Yesterday after school my transport came early by the time I reached home I was dog tired I greeted the rents and resided for bed I came home pretty late because of the afternoon study it's the first day but we already have to study .hmm smh...
Its been two weeks since schools have opened it's a friday today me and my friends are just hanging out in my class catching up on our previous weekend
Phiwo:"so zee when are we going on our trip ?"
Andiswa:"yeah I think we should just go to maybe gateway mall "
Me:" yeah that's not a bad idea so when's the date ?"
Phiwo:"mina I'm available anytime "
Eze:" how about my bday "
Me:" that's a long time girl "
Andiswa:" we could've save enough funds by then "
Before we could even go further the school bell rang we took that as a sign to get back to our places while ezenkosi rushed to her class next door the teacher arrived and our first period commenced not before we prayed .by break I was already tired I felt weird like I was drifting off to somewhere but I just got my head focused on whatever my friends were saying we laughed made jokes and when the bell rang we all went to our classes .
16:00 I arrived home tired as usual but also a little bit drowsy already think god it's a friday I greeted my mom and kissed my brother's cheek teasing them as usual kwenzo was the first one to talk

They really like teasing me about my second name most of my family members call me aya or yize

Simphiwe as usual was jumpy in me totally happy to see his sister this entire week i car home and went to sleep that's how much I was tired we couldn't even spend time together as a family

I said that while rubbing my hands on his wavy short hair phiwe and started attending grade r next year he was to go to grade 1 and I'm guessing its gonna be in kwenzo's school

I chatted with the family then resigned to my bedroom to wear my pyjamas and sleep not before I prayed then I drifted off to La la land ....
As I slowly woke up in my bedroom I was woken up by ululations just as I was about to speak my mom barged into my room with a beautiful African print traditional dress no cap it looked gorgeous

(Wake up and go shower )
Being the respectful daughter that I am I roses up from the bed and went to bath after 15 minutes of showering I came out of the shower curiousity running through my veins I had a lot of questions

Mom:" stop with the questions and get dressed when you done cover yourself with that traditional Zulu blanket over your head and wait for zipho"

Zipho was my mom's niece her brothers daughter me and her got along very well she became like more as a friend than a cousin' I trust her a lot
Me:" Ayize can you just for one listen to my instructions "
Zipho barged in the room
Zipho:" mntase are you ready for your big day "
I just looked at her with a confused face what on earth are you talking about ? I just simply obeyed my mom while she kept ushering me out the door not forgetting to remind me to cover my face we entered this rondavel I didn't know or wasn't familiar with I knelt down since that was my mom's instructions
An elderly voice speaked out calling my clan names

I just sat there the entire time contemplating what I need to do I don't know why I'm here today sitting and bowing infront of these people that's when I heard another manly deep voice this time saying something i never thought I would hear in the 14years of my life

My heart beating out of my chest at every word he said my getting married worse I don't even remember myself even Dating a guy where could he have known and therefore i raised my head want to have a glimpse of my so called future husband only to look up to a gorgeous male teen he looked so familiar I swear I have seen him somewhere but the more I looked at him the more I felt like hating him ...
I shoot right out of the bed sweating like I was in a marathon my heart beating out of my chest heaving like I was running I touched myself and got taken aback by my dream all the events felt so real yet so fake I went to look at myself in the mirror and it all came back
The only questions in my mind are what did this dream mean ? Could this be my soulmate ? All the questions running through my mind but once I woke up I completely lost the picture of my husband that was stuck in my head ...I stared at the ceiling when I was back on the bed minutes felt like hours while I dozed off to sleep
It's been 2 weeks and 3 days and I still have the same dream I'm starting to think it means something at first I didn't want to put mind into it but the most Frustrating thing is that I keep forgetting his picture I don't even remember how he looks like everything is still a blur I dream the Same dream but it's so blurry and not vivid I haven't said anything to my friends as yet I don't what to say to them today we are at school it's a Thursday my friends decided we head to the f block to the second floor where we could just watch as people went about their business
Phiwo:" I really love this view guys "
Me:"we come here like everyday guys this has become our everyday spot "
Andiswa:" how was the NS test ?"
Me :" for me it was ayt I guess I knew most of the answers lapho wena ?"
Eazy:"for me it was also alright just a bit of hurdles but you know me "
Phiwo:" aiii nangoke U ezeh nake "
Andiswa :"omg gosh they gonna bicker about this i know "
Me:" I feel like we should close our ears andiswa what do you say be beacuse I too know where this is going "
Me and andiswa kept chatting together while the others just kept discussing tik tok challenges we decide to join in and laughed phiwokuhle being the crazy one sharing jokes here and there its always a vibe when she's around I then decided to watch my schoolmates walking up and down with takeaways from the kiosk mostly they consist of fried chips
It was then that I saw him my heart beating out of my chest my eyes scanning his whole graphics I couldn't help but study his every move he looked so familiar bushy eye brows I kept looking to the little things about him from the way he chewed that bubblegum to the way his school jacket fitted him so perfectly but most of all his smile the way he would smile and comment whenever his friends said something I was still at the second floor watching down as he was approaching the tree opposite the building which pretty much gave me a perfect view without getting caught I looked at him so intensly then I said :
Me"there's the guy in my dream "
I gasped after those words left my mouth all this time they thought I was listening to them little to they know I was so caught up in my mystery husband
Eazy:"what are you talking about now?"
Well I explained the whole thing to them not leaving a single thing out leaving them with mixed expressions
Phiwokuhle:"that's deep zee"
Me:"I know I didn't know how to break it to you "
Eazy :" like you just did "
Andiswa :"how long has this been going on
"
Me:"it's been two weeks already "
Eazy :"guys ...lets calm down zee this us deep we are your friends you could have at least trusted us "
Phiwo:" so show Us the mystery guy did he have a name "
I showed them the glimpse of the mystery guy since he was just standing below us on the first floor cracking jokes with his friends that really got me I felt my stomach fluttering with butterflies always catching a glimpse of his perfect smile I guess they saw me drooling of the guy .since they pulled me out of my thoughts
Eazy :" girl you even drooling stop that "
Me:" what did I do I did nothing "
Phiwo :" nothing !? Mmmhhh...'
Andiswa :"manje in your dream did y'all perhaps fall in love "
Me :" let's just get to class before the teacher shouts at is break is almost over "
Eazy:" escaping the topic I see you still have to enlighten me on everything friend I mean everything "
She did a dramatic mind blown pose .We all descended for our classes when I sat down on my desk phiwo cane to me asking Me about my dream and making up fake scenarios of what it would actually mean
The teacher arrived 25minutes late for the NS lesson leaving me and phow to talk all about the dream ........
Our entire including second break we kept talking about my dream having our own fantasies in yhe afternoon when the transport fetched me lied on eazys bag totally exhausted .
