"Oh wow..." Yuu was completely enamoured by Heartstabul's dorm, completely understandable honestly.
"Hey! Yuu why doesn't our dorm look as good as this!?" Grim exclaimed to the whole population causing you to laugh.
Yuu smiled sheepishly as he glaced at you and then the rest of the group.
"Grim.... our dorm is a work in progress for the time being.."
"Let's get a move on guys, we don't have long before classes" You walked by them with a playful wink before running off in hopes of meeting your other friends.
"Oh my God.... Y/n! Stop running off without us!!" Deuce groaned before he took off after you.

From a distance you could hear a male's singing as well as a steady increase of rose heart bushes that were dripping red.
'Seems like they have just been painted meaning that someone is near by...'
"They all gotta be red, or it's 'off with my head'!" The distant male sang.
"Hey someone is here..." the feline next to you spoke as he hid behind Yuu's leg. Yuu himself looked questionally at Deuce and Ace for an awnser.
Obviously he didn't get one.
"Whoa that gives me déjà vu...." Yuu mumbled, zoned out in the direction the singing.
"Hmm? Did you say something Yuu?" You walked closer to Yuu, mere inches away from touching your shoulders together.
You heard him just fine. You wanted to know exactly who Yuu was and his role.
"Huh? Oh u-uh nothing Y/n" He said while smiling and patting your head.
'Keeping secrets then....' Your strained a smile before following after him, to the voice from earlier.
"Huh..? Oh do you guys need anything?" Your old friend Cater turned to the group with his paint brush still in hand. The paint would have splattered onto Grim's fur if you hadn't pulled him back on time.
"What are you um... doing here..?" Ace questioned Cater while pointing towards the half pained roses.
Oh how you missed the days you would visit the Queendom of Roses and assist with painting the roses red.
"Are you blind" he dead panned "I'm clearly painting the roses red".
'Get them Cater' you smiled proudly to yourself.
"Eh?! Why!" The single brain cell duo exclaimed in unison.
"Do you forget where you are? Nothing makes sense here" You reminded the boys as you placed your hands on your hips.
"Wha!? Y/n!" Cater had some how only just noticed your presence and ran up to you to hug you from behind while dropping his paintbrush along the way. He placed his arms around your waist and snuggled into you. "When did you get here?"
You could tell he was smiling widely despite not being able to see his face.
"I've been stood here the whole time" You sighed while patting his arm. He didn't respond and only hugged you tighter while he rested his head ontop of yours.
"Hold the phone!" He gasped and pointed towards the two infront of us, still not letting go.
"You're the guys who broke the chandelier and almost got expelled!" He chuckled at the stupidity of the two.
"That chandelier is going to haunt us until we graduate..." Ace slumped over from the mere thought of hearing that same phrase for another three years.
"Oh you! You're the one who ate house warden's tart!" He chuckled once more then smiled at you.
"He sure has a death wish huh N/n? Oh my God I need to get in on this fame!"
He then proceeded to gently pull you along with him to the the duo then quickly fetched Yuu and Grim over. Without anyone being able to process he placed his face right next to yours and took a picture. Ace and Deuce had their eyes shut with a weird blur but some how Yuu and Carter looked amazing.
Cater immediately returned to hugging you while uploading the photo to magicam.
"Gimme your names so I can tag you guys" He states without looking up from his phone.
"I'm Deuce Spade..." He said with hesitation laced in his voice.
"Ace."
"I'm Grim and that's my henchmen Yuu!" Grim gave a smirk that was akin to Idia's wide smile.
"Uploaded!" Carter smiled as he loved his phone.
"How do you know Y/n..?" Deuce spoke up.
"Hm? Oh! We've been friends since I joined this school. They've been around here a lot before even enrolling" He poked your cheek gently with a silly smile paired with it.
"I'm Carter Diamond by the way, nice to meet you" He finally introduced himself to the rest of the group. Deuce and Yuu nodded slowly, slightly wary of the guy that was clinging onto you.
