenge aap usse aur fir rehga toh bas guilt qki kitna bhi koshish kar lo ek baat humesha yaad rakhni chahiye hume ki Riston ke dhaage bht nazuk hote h ek bar tut gaye toh fir se bandhe toh ja sakte h par jode nhi ja sakte unme ghat pad hi jati h "
Her words were piercing Andy's heart as each word reminds of his mistakes that he did with mahir maybe the tym when mahir Andy seperated was the tym when they both didn't knew that this distance would never close it will and is still increasing.
"Aap galat mat samjhiye mujhe dad...mein bas yeh keh rahi hu ki yeh sab cheeze usse Ghar mein zayda better tareeqe se bhi samjhayi jaa sakti h instead of sending him off to some strict Hostel....mein bas yeh chahati hu ki usse ek last chance dekr dekhte h,agar woh phir bhi nhi sudharega then you go ahead with your plans"She said and Andy just stared at her lost in his own thoughts.
"Dad mein guarantee leti hu ki Ishan abse behave karega aur agar uski koi bhi complain aayegi toh aap mujhe saza dijiyega uske saath saath,but usse ek chance dekr dekhte h,woh bht guilt mein h,aur hostel ke naam se hi Rona shuru kr diya h usne,use abhi hi realise ho gaya h ki usne galat kiya h,agar phir bhi usse bhej denge toh woh guilt gusse mein badal jayega,aur kya pata humse detach ho jaye"Bela said and Andy still just stared at her still in his thoughts.
Bela thought Andy wasn't considering her words so she said.
"Dad.....mein uski full guarantee leti hu,if he steps one toe out of line you can do whatever you want with him and I won't interfere again,and even you can punish me,but let's give him one....
She was interrupted by Andy.
"I got your point,no need to repeat it"Andy said and Bela shut up.

Bela asked after a few mins of silence as Andy didn't said anything.

Then for a few mins she just stared at Andy,Andy thought now she will leave but she just sat there staring at him.
"Bela,go and sleep now"Andy said as he got up from his seat and Bela quickly jumped on her feet and went out of his room after wishing him good night.
As she entered her room,she squeal like a lil kid,she could not believe she mustered the courage and talked to Andy and also convinced him to change his decision,she was so proud of herself and so happy for Ishan as well.
Andy kept on thinking of her words did Andy really made a mistake back then when mahir left the house and Andy thought that he will be back around after he is back but then it never happened in this 5 years of Mahir's MBBS and then 2 years of specialisation,mahir and Andy never spoke after that day.
Bela's words rung in his ears just as a temple bell that he became something u wanted him to be a responsible mature person but then the relationship between us dies.

Life will always give you opportunities to be responsible mature discipline but once a soulful relation breaks down it can never be as it was.

Bela knocked Ishan's room door as he was not opening it so she used the spare key which she uses when he gets up late.

" Vo dad ishan abhi bhi bht ro raha h uski aakhein bhi sujj gyi h puri raat ro ro ke,usko aapne q nhi bataya kal hi?? Bela ranted in haste.
" Weren't u supposed to do that job maine tumhe bol diya tha?? "Andy retorted.
" Nhi Aapne mjhe nhi bola tha ki usko jake bolo isliye maine usko jake nhi bola ki aapne issa bola h"Bela said.
Neil- kisni kisko kya bola h aur ishan ko kya bolna h??
Andy and Bela left to his room.
All of them barged into Ishan's room
Ishan was still crying and everyone can make it out that he has been crying the whole night.

"Kya hua?Bela sab neeche hume dekh rahe the,woh kha soch rahe honge ki hum din mein room mein kya kr rahe h?"Mahir said teasing her and Bela lightly hit his arm and asked him to be serious for once in his life.
She then narrated him the whole incident and Mahir's reaction was just worth watching.
"Tumne dad ko convince kr liya ki Ishan ko hostel na bheje??"He said after a few seconds of being in shock.
"Aapne sirf yahi suna kya??meine kaha Ishan abhi bhi thoda sad h toh aap dad ko boliye ki hum bahar khana khane chalte uska mood thik krne"Bela said.
"Tumne dad se baat kese kr li??tum unse Singhaniya Mansion jaane ke liye permission nhi maang sakti aur tumne unhe convince kr liya???yeh kese ho gaya bhai??"He asked again and she sighed.
"Mahirji aap iss baat pr kyu atke pade h?????meine kya kaha aapko"Bela again said and he nodded getting her point.
"Tumne kese convince kr liya dad ko pr??"He asked and she sighed.
"Meine bas unko apna point samjhaya aur woh Maan Gaye"Bela said because she knows if she won't answer him he won't drop the topic and will keep asking her.
"Aur woh Maan Gaye??just like that??"He again asked surprised.
"He is an intelligent man,sahi baat karenge toh kyu nhi manenge woh?"Bela said and Mahir didn't said anything and left to do what she said and then convinced everyone to go to a hotel to have lunch as it was a Sunday.
