Previously we saw that it was a snowy day today, everyone was having their own fun, Asriel and Chara were playing in the snow, Issei and the others were inside their home. Two guests make a visit to Issei House, that being Lord Michael and Lady Gabriel from the Heaven, they were here in Christmas clothing and were there to invite them for a visit to heaven. The girls join in resulting in a heated rivalry between Serafall and Gabriel, thankfully it was calmed down by both Michael and Issei who managed to convince their sister/ lover to calm down by giving their own reasons. They all then prepare and leave to head towards Vatican City where the Vatican Church is located, as well as the gateway of Heaven. After reaching there they are immediately greeted by Vasco who wondered what his student and their friends were doing there. Once being informed by Michael for the reason of their visit, Vasco immediately takes them on a tour of the church where they notice and hear about the history of the Vatican church, as well as the evolution of the church, once they reach a certain distance inside the church, Vasco leads them to a secret room hidden by magic where once it is opened by Vasco and Michael, they see the portal which leads straight to heaven, Vasco then showed them Halos which were designed to let devils enter heaven without any issues, after that they have some talk about heaven and later they all go around to visit Vatican as tourists, they eat at a local restaurant and taste the food there. There they meet Irina who was already in a panic state, she explained that her father was attacked and poisoned by someone, after heading to their house, they see Touji, Irina's father lying on the bed due to the effects of the poison, there they explain the Cleria Bellial incident which resulted in the death of his college and his devil lover, much to the anger of Issei and his friends, he also knows that the attacker was the one who had come back from the dead to avenge his dead lover, Issei was then greeted by Lord Michael, who offered Touji to get treated in the third heaven which he had accepted to get treated, after that the rest of the teams do some more tourism before heading back to the hotel to take some rest. Inside his room, Issei has a conversation with his dragons who tell him that the Khaos Brigade will be attacking them very soon, and that it was the calm before the storm, they tell him to take some rest since they might have to fight the Khaos Brigade the next day. In an unnamed location, the attacker later reveals that he will get his revenge no matter what, he managed to hunt down several of the Great King Faction members as well as several of Touji's colleagues and he will stop at nothing to kill Touji no matter the cost.
The next day
Issei wakes up and starts to get ready, that was when he hears a knock on the door, it was revealed to be Raynare in her school dress, she was joined by Chara, Asriel, Frisk and Asia. Issei then asked
Issei: Hey guys, what brings you here?
Raynare: Honestly we were not able to sleep, because you were not there, it was honestly hard for me to sleep
Issei chuckles at her statement, Raynare pouts on this, which Issei finds cute, he then wonders what had happened
Chara: So today is the day I visit heaven huh, never got to visit that area?
Issei: But how, were you not supposed to be y'know?
Chara: I was trapped in limbo, I never was able to move to the next world, I did pass away thanks to those humans, but my soul was still physically present in the real world, so I could not go to heaven'
Asia: That must have been bad
Chara: Eh, I am over it
Asriel: As for me, I ended up being Flowey and well, the rest is history, speaking of I never managed to get a formal look in heaven
Issei: You will love it Azzy, I was forced to wear a halo, but this time I will not be wearing one because I am not a devil anymore
Asia: Same goes for me, I am happy that I get to visit the area that the gods call home, I would love to visit that area once again.
Asia then prays and is happy that she no longer will recieve any headaches in the future, Michael had offered her once that she would be let into the church once again, but she refused as she wanted to spend her life with Issei.
Issei and the others are happy with the nun no longer being treated like an outsider, they all are then called by Kiba
Kiba: Hey guys, what are you guys doing?
Issei: Nothing Kiba, we are just having a chat
Kiba: Speaking of which, Sona and Rias are calling you guys down, they all want to visit Heaven
Issei: Are they that impatient, it is only 9 AM, I mean we need to leave at 10 AM
Kiba: Well, I tried telling them Sona understood, but Rias well........ she was not having any of it, she is kind of getting impatient.
Issei sighs while the others get mildly annoyed, they know that Rias was spoiled, Issei remembered that she once threw a tantrum, when she could not get everything during her first visit to Kyoto.
Issei: Alright, let's not keep the princess waiting
Raynare: Yeah, we do not want another moo, from her
Kiba: Let's not let her hear that, she will throw another tantrum.
Chara: Yeah, I honestly am not a big fan of drama, so let us go down.
They pause for a while before Asriel is separated with Kiba and Issei
Asriel: Speaking of which, Kiba are you alright like this is the place where y'know
Issei: Azzy.......
