Bondita is pacing back and forth in Thakuma room nervously whereas old woman is sleeping after lunch.
Bondita in thoughts: Why did Patibabu come here? What else is left ? That too he changed his identity and came here pretending as Damini Malkin relative. Why? All of a sudden how did he gather information about Damini Malkin mayka side people? He did cheating and came here. What if he get exposed here?
She just sighed. Being a shikshak babu he is only telling lies and going in wrong path. Why is he playing with her (Bondita) like this? How difficulty it would be now to maintain her unsteady mind and control her heartbeat?
She then told herself: No Bondita no. Did you forget what you have decided? Hatred is the ultimate solution to all your problems. Hate him..just hate him.
She closed her eyes and started taking deep breaths recollected his screams ,his insults infront of everyone and tears started rolling down.
After few minutes she opened her eyes and wiped her tears and said gulping hard: yes I hate you Barrister babu.. I hate you.
She told herself: Areey waah! This hatred feeling is too good. It stabilized my heartbeat which increased when Patibabu no no when barrister Babu came infront of me. (She took a deep breath and said) I like this hatred..I will own this hatred feeling and stay neutral.

On the other side, Anirudh demanded explanation from principal once again. He asked Surendra : You told that you are taking care of Bondita as a daughter but in real what are you doing to her? you made her maid in your house and making her do all dirty...
'Enough...' Surendra stopped him with his furious voice.

