Car was driving along the duty road accopmanied by a scorching heat both in and outside the car.
Y/N:Are we there yet?
D/N:Almost sport.
M/N:I know its hot sweety but we promised were gonna visit your grandparents for the summer in Florida.
Y/N:Why couldnt we visit at Christmass.That way we could say we got lost on the way when the school starts.

Meanwhile,entiring Earths atmosphere was another metal vessel with its own family.A family of gelatinous human eating aliens with visible intestines called Limax.There was a father Limax,mother Limax and a little girl Limax.
Layla:(Sigh)Dad,do we have to?
Limax D/N:Yes we do.Humans are delicious are we eat humans.Why is it so complicated?
Layla:I mean,why dont we eat something else.We survived just fine eating crystalized carbon back on our home planet.
Limax M/N:Listen to your dad Layla.You are a growing girl and need to eat your humans.Once we land,I want you to go a eat some humans.
Limax D/N:Get your disguise and well meet up in two weeks.You need to learn to hunt your own food so we wont be coming with you.But we expect to hear about a lot of human disaperences.Understand?
Layla:Yes dad.Im going into the escape pod,wake me when were ready to land.
She got up from her seat and left the control room with doors closing behind her.
Limax D/N:She got that from your side of the family.

Stepping into the escape pod,Layla could hear her parents argue.
Layla:(Sigh)Parents.
She fully entered the pod and closed her eyes as it closed.Scene change to to Florida where the car of L/Ns was in the middle of parking in front of just one of hundred or so identical house.Old woman with white hair moved the curtains to see who it was.The sheer sight itself brought a smile to her face.
GM/N:Dear,theyre here!
GP/N:What?!
GM/N:Your son is here!
GP/N:Pier?Why would I want to got to a pier?
The woman sighed and rubbed the temples on her head.After saying Cmon she grabbed the old man of the couch by his ear and dragged him outside the doors.By then the rest of the L/N family had gotten out of the car.
D/N:Mon,dad,how are you?
Y/Ns grandma let go of his grandpas ear and hugged his dad.
GM/N:Oh we cant complain.A little hot,a little humid...
GP/N:Not to mention were surrounded by dirty cheaters and thieves.
He looks at the yard opposite of them where a man in a wheelchair was watering his garden.Which was mostly tomatoes.Ox heart tomatoes,cherry tomatoes,rosada tomatoes and others.All the while Y/N grandpa gave him the stink eye.
GP/N:Its too big of a coincedence that my spare dentures wentt missing after his wife and him visited for a party of bridge.
GM/N:I keep telling him he just misplaced them.
D/N:Its af if I never left home.
GM/N:And wheres my favorite grandson?
M/N:Right here.
She pushed Y/N in front of her with her hads resting on his shoulders.
Y/N:Techically,Im your only grandson.
GM/N:Oh my,look out how much youve grown?
She reached for his cheeks and stated to pinch and pull on them.
Y/N:Ow.Ow!
GM/N:Isnt he cute?
D/N:OK mom,leave the boys cheeks alone.Could you help us carry some of this stuff?
She almost imedietly slaped his hand.
GM/N:No son of mine is gonna make his wife carry things!Come dear,I was just making some tea in the kitchen.
She put an arm around Y/N moms arm and led her inot the house.Y/Ns grandpa stretched his back and started to take the things from the car.
GP/N:Remember son,always do what she sas and never move to Florida.Its bad for fights.
D/N:(Sigh)Cmon son.The sooner we start,the sooner we finish.
GP/N:Not in Florida.By the time you start making coffie,youre too hot and tired to carry it to the living room.
Meanwhile somewhere in the swamp,the ship landed and the femily of Limaxs had gotten out.
Limax M/N:Well go that way and you got that way.Now be a good girl and eat planty of humans.
Limax D/N:But avoid the children.The older they are the better.Mmmm...
Layla:Yes.See you in two weeks or whatever.
Layla head in direction that soon brought her to the town.She was sneaking around and behind objects so no one would see her.She eventually saw a human female that would suit her age.Layla followed her and wainted until they both got in an alley.In one quick motion,she ponced her and enveloped her entire body.She jumped off of her and left her in a cacoon about meter tall.Then her transformation began.