"Ah... your the prefect of Ramshackle right? I can't believe you live there!"
He leaned forward slightly in bewilderment at the guy who resides in the run down building.
"No filter could salvage that dump!"
You cleared your throat to try and stop Carter from going over board about how ugly their house is. It's just a tad bit disrespectful don't you think?
"Grrr... you've done nothing but diss us buddy!" The feline's ears flaired up with anger.
"Oh! What am I doing? I need to paint the roses red!" Carter swiftly made his way back over to the bush he was previously painting. Grabbing his discarded paint brush, he began to coat the white roses in red paint.
"The party is tomorrow, if we're not ready it's 'off with my head'" He recited once more.
"Hey....." He spun slowly on his heels and turned to your group with a evil smirk.
"Do you guys wanna help me paint roses?" From no where, five paint brushes were now being pointed to you guys.
"Uh... why are you doing that anyways..?" Ace pushed the brushes away. You may as well be asking a stone to do work for you. For free no less.
"Didn't I say not to question it?" You crossed your arms over your chest in distaste. Clearly Ace doesn't listen to you.
"To make the roses more photogenic! Or something...."
"You don't actually know why do you Carter?" You tilted your head slightly at him in a questioning manner.
Coughing into his hand, Carter completely dodged your question qnd turned to Ace and Deuce once more.
"Uh.. then I've got to get things ready for the croquest competition"
"Ah... colouring the flamingos? That's a rough job that one" you sighed dramatically with your hands on your hips.
"I know right" He wiped some, very real, tears away. You've always loved to guilt trip people into doing stuff for fun.
"Now that I think about it Ace... that tart you ate must have been for the housewarden's birthday party" Deuce clicked his fingers like a detective after solving a case.
'Detective Deuce on the case!'
"Eh? No? It's not housewarden's birthday" Carter raised an eyebrow to Detective Deuce's deduction as if it was the most stupid awnser.
"Detective Deuce's deductions are wrong! How could this be?!" You exclaimed with feigned shock.
"Don't ever say that me again." Deuce stated blankly, definitely ready to murder you.
"Wait whose birthday is it then?" The second terrible detective interrogated Carter.
'Detective Ace on the case!'
"It isn't anyone's birthday tomorrow, it's the dorms traditional unbirthday party"
"It's a tea party we throw when it's no one's birthday!" He chuckled
"Yeah, if Riddle even wants to hold one" How come you know more about their dorm than they do?
"Eh? Why would you do that?"
'Ace really doesn't listen to the no questions rule does he...' Sighing you dead panned at Ace which made him sweat drop from confusion.
"Again with the questions!" Carter abruptly stopped painting and turned to you with a gasp.
"Y/n are you coming to the unbirthday party?!" His eyes held nothing but excitement for you going to the party.
"Sure Carter, just make sure Riddle is aware please" You awnsered with a smile. You were glad to see Cater was the same as always, especially with you.
"Great! Oh guys could you help with painting the roses? They need to be perfect" He didn't give them time to decline and threw them each a paint brush.
"Ace and Yuu you'll have to do it by hand because...eh you know..." He chuckled awkwardly while avoiding eye contact with the unamused Ace.
"Recolour the roses with magic...." Deuce stared at the rose bush infront of him and you could practically see the gears turning in his head.
"Can't say I've done that before" Grim just was not amused at this point.
"Come on guys you've got this!" Carter pushes them all to more rose bushes and placed a hand on Deuce's and Yuu's shoulders.
"But maybe do it before I loose my head, kay?"

"Ah N/n, could you please use your magic on those ones over there?" Cater had shown up behind you and pointed to 2 rose bushes that were just ahead.
"Yeah sure" You smiled and used your magic to move a paint brush and paint one bush while you did the other.
"Deuce! That's blue not red!" You heard Yuu should from a slight distance. You were growing to love their dynamic already.