Surendra then started : It's unbelievable to me that are you the one whom that little girl always admire you as a role model, who always worship you as God.
Anirudh's angry started melting. Surendra continued: Do you think I have given this work to her on my will. She ..she herself came and joined here as a caretaker to my mother on her own will despite of me denying her not to do any work like a servant.
Moreover what can even I do Avinash oh sorry Anirudh Roy Chowdhary! You tell me. All of a sudden, a young growing girl Bondita came to my house in a miserable condition, she literally begged me to provide me shelter and seat to study in our school.
(Anirudh tears are rolling down and looking at principal helplessly surender is continuing..)
She herself explained me her condition, your both story and then expressed her dream of becoming barrister Babu. Her eyes and her words had shown her dedication, passion towards studies and dreams. Even then I told her that she should have informed in her family and she herself told me that she left them all and if I try to contact her family she told firmly that she will run away from here or from her house again but Won't stay with her family.
(Anirudh closed his wet eyes and felt that death could be easier than this situation.)
Surendra: I told her that I can arrange accommodation in any one of the girl student house who are studying in our school. But still she didn't agree.
Even what can I do? You Tell me. There is no hostel for girls in our school. Because there are only few girls studying here and no one had necessity to settle in hostel and study. Everyone come from their houses and study here unless they get married.
Even then I tried to look after accomodation in any other safe place in all these days but no one are ready to keep a growing girl in their house.
1-2 houses came forward but their family conditions didn't make me feel secure to send her there. So I have left with no choice than to keep her in my house. If she is my own daughter will I leave her reckleesly in any other random House just like that?
Anirudh interrupted and taunted in furious voice: If she is really your own daughter will you let your wife scold your daughter unnecessarily and make her work like a servant?
Surendra sarcastically smiled and said: This is what the difference between you and her. She herself told me that my patibabu taught me work is worship, there is no point of huge work and less work , everyone should have Self respect. She didn't feel disgusting to do service to my age old mother . Infact she herself asked me that if my mother or Thakuma is in that Desparate condition will I leave them and go.
(Anirudh felt ashamed of his low thinking and bent his head in shame Surendra is continuing)
She never felt unhappy or uncomfortable here.
Yes I agree my wife is a stone hearted person but Bondita had find her way to impress her. Till you arrive Bondita is not taunted or scolded even once by my stone hearted wife .
By the way Mr. Anirudh Roy Chowdhary! Before you raise finger on me I would also like to know On what authority you are asking me these questions? (His voice started raising) To be frank who are you to ask me these questions? Tell me who are you to Bondita?
Anirudh couldn't reply even though he tried to answer , tears are coming in his throat as hindrance to him to tell that she is his wife. Surendra gave a sarcastic smile and said: You still don't have answer. That means she is nothing to you.
Anirudh gulped all the tears and said firmly : She is my wife..
Surendra: acha Do you believe it from your heart? Does she also believe it from her heart? Tell me. You accused na that my wife is behaving like a monster ..yes she is a monster but she was sensitive and soft hearted once upon a time but situations had turned her into stone hearted. That's why I am making Bondita get educated under my shadow, trying to heal her pain in heart because she should also not turn like Damini because of ignorance and illiteracy
Never play with any soft person's heart and mind especially with women's heart - Don't injure it at any cost . Else no one can mend it soon and You will be responsible for their future behaviour. Mind it
Just then both of them heard Damini knocking the room door and shouting: Avinash lalla. food is ready on dining table. Come fast.
Surendra: Take food stay for today and Go back by tomorrow. My wife will be shattered if she come to know that you are not her nephew. So before she knows leave from here by next day.
Surendra started leaving.
Anirudh wiped his tears and told that he wants to speak with Bondita once .
Surendra turned back and told : Ok you can speak. But don't take her forcefully from here. I won't spare you.
Anirudh nodded as agreeing with surender.
At lunch time Anirudh is served all special dishes by Damini who said: Avinash lalla I have made all specials for you. Don't hesitate to ask me. I will serve you as many times as you like.
But Anirudh didn't pay attention and He is looking around for Bondita to join them in dining table and not started eating. Damini didn't understand for whom is he looking..
Surendra understood it and called Avinash .... Avinash and shooked Anirudh's hand. Anirudh came into reality and looked. Surendra told: Your Pischi had served food with love. Eat it
Anirudh: I am waiting for everyone to join the table.
Damini said smilingly : lalla only we three will be eating food. Thakuma will be eating her food in her room only.
Anirudh looking around: Haa ok even others are also there in house. Let them come Pischi (unko bhi aane do Pischi)
Surendra rubbed his forehead with embarrassment and thought this man is putting Bondita in unnecessary trouble, Damini is quick in grasping that Anirudh showing interest on Bondita and she will shout on that poor girl. What to do?
Damini didn't understand about whom he is talking: Lalla who else are there?
Anirudh is about to say : Bon
Surendra interfered in middle and told Damini: Arey Damini your nephew heart is really gold..see he almost resembles you in all aspects. That's why he is asking whether all servants had taken food or not.
He indirectly told Anirudh that he is asking about a servant and be in limits
Damini smiled to Anirudh and said : Lalla ! bahus and servants should eat later. Not with elders.
Anirudh clenched his hand with disgust, Surendra understood his frustration and said: Avinash! This food is prepared by Bondita. If you eat soon servant will also eat at our back. So will you make it fast.
Anirudh looked painfully and furiously at Surendra and kept morsel in his mouth wholeheartedly with tears.
Really his hungry started raising now. From many days even he didn't take food properly.
Seeing his tears, Damini asked: What happened lalla? Is it too spicy? She is calling: Bondita
Anirudh interrupted in between and said : No Pischi let it be. Infact these are happy tears that I am eating with you..
Damini felt emotional and offered a morsel to Anirudh's mouth. He quietly ate from Damini hands but surendar looked at him furiously for Playing with his wife's emotions like this.
He thought to send Anirudh by hook or crook else Damini will bond with him and can't take the heart break that this Anirudh is not her nephew.
He is quickly eating food so that Bondita gets chance to eat. Damini is serving all dishes in huge quantities and emptying the dishes. Only few which is almost a morsel of curry chutney and hardly two luchis are left.
His heart started dropping and thinking how can Bondita adjust with two luchis and curry and chutney. Later Damini is trying to feed Roshogullas to him which had almonds in it.
He only took one and later she had served it to her husband and she ate herself.
Anirudh couldn't take that roshogullas are getting empty and he asked : Pischi save some roshogullas for Bondita also it had almonds which is necessary for growing up girls.
Surendra felt lump in throat, he started coughing and blaming Anirudh in his mind that he is not controlling himself and Damini looked at him as if unbelievable. She gave water to her husband. Why is he talking about a servant? Did he fall for her? Or that Bondita had done something to him?
Anirudh grasped that she felt offended when he took Bondita's name but what can he do? He can't let roshogullas go into other's stomach without feeding her.
Damini said : beta sweets are supposed to be eaten by owners and not by servants.
