We see izuku holding the blade whip and izuku see two twins with the blade whips and izuku uses metal manipulation to bring the whips to him
After bringing the Serpenters tohim izuku summons dragon heads from behind him and starts crushing the serpenters and then smashes the twins to the ground and izuku then grabs their head and uses all for one 2.0 and steals their quirks
After stealing the twins quirks he see the quirks are exactly the same and so he combines the quirks and it makes the blade whip quirk stronger
Izuku then says this
Izuku:I command that you send your forces back because I am here and I will destroy them
The lurkers and serpentine dragons then step back and all the villains go to a safe distance and the human rise members start shooting at izuku but izuku combines overhaul with the air manipulation and it makes a wave of destruction go towards the human rise members and all there was left was blood
Izuku starts walking threw the halls and suddenly izuku see a big guy with bleach skin and has weird fingers and ear things and izuku uses quirk scan and this individual was leviathan and izuku says
Izuku:get out my way
Leviathan charges at izuku and tries punching him but izuku uses eraser and it erases the human rise quirk and izuku then steals the quirk and uses overhaul and destroys the villain
Izuku:I will probably give this twister quirk to the peace-breaker nomu
Izuku continues walking threw out the halls and more human rise members appear and izuku just shoots a wave of fire at them burning the members alive
After killing the members izuku continues walking and see some large door and breaks down the door and izuku then see this man on top of some stairs
Once izuku see him he says
Izuku:so I'm guessing your the leader here
Flect turn:yes I am and you should know who I am
Izuku:it's flect turn and you should know who I am
Flect turn:your sinister I am very aware of who you are
Izuku:good so we don't get to know each other and you should know how deadly I am
Flect turn:I am fully aware but I will get rid of filth like you from this world once my goal is complete
Izuku:well we will have to see about that
Izuku charges at flect turn and tries punching him but suddenly his attack gets deflected and izuku is launched into a wall
Izuku mind;what the fuck just happened wait is his quirk deflecting attacks and I guess this quirk is always activated so it's a mutation type so I can't use eraser head quirk on him shit this is gonna be a issue
Izuku then gets up and then does something unexpected and starts smiling at him and this somehow creeped flect turn
Flect turn mind:why is he smiling I thought he be confused about my ability something isn't right
Izuku then looks around and see the laser shooters and izuku shoots air projectiles at them and izuku faces flect turn and says
Izuku:I have a question why did you become this
Flect turn:because I have suffered from my curse because everyone I've touched got hurt and so I shunned out by my parents, my friends and the one I gave my heart to and so I tried to end it but my curse wouldn't let me so I decided to destroy all quirks
Izuku:oh how fucking pathetic that is
Flect turn;(angered)what
Izuku:because your quirk made your life hell doesn't mean all quirks do I have a daughter with a quirk that would be considered cursed but I didn't treat it like one if anything it's a blessing and so you are a failure to society because of your idiotic actions and here something think about what you cause

Both izuku and flect turn punch each other and it causes a shockwave and both of them start trading punches and izuku then activates all for one 2.0 at 100% and combines it with the muscle quirk he got from wolfram and suddenly izuku muscles started glowing green and his hair turned red and so did his eyes
Izuku punches flect turn into a wall and says
Izuku:this is the first time I've went 100% with all for one and so this means your a lucky enemy because you get witness this power
Flect turn charges at izuku and so did izuku but when izuku punches flect turn it stole flect turn quirk and izuku shoots a blade whip into flect turn body and uses the blade whip to cut flect turn in half and izuku goes back to normal
Izuku turns off flect turn quirk and izuku then leaves the mountain but after leaving the mountain izuku uses weather manipulation and makes a giant bolt of lighting strike the mountain and it destroyed the mountain and izuku then uses warp gate and goes to the meta liberation army base