Kiba interrupts him and says.
Kiba: No Issei, allow me, honestly I have mostly gotten over my past, I do not hate the Excalibur too much since it only harmed me, honestly I am glad that my friends and comrades souls can rest in peace.
Kiba makes a genuine smile, much to Issei and Asriel's happiness, they all then join the girls and meet up with Rias and the others.
*Scene Change*
Dining Table, 9:30 AM
Issei and the others were sitting in their dining table, they had taken up the food that they had wanted, they were joined in by Rias who asked them
Rias: Where were you guys, what took you so long?
Issei: To answer your questions princess, one we were in the hotel rooms, and two we were getting ready for lunch. I never expected you to be so patient, I know you want to visit the places but be patient we will visit all places do not worry, I know about the Kyoto incident.
Akeno: How did you............. never mind
They all then sit down at the dinner table, having their lunch, they were joined in by Sona, Tsubaki and Saji.
Sona: The heaven, I did visit that area last time, I wonder what will happen this time.
Saji: Honestly I would love to enjoy a vacation without the Khaos Brigade be like, let us ruin your vacation.
Issei: We all do Saji, we all do, but they will be as annoying as always.
Sona: Saji, let us just enjoy the visit till the uninvited guests show up.
Irina then joins the gang and asks them.
Irina: Hey guys, may I join you guys?
Irina asks the question as a request, she managed to improve her relation with Issei and the others to the point where she can have normal conversations with them, Issei now sees that she is much better than what she was in the previous timeline, he knew that the previous Irina is long dead, she has just become a fleeting memory at this point. Issei on hearing this responds
Issei: Of course, you can, speaking of which how is your Mr. Shidou doing?
Irina: Oh he is much better as we speak, he is currently resting in the third heaven as we speak, Lord Michael has asked me to call you guys so that we can head to the Vatican Church.
Issei: Glad to hear he is doing fine, we will just finish our food and join you guys.
Irina: Alright I will be waiting
After they finish their food they have some talk relating to the situation in Heaven, Irina informs them that Heaven has even more tighter security as the barriers have been improved to the point where only strong beings are allowed to enter, however this would notify the Angels and the others. Issei was worried as he remembered that there was an evil dragon that specialized in creating and deconstructing Barriers, Issei knew that they might bring him in for the assault against Heaven. He told Irina this who responded that she will tell Lord Michael to be wary of the situation.
*Scene Change*
Vatican Church, 10:30 AM
Issei and the rest of the teams then head inside where they could see that Vasco along with Griselda already waiting for the teams so that they can head to heaven, Vasco then greeted them saying
Vasco: Hello everyone, thank you all for coming to visit Heaven.
Griselda: For devils to enter the heaven, you all need to wear these to enter these sacred grounds.
Griselda then handed some angelic halos to the devils present, to Sona and Rias along with their peerages, they all were made to wear halos just to enter the Heaven so that the holy essence does not hurt their bodies. Griselda then said
Griselda: You guys may now enter Heaven, we shall lead you guys there.
Griselda then uses her magic to open up the door leading to Heaven, there they were greeted by the four Seraphs, they recognized Gabriel and Michael, however there were other two seraphs that others did not know about the two seraphs then introduced themselves
???: My name is Uriel, Flame of God and one of the four Seraphs.
???: And my name is Raphael, Justice of God, and the last of the four Seraphs, it is a pleasure to meet you Red Dragon Emperor, and everyone else
Issei: Indeed it is Lord Uriel and Lord Raphael.
Uriel: Please do not call us Lord, you seem to be way above us Red Dragon.
Issei: Alright, but you need to call me Issei, cause that is my name.
Raphael: Very well Issei
Michael: Since Introductions are out of the way, I would like to welcome you all to Heaven, It is a pleasure to have you all here.
Issei: Thank you for inviting us here, Lord Michael, Lady Gabriel, it is indeed an honor to come to visit Heaven, speaking of which is there something you want to show us.
Michael: Indeed follow me Issei.
Issei and the others then follow the four seraphs to what seemed to be a door, to a room which they have been working on.
Michael: Allow me to introduce you to the Interdimensional Room, a room designed so that Angels can mate without any problems.
Issei remembered this room where he once had memories with his childhood friend in the previous timeline, Issei clenched his fist as the relationship he had with that Irina was nothing but a lie, Raynare held his hand where no one could see what was happening, Issei made sure to not emit any bloodlust or negative emotions, he still remembered that it was nothing but a lie, he for sure will never forget some things no matter what.