Anirudh closed his eyes , controlling his anger and shooked his head. Damini continuing: Moreover that Bondita is already a grown up girl and married lady. So it's better you don't focus on such kind of girls - they take opportunity if you show special interest. I am telling this for your welfare only.
He intentionally thrown a spoon on floor and said sorry Pischi.
Damini said : It's ok let me take it and she Bent down. He immediately kept 4 roshogullas in a bowl and hidden at his back.
Surendra had literally smacked his head, he Never felt this much of tension in his life.
Damini lifted the spoon and Anirudh raised from his chair and told: I am done peschi. Let me go and relax.
She said : Ok lalla.
She then called Bondita to clean everything here, clean utensils and then have the remain food in green leaf. Bondita nodded quietly and started cleaning it .
Anirudh is about to come to her , she avoided his gaze and got busy in taking out utensils.
Anirudh is about to follow her , Bondita intentionally called Damini and asked : Is it fine if she lock back door from outside and clean utensils because there is a cat which is trying to sneak inside.
Anirudh glared at her angrily, but she didn't meet his gaze she already know that she had given him enough reasons to shout on her and Damini said :Yes that is fine. Do it fast and she insisted Anirudh to go inside and take rest. He couldn't take all these and thinking to find a way to speak to her.
Bondita had cleaned vessels and ate the remaining food. Anirudh just then find stair case to go on roof . He went upstairs and saw Bondita eating in leaf which increased his frustration. He tried to call her but she grasped that he went to upstairs to call her , so she turned aside.
He decided to talk to her and take her away by hook or crook. Before that he should speak to her.
He went down stairs and went inside looking for an opportunity. Damini came and asked : Do you want anything Avinash?
He said : No peschi. By the way you look so tired may be you are exhausted after making arrangements for me why don't you go and rest . Have some nap you will feel better.
Damini felt nostalgic reminding her mayka and said cupping his cheeks: My brothers also used to worry about me like this . Ok lalla I will nap infact you also take rest. Anirudh nodded.
Somewhere he also felt guilty for playing with her emotions like this despite of how she behaves with Bondita
As soon as Bondita returned from work she started looking around to see if Patibabu is there or not and slowly went into Thakuma room.
She is thinking: Thakuma may get up in anytime. I should stay in this room so that Patibabu..she smacked her head and said no barrister Babu won't come here into this room because Damini Malkin won't allow him here.
She came inside and going near to Thakuma bed suddenly she is dragged by Anirudh in a cupboard which is a spacious wardrobe near by and before she reacts and grasps what is happening he locked it from inside .
She is shocked to see this kind of behaviour from him and her heart started beating fastly. He gave serious look to Bondita and tried to say something but after seeing her dull face He then closed his eyes to control his anger and took deep breathe. Whereas she is not looking at him nor crying. She just bent her head and stood in wardrobe and trying to control her heartbeat and chanting hatred mantra
He called her softly: Bondita..
She said : Ji without lifting her head and facing him.
Anirudh lifted her chin and tried to make her see him , their eyes met for a second but she immediately closed her eyes and she only said : I should go now
He asked with trembling voice: don't you want to even see your birristera babu face now
She said: I don't feel that I am worthy enough to show my face to you. Why did you come here and that too as Damini Malkin relative?
Anirudh shouted:. will you stop calling others as malik and Malkin.
She said shh and then gave a Fierce look and said : Actually Damini Malkin doesn't know that I am studying in Surendra sir school. If I call her madam in angrezi language she will grasp my truth and won't allow me to work here. That's why I am just calling her as Malkin and sir as Malik in house whereas in school I call him sir
Anirudh with trembled voice: What is all this Bondita? Why are you doing this to me? There in Tulsipur and Krishnanagar everyone are waiting for your arrival eagerly and you here..
Bondita felt her heart ache remembering her families but she can't return now leaving her studies and can't face them. She said without looking at him: whatever I am doing is for pursuing my studies and for your welfare, Barrister babu.
Anirudh immediately asked : what welfare is there for me if you leave me and go ? Do you have any idea what happens to my heart?
She raised her head and looked at him as if unbelievable. Did she listen correctly or mistaken? She had forgotten to chant her hatred mantra in her heart.
He moved her face little near to her and asked her: Look at me clearly? do I look fine? Is your birristera babu look happy? Don't you see pain in my eyes?
She said fiercely as if shouting: Then I also felt in the same way when you..
She stopped herself and slammed her head mentally: what are you doing Bondita? Can't you keep quiet?
He recollected their past incidents his harsh words when they took reverse pheras, when he insulted her publicly more than once. Yes she hadn't forgiven him. All his actions had left deep scar on his mind.
She immediately cut the topic and said : I should go, please leave me. I am happy and safe here. You also go back.
She is trying to open the lock and he stopped her and held her hand. All this is quite disturbing to her. It is giving wierd trembles in her heart and havoc inside.
He then opened a small box which had roshogullas saved for her and tried to feed her by taking it near to her mouth by telling: I know you are more angry on me, but we share everything na.
May be I have hurt you as your patibabu but we are also teacher and student, friends and protectors (rakshak babu) to eachother. Isn't it?
So please eat this roshogullas and give one Chance to explain my point of view to you. Please eat it once.
He offered to her, she said : no barrister Babu. My opinions have changed. Everything is changed for me. I am no more interested in roshogullas or any sweets or even kulfi now. I hate sweets. This sweet gives long term pain
He looked painfully and requested: why are you escalating the angry which you have towards me on roshogullas? what did these roshogullas did to you? You and they are good friends na. Please eat it.
Bondita: No Barrister babu, I don't like it. Everything is changed for me and even I am also changed. Now if I keep this sugar syrup roshogullas in my mouth I only remember...
She doesn't want to open up like this infront of him. She diverted the topic and said: Leave it. I read in newspaper that sweets are dangerous to health and spoil the teeth. So I stopped eating it
Anirudh then recollected that during her first period she remained stubborn and not explaining her problem to him and when he tried to feed her roshogulla in that process she almost slapped him.
Yes if she vent out her angry on him atleast she may feel light and better. He held both of her hands and made her slap his both cheeks .
She is shocked for his behaviour. He asked : Slap me Bondita slap me until you feel better and vent out all your angry on me. Please..don't keep this much hatred inside. It is dangerous.
She cut him and said: I told you that I am not angry on you and I didn't keep any hatred in my heart. Leave me now. And you please leave from here.
Anirudh said stubbornly: I am not going anywhere until you change your mind and come with me.
Bondita also became adamant and said:
Then I am not going to come with you back at any cost . With much difficult I have earned admission in this school and a shelter in this House . I am quite happy here.
Anirudh: Happy!? Working as maid is making you happy. Do you know that you are queen of Roy Chowdhary family and here..
Bondita: I found more happy in this servant post rather than being queen of Roy Chowdhary family. Because I earned this job on my hardwork and I have to fulfill the promise given to..
She stopped in middle and again blamed herself.: What is this Bondita? You should have realised by now that Barrister babu is adamant. If you tell about helping Ramani dadi and Murli kaka he will pay them and take you away. Can't you keep your mouth shut.

