she was really that tired that she slept in my arms
her tired face and slight alcoholic smell prove this right
she must have taken shots
all these years she really has changed 360 degrees
she was a bubbly girl with open and innocent faced
but my mistake snatched her that personality
I still remember those days when
"Hey Namjoon" gosh not again that girl
"Yes..." I stiffly smiled
"y-you forgot your pen there..." her cheeks got red with blush
when she used to look for excuses just to talk with me
her that cute face melts my heart
but that time.......I unnecessarily gave her the cold shoulder all the time
and trust me I still hate myself for that
looking at her peaceful feature sleeping without any care in my arms
I wish time could freeze time here
I adjusted her posture slightly and observed her more closely
who knows when I will be able to see her this close again
I kissed her forehead for a quite a second for my assurance and tucked her hairs behind her ears
"How much I wish I could watch you sleep in my arms daily......but it is not the right time..."
I need to get her home so she can sleep comfortably
today's hearing really drained her out
I shifted slightly and took out my phone from my back pocket
I dialed my assistant's number

it was a pause of some second possibly he was also shocked why I need the contact to a CEO directly

but now I need her brother's number to get her back home because I don't know her address
and I can't really take her to my home because that would be very Awkard in the morning

I immediately clicked on that number and waited to be received it
the whole time my baby was sleeping soundly in my arms
the call was soon picked up

I hurriedly declined the call...feeling nervous all of sudden
'god damn her brother is so scary....'

I sent him the location on that number and adjusted her body posture again before standing up tall with her in my arms
I know if her brother would have seen us in that position, I'll be 6 ft down that earth
so, I took her to the nearby bench and sat her down on it before settling myself beside her
I gently took her head and placed that on my shoulder
I kissed her forehead once again and tucked her hair behind her ear
resting my head-on-head head gently...... I closed my eyes
sighing in pure relief
'This feels so nice and warm'
after nearly 20 minute later my phone pinged again
Mr. yoongi {BIL}* :
I'm here where are you?

he left me on leave
I looked around and saw a man in business suite looking hurriedly here and there
I waved my hands towards him, and he approached me
" Namjoon?"
"Uh. Yes sir" I replied politely
his features visibly softened when he saw his sister sleeping without any care for world
"Well, uh. Thank you, Mr. Namjoon ...for taking care of my sister..." he smiled professionally and I smiled back
"No problem Mr. min ...me and y/n were just catching up on things when she slept.... she seems to be little drunk ...must have been stressed ..." I pointed out and he nodded
"Ok...I'll take from here...thank you once again Mr. Namjoon"
he took her in his embrace and kissed her forehead
he smiled one last time before walking away
'Today was the best day of my life...she slept in my arms'
I walked towards my car before droving off back to my home after such a beautiful evening
"psst...dad do you know why Namjoon is smiling like that from past 1 hour ..." seokjin whispered to his father who was also looking at his younger son with a funny worried expression
"I don't know jin...he is actually behaving weird" his dad whispered him back
"Do you know...?" seokjin asked his wife which had same concerned expressions on her face
Namjoon looked at them and smiled widely making them more weirded out
all along the dinner time the three of them were looking at him cautiously
soon the dinner finished, and Namjoon stood up happily
he picked up one flower from the vase that was on the dinner able and sniffed it
"These new flowers are very fresh..." Namjoon smiled and took that flower in his hands and walked away to his room whistling happily
"Dad I'm 200% sure he is drunk"
"Shut up seokjin " his dad playfully scolded him before walking away
"at least you believe me right wifey..." he smirked
Jieun also scoffed playfully and walked away
"Hey... Let me ask my child then "