Lalya assumed a humanoid body and change her skin,cytoplasm color that became caucasian.In addition,her lower body turned blue to fit the jeans and feet became red and shaped like heels.Most of her body was now lavander colored,her lips purple but the hair she now had,has retained the color of her usual self.She look a look at her body and rotated a little.
Layla:Hm,not bad.
Then her look fell on the girl whos looks she sampled in the cacoon.
Layla:(Sigh)
She sighed and crouched down to the cacoon and dragged a finger through it.The cacoon opened and the lequid for marineting victims poured out.After which she tossed the cacoon in the garbed can.
Layla:Now what do with you?
She looked at the unconcious girl and thought of how to handle this situation.She carried her to a closest bench and put a disgarded newspaper in her hands.
Layla:This should work right?Humans spent their entire lives reading.Just without the paper.Might as well see what humans here do for fun.
She headed down the street in search of something to do.In the Florida L/N household,the men were done unpacking and resting on the furniture.
Y/N:Im starting to know how boiled eggs feel.
GP/N:What was that?
Remarked the Y/Ns grandfather who was balding.
Y/N:N-nothing.
D/N:Well what matters is were done.Anyone up for for some family albums.
GP/N:I think GM/N dug out the old cassettes in the attic from the time Y/N was young.
Y/Ns eyes widened and he jumped of the couch as if his energy was back anew.
Y/N:You know what?Since were gonna be staying here for a while,why dont I take a walk in the neighboorhood?Get to know the terrain,meet new people,maybe I even spot crocodile and aligatory at the same place.
GP/N:Good luck.Crocodiles are at the far south of Florida and in the sea.But there are planty of aligators.Providing you know what to look for.
Y/N:Wide jaws,gray scales,bottom teeth inside the mouth and an U shaped snout.I got it.
D/N:OK then,but be carefull.
Y/N:I will,I promise.
And with that,Y/N left his grandparentss house.
Y/N:Phew,that was close.Might as well take a walk.Maybe theres something interesting about Florida.
He started to walk around the town in serach of something to do.The florida wasnt what he expected from TV.At least the animal part.Everything else was just as boring as he expected.Hot,humid and partialy crowded.And there werent many kids apart from those that stil held their parents hand.Whether the parent was an adult or another retired person.After walking for so long he had to take a moment to rest on one of the benches.
Y/N:Maybe I shouldve stay in the house.At least I wouldnt be in the sun for so long.
???:Im telling you.No money,no nothing.
Y/N looked back to see wahat was going on.There was an agitated hot dog seller and a green haired girl around his age.
Girl:I dont have any.I dont even use Taydens.
Hot dog seller:Tayden?I only take american bucks,so scram.
Y/N felt a inexplicable urge to intervene.After,the girl looked hungry and he had some on on his person.So he stood up from his bench and walked over to the two.
Y/N:Is there a problem?
Hot dog seller:Yeah,this girly is trying to her a free meal.
Y/N fished around his pocket and took out the money he had before presenting it to him.
Y/N:Will this be enough?
The man leaned in to see the money and said it should cover it.He took his money and gave each a hot dog.
Y/N:I was just paying for her,I wasnt ordering myself.
Hot dog seller:Its easier that giving you your change back.Now unless you have more money to spend,go away!
Y/N walked away with the girls walking right next to him.
Girl:Thanks for the help,Im kind of new here.Im Layla.
Y/N:Im Y/N.Im sort of new here too.I came with my parents to visit my grandparents.
Layla:My parents brought me here too.Theyre so annoying about eating hu-I mean,they have odd eating habits.I just wanted to find an alternative.
After she was done talking she ate the whole meal,even the bun,in one gulp and licked her lips.
Layla:Mmm.I never had anything like this.I could get used to it.
She said after which her stomach sounded off to tell her shes still not full.She looked at her stomach then at Y/N was in the middle of his first bite.They stared at each other,Y/N unsure of what to do next.