I will not depend on anyone and work hard and earn. I want to continue my studies till final year here only
Anirudh : Fine if that is the case then let's go from here. (She looked at him shocked. He said.) You are hesitating to come out of school ok I understand and even I don't want any disturbance in your studies. So let's take house separately and stay there. But not here as a maid or caretaker. Come I will speak with principal sir now only
She immediately said : No..I don't want to come with you. I am happy here. I want to stay separately. You please go else I will
Anirudh: what you will ? Tell me ? What you will?
Bondita: Don't play with me. I am not understanding why are you bothered about me this much. You are the one who said that I should not depend on anyone and become independent and now when I am trying to be independent, what's your problem then? Why can't you stand on one word?
Why did you forget all the mistakes done by me? Am I not the one who have asked you for wife status in your life, am I not the one who bunked classes In Tulsipur school and am I not the one who tricked you to fill my mang with chamatkari sindur and tattoed my hand. That day the expression in your eyes ..I could never forget it in my life.
Now all of a sudden why did you forgive me so easily?
Anirudh: Bondita you only told your mistakes but didn't point out my mistakes. Why?

By the way why did you come for me? Sampoorna didi told that she will make sure that you won't come for me? Then why did you come here? How exactly did you find me here?

Bondita looked shocked . He continued: this is the destiny Bondita. Whatever letter you write it will reach me. Fine so you won't come back with me?
Bondita: No
Anirudh: you will work here as caretaker?
Bondita: yes..
Anirudh: Until you change your mind then I also won't go anywhere. I will stay here as Avinash Ghosh.
Bondita is worried: Your lie may get exposed

Bondita: Damini Malkin may react harshly

She sighed and said: Fine stay here. But I am not going to be affected by your presence.
Anirudh raised her chin and said ; we will see Mrs. Bondita Anirudh Roy Chowdhary.
She is stunned and opened her mouth with shock and he fed her roshogulla and before she throw it he closed her mouth forcely and said: you are not affected by my presence am I right?
She stubbornly nodded then you will eat roshogullas and prove that my presence won't affect you.
She gulped the whole roshogulla and she tried to say something. He again fed her another roshogulla in her mouth.
He gave the remaining roshogullas box and asked her to eat in his presence else he will make her sit in dining table for night dinner and feed her.
Bondita became furious and forcefully kept remaining roshogullas in her mouth and then said: are you happy now?
He said : Good girl now you go and study. And opened the door lock
She is leaving and murmured: Rakshas babu and he smiled at her back and called again: Did you say anything Bondita?( Kuch kaha tumne Bondita)
She shooked her head and left. He thought: I won't let you become stone hearted Person Bondita. You kept pain hatred and angst in your heart. I will remove all those negative feelings. Shotti.
