52. What if you looked exactly like Jonathan and acted like him... I mean imagine how bad that would of been for dio, it would be torture🤣
Dio waited outside a room, your mother was giving birth to you
"how longer do I have to wait?" dio said to himself, after a long time you were born, then the midwife came out.
"it's a healthy baby girl, sadly the mother passed away" she said
"I want to see the baby" he said and the midwife motioned for him to follow her, they got in the room and he saw that they had already covered your mother with a sheet
"here she is" the midwife said and she hand you to dio, he looked down at you and saw that your hair color was not like his or your mother's, he was going to doubt that you were his child but the birthmark said otherwise, you moved around a bit and opened your eyes, your eyes wasn't like his or your mother's, it was blue.... He knew exactly from where you got it from
For days some of the loyal followers that dio had were wondering where you got your looks from, one of them was brave enough to ask
"sorry to interrupt lord dio but may I ask something?" Enya asked.
"you're gonna ask where (y/n) got her looks from aren't you?" he asked and Enya hesitantly nodded.
"well, the former owner of the body I use had these looks.... Looks like the joestar blood is stronger than my vampiric blood" dio said
"aren't you angry that she got everything from the former owner of your body?" she asked
"well I was expecting it but I didn't expect her to be a spiting image of him, I'm not angry though, she's my child so I'll take care of her... Even if she looks like my old enemy" he said
One day you were playing in the room dio had especially made for you himself, you were playing with your dolls and he was just looking at you while sitting besides you, at some point you looked at him and then offered one of your dolls.
"maybe I should let your hair grow... I don't like the fact that you look exactly like him" he said as he caressed your hair, you were confused but you just smiled at him.
"I'll play with you" he said and he smiled a bit, the two of you began to play, you would occasionally giggle and let me tell you, he loved your giggles, it just made him feel something he never felt before... It was probably a warmth in his heart.
He also did as he promised, he let your hair grow, he also learned a few hairstyles, like ponytails, pigtails, braids etc
"papa can we get a puppy?" you asked him one day
"I'm afraid we can't" he said
"why?" you asked
"because I don't like dogs" he said
"how can you not like dogs? They are loyal, friendly, they can even save you!" you said and he sighed
"they also need to be trained, taken care of and lots of other stuff, maybe when you get older I'll get you one" he said and you cheered, of course he wasn't going to get you one
One night you were eating and he was observing you, you were eating fast, one memory came into his head.
"that stupid jojo" he mumbled
"what was that?" you asked with a half full mouth of food.
"nothing, continue to eat but a little slower, you might choke if you eat this fast" he said and you nodded
'maybe she's here so she can remind me of him.... What a torture' he thought, there were more occasions where you reminded him of Jonathan.
One night you were sleeping peacefully when you heard noises, earlier that night dio was sitting in his room reading a book when the crusaders broke in.
"what now?" dio asked
"we're here to kill you" Joseph said
"I saved your daughter like you asked me to do so why won't you leave me alone?" dio asked
"because you brought lots of pain in our family" Joseph said and Dio sighed
"if you're going to kill me then my daughter will have to leave the rest of her life as an orphan" dio said as he flipped through a page
"say what now?" Joseph said
"yeah, I have a daughter.... Unfortunately she's the spitting image of your stupid grandfather and she starts to act like him... It's like torture but I can't do anything about it" dio said.
"..... Then I don't think there's a reason to kill him, his own child is torturing him" kakyoin said.
"true" Polnareff said
"well since she's a part of the family we'd like to meet her" Joseph said
"no" dio replied
"papa who are they?" you asked as you rubbed your eyes.
"they're not important and they were also leaving" dio said as he helped you up on his bed
".... He wasn't lying" Joseph said
You looked at the others for a bit and then you yawned and layed down, you took Dio's hand and used it as a pillow and you immediately fell asleep with a smile
".... And you're okay that your daughter looks like your enemy?" Polnareff asked.
"not really but as I said before, I can't do anything" dio said as he played with your hair
Suddenly there was a knock on the door and vanilla ice got in the room, he glared at the crusaders and he then looked at dio.
"what is it vanilla ice?" dio asked
"my lord.... Someone left a child at our doorstep" he said
"why do I have the feeling that it's another child of yours?" Joseph asked
"is it mine?" dio asked and vanilla ice nodded
"too bad we didn't bet" Polnareff said and Dio glared at him
"bring them over" dio said as he gently took his hand away from under your head, vanilla ice nodded and motioned for the kid to get in, then a blonde boy around your age walked in (yeah, I decided for this once to have giorno with blonde hair not his original hair color)
"what's your name and how did you end up here?" dio asked
"be nicer to the child" Joseph said
"shut it and leave already" dio said
"my name is giorno and I'm four years old, my mom dropped me off here and told me you're my dad and that I'll stay with you from now on" he said
"I see.... Are you all going to leave or what?" dio told them
"come on dio, don't be so harsh, we're here to meet them because they're also a part of the family, they need to know their family" Joseph said
"they don't need to meet the stupid side of the family" dio said
"too loud" you mumbled in your sleep
"and as I said before they don't need to meet the stupid side of the family" dio whispered
Well that didn't help because you woke up, the grown ups were fighting and you just noticed giorno so you walked up to him
"who are you?" you asked him
"my name is giorno, my mom send me here to live with my father" he said as he pointed at dio
"that means you're my brother" you said and he was a bit surprised but nodded, you were very happy to have a sibling so you hugged him
"awww, my heart" Joseph said
"are you finally having a heart attack old man?" dio asked
"no, look, those two are already getting along" Joseph said as he pointed at you and giorno, dio looked at you two.... Welp, everything you did reminded him of Jonathan and it was daily torture
After a while the crusaders left without hurting dio but they warned him. Also You and giorno got inseparable in no time.