Layla:Can I have the rest?
Y/N:With his mouth full,he could only nod.Before he could bite of a peice and give her the rest,he felt her surprisingly cold lips samshed against his.In his moments of puzzlement,he almost didnt notice Layla moving away and gulping down the rest of the hot dog he wasnt eating.
Layla:Thanks buddy,I owe you big time
Y/N:N-no problem.
Layla:So,what do people around here do for fun?
Y/N:Well with this heat,the best thing to do is swim.
Layla:No!I' mean...I have aquaphobia.
Y/N:Oh,sorry to hear.That must be tough on this hot days.And that was my only idea.For other things like movies wed need money but I lost of it on those hot dogs.
Layla:Are all humand this obsessed with money?
Y/N:Well,yeah.Where exactly are you from?
Layla:Um,somewhere far away.I can only say the name in my native language.
Y/N:Let me guess,you cant tell me its name either?
Layla:Yes.What about you?I dont see you answering any questions.
Y/N:Im from (town name) in (state name),born and raised.And until the end of summer days Ill be staying in this land of aligators.
Layla:Are they edible?
Y/N:I guess.As edible as any non venomous reptile but no ones crazy enough to hunt them,let alone eat them.Besides,American alligator is Federally protected by the Endangered Species Act as a Threatened species.So youd be punished for harming them.Are you still hungry?
Layla:Ill manage for now.My parents left me here for few weeks,do you know some place I cold chrash for a while?
Y/N:M-maybe you could stay with my family.Theyd like to meet you and when my grandma and mom work together in kitchen,its not a dinner,its a feast.
Layla:OK then,its a deal.
She smiled at him which made Y/N fell warm on the inside.They walked around for a while,looking for thing to do that they didnt need to pay.Apart from sightseeing and aligatory scawanger hunt the search was unsuccesfull.After a while,the Sun began to set so they headed back to his grandparents house.
Y/N:OK,they might be a little overractive when they see you but just stay calm.
Layla:Why would they overreact if you me someone over?
Y/N:Nevermind.Just,keep an open mind.
Layla:(If only he knew.)
Y/N opened the doors and invited Layla in before closing them.
M/N:Y/N,is that you?
Y/N:Yeah and um,I brought someone.
M/N:On no.What did I telly you about bringing home stray animals?
Y/N:It's not an animal.It's,it's a girl.
Silence filled the house Next thing to happen was the house practically shaking with the entire family rushing in to the front doors like stampede.
GM/N:Hello sweety.What's your name?
Layla:Layla.
D/N:Did your parents agree to this?
GP/N:Leave the kid alone.We didn't give you the business when you courted your wife.You're were around his age right?
D/N:I was ten years older.
Layla:My parents left me here for few weeks.Y/N said I could stay with him.
GP/N:What!?Who are?I'm calling the cops.
Layla:There's no need.They just left me here to learn for myself while we're on vacation.
M/N:Did they gave you anything to pay with?
Layla:I brought it myself but this plane,state doesn't use it.
The family shared a look and Y/N's grandparents led to wash up for dinner and help set the table while Y/N stayed in the hall with his parent.
M/N:Y/N,it's very nice of you to give her a place to stay but you should've told us first.
Y/N:It was on a impulse.I met her when the hot dog guy was yelling at her because she couldn't pay and she was hungry.I payed for her and we got to know each other.From what I learned,shes from somewhere very foreign that can't be translated and she has a very healthy appetite.
Y/N:(As well as little to no concept of personal space and very soft lips.)
M/N:Well that good to hear at least.
D/N:Just wash your hands for dinner and well think of something tommorow
Y/N:OK.
After he washed his hands,he went to join his family at the dinner table.His mother and grandmother quickly welcomed her after seeing her eat.Some Y/Ns grandfather brought the conversation back to his hated neighboor.
After dinner they arranged for Layla to share the matteres with Y/N since there was no place left.Other than bathtub and floor which were,of couse,out of the question.To make sure he wouldnt move in his sleep,Y/N tensed up his body and crossed his arms like a mummified pharoh.

