The night was still young as the Scooby Gang entered KISSWorld, hoping to find some fun things to do together before school starts back in the Fall.
Starchild could sense that they were here using the power of the eye.
He was glad to see the fellow mystery solvers back in KISSWorld.
But what he didn't know was that they had brought a friend with them.
Her name was Annabelle, and she'd been pulling all kinds of scary pranks on the Scooby Gang.
The most recent prank involved dressing up as the girl from The Ring.
Annabelle had scared the absolute crap out of Scooby and Shaggy, and they were so terrified that they refused to sleep in their own beds for a whole week.
Now, she was in KISSWorld to have a good time.
Starchild and Spaceman were backstage polishing their guitars when they came face-to-face with Annabelle, who was just as nice as can be.
After sharing a few laughs, the young KISS fan went to go find Catman.
When she spotted him, an idea for a prank came to her.
Annabelle always brought her suitcase full of Halloween costumes and makeup, and she took it with her to a changing room.
Once she was ready, she snuck out onto the balcony where there was a flight of stairs.
Catman was sitting on one of the amplifiers while twirling his drumsticks in his hand.
His cat senses began to pick up something, and when he turned around, the sound of croaking came through his kitty ears.
"What in the world..."?
Catman walked a little bit closer, and he wished he hadn't.
Crawling towards him, was a woman with long black hair and very pale skin.
She was heading straight towards him.
"Oh my God! Please...don't hurt me"!
The drummer switched to his animal form before speed-walking away to find a place to hide.
When he found one, he opened the door and jumped with fright to see the girl had somehow teleported herself there.
Catman tried to run away, but then he accidentally tripped over something, causing him to switch back to his normal form.
He sat up with his back pressed against the tent and looked at the girl in fear as she crawled onto his lap while still making that eerie croaking noise.
Just when he thought all heck was about to break loose, Annabelle revealed herself.
"Prank"!
She pointed her finger at him and dashed off laughing.
"Oh, thank God it wasn't real".
Catman said, as he let out a sigh of relief.
He got up off the ground and dusted off his KISS costume.