Michael then opened the door to the room, it had an appearance appearance of a rather fancy bedroom and is decorated with Angel statues, portraits of various Saints and other religious items, to the point that devils present in the peerages felt uncomfortable by just walking into the room. Apart from that, the room is rather barren in terms of furnishing having only a desk, a chair, a clock, and a large bed with a canopy in it. The girls were in agreement that the room only served one purpose and that was to create children.
Issei and Irina looked at the room and flinched they knew that this brought bad memories that they never thought would surface, Irina in particular hated those memories as well as her past self, while Issei controlled himself, Michael on seeing those two souls in pain, told the others Seraphs to continue the tour, Michael had stopped both Irina and Issei and told the others they would be joining them very soon.
Michael: Is something wrong Issei, Irina?
Both then respond
Issei and Irina: Nothing Lord Michael!!!
Michael then narrowed his eyes
Michael: I know you two are lying, Irina you did not fall but you were close to be careful, if you lie you will fall.
Irina: Right, sorry Lord Michael
Michael: I noticed you guys were in distress when you entered this room, did this bring back some bad memories.
Irina: Indeed it did, Lord Michael, I just can't believe I did that to Issei, I don't know how and what drove me to hurt Issei like this, I don't know........
Irina's voice was filled with guilt and sadness, she was crying endlessly she did not know what to do, Issei hated her for somethings she did in another timeline, she hated herself for her actions, she discarded her childhood friend out of just a mere flaw, his perversion. Michael immediately held his Ace in a caring manner, Irina cried her heart out when she saw this..
Issei could only feel pity, he wanted to embrace this Irina but somewhere he was unable to get over the fact that she threw him away like a toy, he wondered whether she would do the same thing that Irina once did, he always had this doubt in his mind, Issei then spoke up
Issei: Irina listen, like I said before, what you did in the previous timeline is unforgivable, you not only cheated on me behind my back with a look a like but also you threw away my friendship like it was nothing. I will never forget that
Irina flinched on hearing this, Issei then continued
Issei: But you need to know what you did back then, you should not suffer for something you did back then, honestly you should not beat yourself up for her actions, she is as good as dead to me, but you, you are not the same person, I have seen your actions so far, they hold no deception like your past timeline counterpart, in other words do not punish yourself or hold yourself back for what she did, move on, be a better person, the Irina I always knew, believed in the good nature of other people, this time you earned in becoming an angel, you never betrayed me so far, so I have no need to forgive you or the current timeline Irina.
Irina on hearing this cried even more, but this time out of happiness, that Issei has some faith in her, Michael mentally thanked Issei for helping her out, she detested herself for what she did in the previous timeline, out of all the girls Irina was the most affected by what she did in the previous timeline, while the others moved on, Irina was unable to do so, he is happy that Issei does not have any hate for anyone anymore. Issei then spoke after a while
Issei: Well we gotta go, the others might be waiting for us
Irina wiped her tears, she knew now she could be at a little bit of peace.
Irina: Yeah let's go..........And I am sorry for ruining your clothes Lord Michael.
Michael: It is alright Irina, now we need to go the others are waiting for us.
They all then leave, and they head to where the others are going, as far as they are going, they were heading towards the second heaven.
*Scene Change*
Issei, Irina along with Lord Michael joined the rest of the teams, in their tour of the heaven, so far they could only see a bright ceiling high overhead, he then saw them and asked them to wait since they all joined the three the rest of the teams in their tour, after that they enter the area called the second heaven, so far they have only seen several low class angels being present, they knew while going ahead they might see more of them.
Gabriel then opened what seemed to be a door to the second heaven, once opened it was revealed to be A place filled with darkness where the Angels observe the stars and where they confine Angels who have sinned.
Michael: Welcome to the second heaven, a place where angels that are close to falling and/ or sinned are imprisoned here as well as those involved with the Tower of Babel incident were kept here as well.
Chara and Frisk were confused they then asked
Chara: What is the Tower of Babel incident?
Frisk: I never heard of this with mom or dad, or anyone, can someone tell me what that is?
Raynare then explained the Tower of Babel incident, which was God basically being a sort of prankster when he heard that the Babylon people were trying to build a tower with it's top in the heavens. So God decided to y'know let's just disrupt the language of human living there so that they could not communicate. Thus resulting in the project being unfinished and the people were dispersed over the face of the earth. This resulted in the existence of multiple languages.