After he was in a deep sleep,Layla raised herself enough to stand on her elbow.The screen showed her face,only below the eyes as her emotionless face licked its lips.She was getting closer to Y/Ns sleeping body,his shoulder in particular with mouth opening wider.Suddenly she pulls back and shakes her head.Then she just turns around and lays on her side,her back turned to him.

After waking up and a big breakfast,Layla and Y/N headed out of the house with more money than yesterday.
Y/N:So,got anything planned for today?
Layla:Can we go to the moives today?
Y/N:Sure.Just hope theres something were not to young for.
They made it to the cinema and they were in luck.There was only one appropriate film playing.They bought the tickets and found their seats.
Layla:What is Monster in Paris?
Y/N:Its an old animated film about a mutated monkey flea with a singing voice to put anyone to shame.Its a romantic comedy.
They watched the moves and ate their popcorn until Y/Ns favorite part came up.La Seine,particulary the part when the flea Francoeur joined the song.

Y/N:Its not about the food.Its what two people who are close do.Live together,share everything and are not related.

She saw an alley up ahead and tuned left with Y/N following her.She then stopped in front of him.
Layla:Y/N.
Y/N:What?
She put her hand on his shoulder and started to moved closer to him.Y/N was growing a little nervous as Layla closed her eyes.She pressed her lips against his proceed to kiss him.Y/N was so shocked and tried to back away but Layla wasnt avare of how strong her grip was on him.Eventully Y/N melted into the kiss,no longer able hold his attraction for her back.When she noticed his heartbeat spiking up again from lack of air,she pulled away.
Layla:Youre so tasty...
Y/N:W-wh-wha?
???:Well,well,well.Isnt that cute?A couple of kids in love.Well in real life,love costs.
The group of people surrounding them pulled out their switchblades and aimed them at the love birds.
Robber1:Hand over the money.
They were both scared.Y/N more than Layla.Even if he was shaking like a leaf in a storm,he tried to push Layla behind him in hope of protecting her.She was touched even if the effort was virtually for nothing.She knew what hse had to do.She didnt liked it though.
Her human features began to melt down unitl she was donning her normal looks.The people around them began to shake in fear and drop their weapons.It wasnt until Y/N was compltley enveloped in her shadow,that hey ran away from the alley.In confusion he turned and from sheer surprise fell on his back.
Layla:Hey,hey its OK.Its me.
Y/N:Me who?
Layla:Youre kidding right?Layla you muliticell morsel.
Y/N:Layla?Is that really you?
She extended her arm like limb to lift Y/N of the ground and set him down before turning back into her human disguise.
Layla:Lets go somewhere more private.
They went to a bowling alley that was still under construction.
Layla:OK this is gonna sound weird but Im an alien.
Y/N:It would sound weirder if I didnt see you transform.
Layla:Touchee.Im kind of on vacation here becasuse my parents wanted me to learn to hunt my own foof for myself.
Y/N:And by food you mean-
Layla:Humans,yes.But I wasnt for it.Im like,what your species would call vegetarien.I like it here.Apart from water which could kill us.But I have to come with them in two weeks.
Y/N:So when you said yummy and morsel?
Layla:Yes,I find you tasty.I dont eat humans but I still have needs.At most I would just taste you,maybe nibble but not cause you bodily harm.So can you please let me stay with you?
Y/N:Does that mean you like me?
Layla:Duh.I dont think only with my digestive system you know.Just didnt know I loved you before you showed me that film.Concept of emotions are pretty loose on my planet.We spend most of our time eating other species,invading and multiypling.So got any ideas?
Y/N:Ummm,can you make a clone or something like that?
Layla:No,just change my looks,stretche,cacoon my victims and withstand heat.
Y/N:How big is that cacoon?
Layla:Depends of whats in it but around the size of a adult human.Why?
Maybe you can cacoon something else and dress it up as you.
Layla:Maybe.If we can put some hair on top,long enough to cover the yes and I say how Im going to sleep.Then I put the cacoon inthe escape pod and set it to shut out halway across the galaxy.And while were still in earths atmosphere,I squeeze through the ship and land somewhere on the ground.
Y/N:But wont that,hurt?
She gave him a blank stare and grabbed his hand before thrusting through her stomach,only for it to mass through her entire body.
Layla:Get the picture?
Y/N:Yeah,I think so.
He pulled his hand back and shook the slime off before whiping his hand in his shirt.
Y/N:So we have two weeks before you go back home.What do we do until then?
She smirks and stretches out her still human arms around Y/N,pulling him closer to her.
Layla:I think I can think of something.
She slowly licks his cheek then her lips.
Timeskip 10 years later
Scene opens up in a bedroom next to bed with a neatly folded blankets.A large geen slime came into the view and next thing to happen was the green mass spitting out an adult Y/N on the bed and green mass looking like an adult version of the girl Layla copied.
Layla:Tasty as ever.Thanks hone.
Y/N:No problem.
She transformer her high heels into feet,her speciess equivalent of taking of the shoes,and snuggled up next to Y/N on the bed.
Layla:Hey,can you tell me what happend with your grandpa in the end?
Y/N:Let me think about it.
Flashback 10 years ago
Y/Ns grandfather was cleaning of the leaves when he saw his arch enemy of a neighboor walking up to him.
GP/N:What do you want?
Neighboor:I belive these are yours.
He presented him with his long lost dentures.
GP/N:You-youre giveing them back?
Neighboor:Thats the thing.It wasnt me whole stole them,it was my wife.She thought they were belong to your wife.

Y/N:Thats pretty musch it.Grandpa felt guilty from that long feud,that the neighboor didnt even know was going on,so he took him fishing.His wife went to grandma looking for her husband and when they came back from the fishing trip their wife sorted things out.Now they hang out every day.
Layla:Good for them.I think we should get them a present next time we visit.Have they been looking or grandchildren lately?
Y/N:It was their dream since dad his first car.Your child can survive on their own-boom,youre old.Youre old-you wnat grandchildren and yell at the TV.Its in human nature.Speaking of which,your parents still dont know?
Layla:Theyre probalby on some moon in the next galaxy looking for me.
Y/N:Dont you feel sorry for them?
Layla:A little,but your taste helps with that.Besides,thats probably what kept them from divorcing.
She licked his cheek once more and rest her head on his shoulder.
