Hunters pov
"Where to first?" I asked as Edric lead me down the winding streets of bonesburrow.
"Theres a new arcade with monster boss 3.0." Edric grinned, "After that were getting ice scream"
My eyes lit up, "Theres a new version?"
"You bet!" Edric beamed. "And i have a few theories on the final boss lore."
We talked nonstop on our way to the arcade and after going inside i was blown away by the flashing sparks of neon magic and illusions dancing across the room.
Everyone was screaming and cheering as they won streams of tokens and ate non BAHA* approved food (*belos and heath admin)
I had never had the time to go to one of these places so i was super exited and a bit jittery.
"You ready for this?" Edric nudged me.
"Are you ready to get your ass kicked?" I smirked.
"Bet." Edric shot back.
Two hours later
"Im going to throw up." Edric gulped as we stumbled outside into the fresh night air.
"maybe we should skip ice scream." I sighed, rubbing my head.
"yeah." Edric sighed. "Want to go stargazing instead?"
"Sure. And thanks for taking me here, though it was a bit.." Images of people stuffing twenty+ spider sticks in their mouths and magic explosions flashed through my head "Chaotic..."
"heh good game." Edric smiled, "Even though you kicked my ass."
"27 times to be exact." I winked at him before my face dropped, "Ugh i do have a headache though."
"Same."
Edric took my hand and we started walking to the nearest lookout.
At the lookout we flopped onto the ground and looked up.
"Its a bit chilly." Edric said, pulling his coat tighter.
"Here." I said, wrapping an arm around him and tugging him closer.
I felt edrics heart speed up and i smiled.
"Edric i have a question."
"What?" Edric asked.
"Do you still want a boyfriend?"
". . .Yeah."
"do you want me to be your boyfriend?" I asked, heart pounding.
"Yeah" Edric said, a bit quieter.
"Then wish granted." I smiled, snuggling up to him.
