Chapter five: just because I liked a boy
2021-2022
3 years after high school
Zefira Aloula Winters has been single for 6 years until she met Wilden Azad Lysander on Halloween night through someone she thought was a friend, a friend that brought a lot of chaos into all the people's lives and she called them her friends.
He was in love with her and so was his best friend but there was no denying all the guys she called friends that want her and if it wasn't for a friendship then it was for something absolutely more.
Sex.
Love.
Hate.
Attention.
It was the first time I saw a girl have so much power to have so much control over men and use it to her advantage. To know all the wrong she has done and it may look like pity but it was because they wanted her to fall in love with them. Only if they knew someone like her could never love anyone if she didn't know how to love herself.
He was the one after Kusi that made me feel comfortable. Never allowed me to feel bad for not having sex with him, but it turned quickly. I was holding back it showed on his face that he was getting fed up. His best friend told me not to have sex with him as well as the girl, did so. Living together became difficult, he would always pick petty fights with me and threaten to kick me out but my only thought would be because he wanted her to live there all along.
Because he was never over her.
