y/n put his phone down and sighed. he felt bored sitting on his phone all day and decided to take out some textbooks and start studying.
that didn't work out since he ended up closing it as soon as he saw a very complex diagram that demotivated him.
“ugh. this is so ass. i miss kenma.” he pouted, hitting his head on his desk.
he suddenly remembered the incidents of last night and stood up in realisation. he jumped around his room screaming with excitement.
“Y/N. SHUT UP.” his little sister yelled from her room.
yes. y/n was forced to spend his vacation at his family home. his grandmother felt itd be a great opportunity for him to talk about how his college life is going, which he did not appreciate at all. but granny is his homie so he decided to stay for her.
“LEAVE ME ALONE, S/N.” he yelled back.
y/n jumped on his bed and swung his smelly ass feet in the air thinking about his boyfriend.
“ayo wassup gay ass homie.” his grandmother burst into his room with her walking stick.
“AYY, GRANNY!” he got up immediately to hug her.
“get off me, you stinkbug!” she smacked him with her cane.
“OUCH MY ASS.” he cried out, overdramatically. “anyways, hows that arthritis, g-mama?”
“how do you think it is, ya little shit.” granny said sarcastically, taking a seat on his chair.
she looked at y/n who was now sitting opposite her, on his bed. she squinted her eyes at him.
“so.” she started, “you got a boyfriend, didn't ya?” she giggled holding a hand up to her mouth.
“oh em gee, HOW DID YOU KNOW?!” he giggled the same way she did.
they both bonded over giggles for a moment.
“i just got a sense for these thangs.” she rolled her eyes, “tell me bout yo mans now, boi!”
they sat there gasping, giggling and gossiping about y/n's love life for like, 2 hours.
“y/n! mom! its time for dinner!” they heard the voice of y/n's mom call out to them.
“ugh. stupid ass lady, always calling me her mom. i aint even give birth to that hoe.” granny grumbled while taking her stick and walking out of the room along with y/n following her.

the sounds of utensils hitting the plate and awkward glances given at eachother made y/n feel uneasy. it wasn't usually like this, it was almost as if there was a topic waiting to be discussed.
y/n's father slammed the table which scared the shit out of everyone.
“damn you, you stupid child! quit bangin on the damn table, ya fuckin idiot!” granny yelled at y/n's dad.
“IM SORRY MAMA, I DIDN'T MEAN TO BANG THE TABLE THAT HARD-” he cried out while his wife comforted him.
“ungrateful ass bitch.” she mumbled.
y/n's mom sighs, “y/n. we had to discuss some important matters with you.” she starts. y/n looks up from his food, feeling nervous. he knew something was up.
“no! babe, i wanna say it!” y/n's dad pouted.
y/n's mom laughed and booped his nose, “no i want to!~” she giggled. y/n mentally cried and physically cringed at the sight of his parents ugly ass flirting. s/n nearly barfed up all her food. thankfully, granny came to their rescue.
“OH MY GOD. STOP THIS BULLSHIT, MY GRANDCHILDREN DON'T GOTTA KEEP SUFFERING LIKE THIS CAUSE OF YALL CRINGY ASSHOLES.” she yelled.
y/n's parents were stunned. “i think her arthritis is acting up...” y/n's mom said softly.
“no baby, thats not was arthritis is...” y/n's dad replied back, granny got angry as fuck and threw her cane at them.
