A small group had formed outside of the movie theater as Gwen got ready to show her new cousin some earth activities.
Gwen: are you ready to see your first move?
Lucy: heck yeah. I mean it's kind of like a play, right?
Circe: kind of. But they can do a lot more with a movie. You'll see.
Cricket: I can't believe it's coming out here 3 months early.
Gwen: dubbing is a long process.
Cricket: I know, doesn't sting any less.
Lucy: I still can't believe you used to be human and aren't some kind of Orthopterran hybrid.
Gwen: you know a lot about different aliens, don't you?
Lucy: you have to if you want to be a plumber, you have to be.
Cricket: why do you need to know aliens to help unclog toilets?
Gwen: different plumbers. The plumbers are alien police, basically.
Cricket: that's a stupid name.
Gwen: we still have a few minutes before the movie starts. We should grab some snacks.
Cricket: I'm shocked I was allowed in this place. I thought this place didn't like Evos.
Circe: it would help if captain nemesis would stop spouting out Evo hating propaganda.
Gwen: at least providence has changed their strategy for warning people.
Lucy: it sounds like this Evo thing is pretty big.
Gwen: seeing an alternate version of yourself turn into Evo aliens relay opens up your eyes to the danger of nanites. It's a good thing that ben hasn't turned Evo yet.
They walk into the hallway with all of the different rooms and Gwen bumps into someone. That someone being Kevin.
Gwen: what are you doing here Kevin?
Kevin: it's none of your business looser.
He keeps walking as he turns a corner and lucy looks at where Kevin turned and then back to Gwen and she laughs.
Cricket: what's so funny?
Lucy: she's in love with him.
Circe: she did go to that dance with him.
Gwen: the dance where you and rex were kidnaped by van Kleiss?
Cricket: how much have I missed?
Gwen: you live in Hong Kong. We're lucky that grandpa max was so willing to bring you over here. What are the other two doing?
Cricket: helping to build our new place.
Lucy: all right, let's go and watch this movie thing.
They walk in as Kevin waits for them to enter.
Kevin: my antitrix won't last long enough to get in there without being noticed. But I should be able to use bootleg to get into the projector room.
He does his plan where he finds the projector room empty.
Kevin: weird. Guess I'll just have to start it up on my own.
He merges with the projector and starts the file and watches it with the others. Lucy kept on trying to talk over it, but Gwen kept on shushing her. As the movie continued Kevin timed out and he sat down to watch the movie. Not wanting to admit he liked it but waiting for this since the trailer dropped after the coscon. With more time passing someone finally walks into the projector room where they find Kevin watching the movie with a full movie theater.
Man: what are you doing here kid?
Kevin jumping up: you can't prove anything.
He turns into rush, and he runs out of the building to find providence attacking some kind of giant insect.
Kevin: I'll just find the movie online later. Looks like I'm needed.
He rushes over to the providence grunts, and he changes into bashmouth as he finds six.
Six: good to see you kid. Think you can lend a hand?
Kevin: how many do you need?
Six: your paws and metal teeth should be enough.
Kevin nods as he jumps at the giant insect, and he tries to chomp down on the insect where he couldn't break through its tough exoskeleton.
Kevin: what is this thing made from?
Six: according to doctor holiday, some kind of metal. I thought that maybe your metal teeth could break through it.
Kevin: so, I need something that can get through that metal?
Six: that would be nice.
He switches to hotshot, and he tries melting the metal before being thrown into a wall and coming out on the other end in the room where they were playing the lucky girl movie and the four look over at Kevin as people run out of the room. Kevin returning to normal.
Gwen: Kevin, what's going on?
The insect enters and Gwen forms her energy shields and Circe extends out her Evo jaw. Cricket stands full and lucy switches to her humanoid Lenopan form.
Cricket: this is what you normally look like?
Lucy: like it?
Cricket: yeah, now then. Let's fight this Evo.
Circe runs around the Evo and screeches, bringing it out of the building as Gwen runs over to help Kevin up.
Gwen: are you ok Kevin?
Kevin: yeah, this thing just needs some quadsmack.
He changes into quad smack, and he punches the Evo into the ground. The providence grunts are continuously shooting at it. Lucy shoots mud at the Evo before coiling her hand back and making it into a hammer as she slammed down on the Evo. Circe keeps trying to distract it and Gwen used her shields to keep Circe safe. Eventually Kevin is able to hit down on it hard enough to knock it out before changing into darkmatter and creating a crystal chain that went around the Evo. Making sure it was on it tight.
Kevin: think that'll do it?
Six: that should. Is she an Evo or an alien?
Lucy: alien MR government man.
Six: just don't cause any trouble. Or I'll be forced to do something about it.
Gwen: but I thought that you couldn't touch aliens.
Six: turns out the plumber's force still on earth is small and they've agreed to, negotiations about collaborating.
Gwen: collaborating?
Six: ask your grandpa about it.
They get into the ship and fly off with Circe retracting her Evo jaw, Kevin timing out and lucy returning to her human form.
Gwen: so, what movie where you here to watch anyway?
Circe: you know what, I still need to talk to Kevin about his project.
Gwen: what project?
Circe: it's a thing his class is doing on Evos and what better way to cheat then to get an actual Evo to help him.
Gwen: now that's the Kevin I know.
Cricket: I barely did anything in that fight, is this what you guys do on a daily basis?
Gwen: more or less.
Lucy: this will be great training for when I become a plumber in like 5 years.
Gwen: why, when can you become a plumber?
Lucy: it's different from planet to planet but for Lenopans it's 16. I heard you were 11 from ben's mom. Is that right?
Gwen: my birthday was only 2 days ago. Right before the wedding and so was bens. I mean I'm 7 seconds older than him so...
Cricket: well, we should find your grandpa anyway. I need to be getting back to Hong Kong.
Gwen: yeah, and school will be starting back up on Monday so that's going to be fun.
Lucy: to bad I can't go to your school. I bet it's really fun if this is what you do every day.
Gwen: nah, this is a out of school activity.
Lucy: and I've suddenly lost all interest. How about that.
The group head back to max, get him to take cricket home and then return to there own homes. Max not knowing what six meant but wanting to investigate it.
