Izuku:I'm probably gonna give that quirk to a nomu after I kill you
Nine shoots lasers at izuku but izuku was fast enough to dodge them and shoots blackwhip at him but nine makes a barrier appear blocking the attack but izuku pulls himself towards nine with blackwhip
Izuku manages to punches nine in the face and izuku charges at nine but nine summons some dragon out of his back and tries to crush izuku with it but izuku dodges and shoots a giant wave of fire towards nine and it sends the villain back a lot
Izuku see kota and eri are with katsuma and Mahoro and izuku goes towards them but danger sense picks something up quickly and izuku dodges a strike of lighting above him and nine appears and tries to shoot lasers into izuku chest but izuku then turns his skin to steel making the attack shoot him into the ground
Nine was rapidly shooting lasers into izuku while his skin was metal and izuku see a opportunity and uses metal manipulation and turns his hand into a spear and stabs it into nine chest and then turns the spear hand into a drill and well was drilling threw nine
Izuku throws nine into the ground and izuku uses quirk scan and see all his quirks and izuku says
Izuku:wow you have a shit version of all for one quirk and I never thought I see that
Izuku then grabs nine head and uses all for one 2.0 and steals the laser quirk , the hydra quirk , the barrier quirk and the weather manipulation quirk and after stealing those he disassembles nine