Michael: That is putting it lightly Raynare, father never liked anyone trying to be as good or better than him, hence why some people saw him as a bit of a jerk, honestly he made mistakes and we as his children are here to clear the mess up.
Gabriel: Brother, you can't talk about Father like that
Michael: I know, but it is honestly troublesome, well we do have to clear the damages he has done so far........
Uriel: Your rant is troublesome, let's go guys, Heaven is a huge place, and we must try to finish touring by today itself...
Michael sighs and then responds
Michael: Alright brother....
Michael and the others then continue to move and tour around the heaven, they see that some Babylon people that were involved with Tower of Babel event, as well as several Angels were being imprisoned for committing a sin, Issei felt a little bit of pity for those angels, but he had to keep moving since Michael had no choice given that pure angels can no longer be born and he is forced to keep the system in check since it was God's last will, it was honestly difficult for him, but he still tried his best to keep the system in check and to prevent Angels from falling as it was his father's last wish. The others were intrigued by the stars present in this area and it was kind of different from the First Heaven they had visited with it being the complete opposite of the current heaven.
Raynare missed the heaven, it has been centuries since she last visited heaven, once she fell she was no longer welcome in heaven, Azazel took her in and pretty much became her father figure, while she was sad that he did not see her as an equal, she nevertheless was happy that she was going to be loved and was even more happy when she met Issei. Raynare missed the warmth of heaven, it felt like forever since she visited the place, Raynare saw that Issei was staring at her, she then responded.
Raynare: Truth be told, it is been so long since I visited heaven.........., ever since I fell, I was kicked out of heaven thanks to Dad, I never got to see this place until now.......It feels warm just like the day I left from here.
Gabriel then smiled to her and responded.
Gabriel: Father made a lot of mistakes, I am happy that you still like the Heaven which my brothers and sisters have maintained so far. I hope you do not have any ill will towards us
Raynare then nods and says.
Raynare: It's alright Lady Gabriel, I am over it, it is past me
Asia: This is heaven, I feel like I am in blisss..........Lady Raynare
Asia was on cloud nine, both literally and figuretively, she was happy that she managed to visit heaven which most holy maidens never managed to get the chance to do so, Raynare held her before she could fall.
Raynare: Hey Asia, easy you do not want to feel dizzy, I know you wanted to come here, but please calm down, calm yourself, we do not want another incident of you falling unconsious.
Asia got embarrassed and responded.
Asia: I-I won't Ray-raynare, I-I won't
Raynare: Asia, relax take deep breaths, easy enjoy the visit to Heaven, worry not we are there with you.
Asia: A-Alright.
Michael: Well Asia, if you want to visit Heaven once again let me know, I will let you visit Heaven once in a while.
Asia smiled gracefully and responded
Asia: T-thank you Lord Michael.
Michael smiled and they decided to continue the tour, they pass through what seems to be a corridor, at the end of the corridor was another door, which was revealed to be the entrance to the Third Heaven where the Touji Shidou resided.
The Third Heaven seemed like similar to that of the second heaven, Issei and the others were aware that this part of the heaven was connected to that of the purgatory, he then noticed Touji Shidou who was being treated for the poison he had received thanks to the attacker. Irina on noticing her father immediately jumped and hugged the man. Touji then responded
Touji: Ah, Irina I missed you my little angel, and hello Issei it has been a while, say how are Miki and Gorou doing back in Kuoh
Issei: Mom and Dad are doing fine, speaking of which how is your wound doing, Mr. Shidou
Touji: Oh it is getting better, Issei, the poison is nearly gone from my body, now all I need to do is to recover from the poison that he put on you.
Issei: I hate to say this, but you are equally responsible for what happened to him, judging by your story, he and his lover are a victim of injustice, just because of something, he did, he loved someone who just so happened to be a devil, you killed him out of a reason to maintain the status quo that angels and devils are supposed to be enemies no matter what and because of that now you have a target on your back.....
Sona: Ise....
Touji interjected Sona before she could continue.
Touji: Lady Sona, Issei is right, I never wanted to kill Masaomi for what he did, he only wanted love and I could not let him because of him loving a devil, I was forced to murder both of them in cold blood, I honestly hated myself and out of guilt I and my family moved out of Kuoh to prevent a repeat of such a thing from ever happening again, that is why I left you and your family and decided to stay in Vatican so that I can repent for what I did, I just killed an innocent man and his lover because of them being from different factions.........I am sorry.........