While you were a very happy and nice person... The exact same as Jonathan, giorno was calm and closed to himself but also nice, this added a bit to Dio's daily torture
A few years later you all moved to Italy and there you started school. One day you came back from school with a male friend, dio didn't like it at all so he was in the same room as you just to keep an eye on the boy.
"so... What's your name?" dio asked the boy
"I'm Guido mista sir" mista said
"are you in the same class with my daughter?" dio asked.
"no, we usually play on breaks, I'm a bit older than her" mista said
"a bit older? How much older?" dio asked.
"uhm... 3 years" mista said
"3 years... And why are you hanging out with someone younger than you?" dio asked
"because most kids my age don't want to play with me, but one day she walked up to me and from then on we're friends" mista said
"she's too nice for her own good" dio mumbled and sighed
"If I hear that you did something that hurt or made my daughter uncomfortable you should hide because then I'll hurt you worse" dio threatened and mista got scared but he didn't want to lose you as a friend.
You would occasionally bring mista over and play video games, but sometimes you could go over at his place and play.
As you two grew up more you could hung less at each other's houses and would go outside more often and hang out, you would tell giorno to join as well but he didn't want to, he was busy studying.
One day when you were 13 mista suddenly disappeared, you tried to find him but nothing happened, you were very sad.
"why are you so sad?" dio asked you
"mista suddenly disappeared and I can't find him" you said
"I knew it, I knew he was going to hurt you" dio growled.
"dad, I'm sure he didn't leave because he didn't want to be friends anymore, he's very straight forward so I know that something else happened to him and it gets me worried" you said, dio just sighed.
You still searched for mista but nothing happened, you didn't give up though.
When you were 15 giorno decided to join the mafia, you didn't like the fact that he joined the mafia, he offered you to join as well but you declined and said these stuff weren't for you.
Around a week later, you were shopping stuff for yourself as a late birthday gift from dio when you saw giorno, this whole week he had disappeared and you were very angry, you went up to him and just lightly hit his head.
"where were you for a whole week and why didn't you contact us?" you asked him
"sorry I worried you but I had to go low contact for mine and the teams safety" he said
"(y/n)?!?" you heard a familiar voice you looked over and saw mista, now you got more angry
"and why did you suddenly disappear as well?!?" you asked him
"well you see.... How do I explain this?" he said
"don't! I guess dad was right, you didn't want to be friends and you just decided to disappear, but just so you know I was very worried about you! And you giorno! You should of at least had told us from the start to not worry so much! You both are the worst!" you said as tears formed in your eyes.
"(y/n) wai-" giorno started saying but you had already turned around and started leaving, giorno sighed.
".... You two know her?" Bruno asked.
"yeah, that's my sister" giorno said
"and I know her because we've been friends since they arrived in Italy" mista said.
"maybe I should go and talk to her" giorno said as he got up
"she looked like a gentle giant, she's very tall" Narancia said and Fugo hit him
"well, he's not wrong, she grew very tall" mista said
"I'll be going now" giorno said
"wait, I'll come with you as well, I need to explain to her why I disappeared" mista said as he got up and soon those two left.
When they arrived giorno saw dio sitting on the couch and he was angry, he turned his head and looked at him
"first of all where were you for a whole week and second of all why did (y/n) came back home with tears in her eyes?" dio asked.
"calm down, I disappeared for a week for everyone's safety, and now I'm back.... And I'm also the mafia boss" giorno said
"that's something good.... And what is he doing here? I'm sure he's the one who hurt my little girl" dio said.
"mista didn't hurt her, anyways where is she?" giorno asked.
"in her room" dio said and both giorno and mista went upstairs to your room
Giorno knocked on the door and waited for an answer, when he didn't get one he knocked again and then opened the door and saw you laying in bed.
"(y/n) please listen to what we have to say" he said as he got in the room and mista followed
"no, you both leave now" you said
"listen please, we both went no contact for a while because we wanted to protect those who we care about" he said and he started explaining why he didn't speak with you or dio
"but now that I'm the boss everything will be fine and it won't happen again" he said
"he's right... And the reason I suddenly disappeared was because I had ended up in jail and then I joined the mafia, and because you are my best friend I didn't want to drag you into this mess so I left without saying anything" mista said.
"you're both dumb, at least you could of told me before you left like that, I was very worried" you said as you sat up and looked at them
"we know and we're sorry" giorno said as he hugged you.
"group hug!!!" mista said and he threw himself on you two and you all laughed, dio heard it and he smiled