Issei had no words, this were the words of a man that was clearly filled with guilt, their relationship seemed similar to that of his and Asia's relationship when Issei was a devil, a pawn of Rias Gremory, he looked at Asia who nodded she also had similar thoughts regarding the matter, that was when they heard a voice, a voice that meant trouble.
???: It is too late for apologies my old friend, Touji
A man then showed up to the group, he was a man with long black hair, Touji recognized this man, he was Masaomi Yaegaki, Touji's old friend

Masaomi: Hello Touji, it has been a while, since we met
Touji: Masaomi listen to me, I had no choice we had to maintain the status quo of keeping the devils and angels as enemies, so we had to eliminate you, I am sorry
Masaomi gets angry on hearing this, no he is furious, he responds
Masaomi: YOU ARE SORRY?!?!?!, YOU ARE FUCKING SORRY!!!!! CLERIA DIED BECAUSE OF YOUR AND THE GREAT KING FACTIONS DAMN STATUS QUO, YOU WLLL SUFFER THE CONSEQUENCES SINCE YOU ARE THE ONLY ONE REMAINING!!!!
Touji gets tensed as to why did he say that, he then asked
Touji: Only one remaining.........oh no you didn't!!!!
Masaomi then has a smile, he responds,
Masaomi: Oh I did, I killed everyone responsible for my lover's death, including our former colleges!! THAT'S WHAT THEY GET!!!! THAT'S WHAT THEY FUCKING DESERVE!!!!
That was when Gabriel spoke up
Gabriel: Brother go and warn that there has been a breach, ready the forces to defend heaven we cannot let them pass through...
Michael, Uriel and Raphael: Got it
They all leave to alert the rest of the Heaven, Gabriel then looks at the former priest and requests him
Gabriel: Masaomi please, stop this madness, this is not you, we are sorry for what happened to you, please do not do this, please....
Masaomi cuts her off and says
Masaomi: Quiet Gabriel, you have no right in judging me, I lost the one I loved just because we are enemies, You have no right to silence me!!!!!
Masaomi then brings in several evil dragons and magicians hailing from Nilreim, they all were there to fight against the people here, the teams are divided with even Griselda and Vasco helping them fend off the rogue magicians and other creatures, some of them were even angels who had betrayed their church much to their shock, Gabriel recognized these angels as the traitors who were giving information to the Khaos Brigade, Gabriel decided to step in to fight her former brothers and bring them to justice, the sweet Gabriel was no longer smiling, she was angry at their betrayal.
Masaomi looked at the Chaos and smiled, all he needed was a distraction, and now he can have his revenge against the man that murdered his lover and himself in cold blood. Masaomi then charged at the weakened Touji with the intent to kill.
However his blade Ame-no-Murakumo-no-Tsurugi, was intercepted by both Irina and Xenovia's Excalibur Mimic and Excalibur Destruction, they both were holding him off from harming Touji Shidou, Irina then responded.
Irina: Issei listen, take dad far away from here, he is in no condition to fight, take him to safe location, keep him safe.
Issei: You got it, Irina
Touji: But Irina-
Irina cut her father off
Irina: Dad, you are in no condition to fight, especially due to the poison wound, go with Issei, worry not I will be safe.
Irina and Xenovia both held off Masaomi Yaegaki as Issei took Touji away from the battlefield, after dropping him in a safe place, he heads back to the fight, but Touji holds his hand.
Touji: Issei please.........protect my girl, Masaomi will kill her.
Issei nods and responds
Issei: Worry not Mr. Shidou, I will protect Irina, nothing will happen till I am around.
Touji smiles, and Issei leaves from there to join the fight, Issei knew that if he is the same person, he would listen to him and stop this attack before it is too late.
*Scene Break*
(A/N: Bang that's it for this chapter, the next one will be the fight between Masaomi Yaegaki with the exorcists and Issei)
(A/N(2): I know I missed the Qlippoth's attack on Auros Academy, I wanted to do the arc along with the final arc of the story, in other words the two arcs will be merged into one arc)
(A/N(3): Exorcist Rebellion Arc will not be taking place because Michael and the other Seraphs help majority of the exorcists with their bad past due to that of the Vampires and Devils, instead the ones that do attack them are the ones that the Seraphs fail to attack them, in other words these two arcs, the current one and the Exorcist Rebellion will be merged)
