"You do know that I'm pregnant right?" Rosalie asks Stefan and Hunter as they lead her through the crowd,
"How can I forget" Hunter muttered earning a glare from the redhead as Stefan chuckled at them
"Ro, you're with us because you're the only one Caroline wouldn't hurt," Stefan tells her searching for Elena or Caroline,
"So I'm the shield," She asks and they nod making her huff "You know when I see her I'm going to help her kill you idiots"
Before they could reply Elena joined them "Did he have any bite marks on him?" Elena asks after Stefan told her about the conversation he had with Liam,
"No, which means she must have given him her blood," Stefan says as Hunter took a cup from Rose's hand when someone handed it to her
"And he doesn't remember her feeding on him at all," Elena asks looking at Rose with a hint of disgust in her eyes
"He remembers them making out in graphic detail, but that's about it," Hunter answers glaring at her as Stefan grabs Rose and puts her in front of him,
"So that means she's covering her tracks. It's extensive. It's terrific." Elena says, jealous of the interaction that occurs between the Salvatore and Mikaelson,
"No, it's not good. It means that she will use him as a human blood bag every time she gets hungry." Stefan insists
"Or she'll drink from the blood bags in our fridge that she just restocked." Elena and Rose reply at the same time
"Wait a minute. Why are you two defending her?" Hunter questions pointing at them "And since when do you synchronize when speaking?"
"I'm just saying she hasn't hurt anyone, and there are no bodies that have shown up at the med center, no students are missing. What if she has this under control? We give her her year, she's happy, and then..." Elena tries reasoning with them and Rose nods and points at her in agreement.
"And then what? She magically flips on her humanity switch and starts feeling everything that she's been putting off. Caroline is going to snap, and when it does, it's going to be my fault because I am the reason that she did this." Hunter tells her making Rose roll her eyes,
"Pain is the reason that she did this," Elena says
"Her mother died, and her world was turning upside down. She asked me one simple question. All I had to do was tell her the truth, and I didn't. Now look me in the eye and tell me that I couldn't have stopped this." He tells her and Elena sighs and nods
"What's your plan?" Elena asks Stefan who was whispering something in Rose's ears,
"Oh it's not my plan," He says as Hunter spots and joins her, Elena watches with jealousy as Stefan takes Rose away from the rave.

Stefan and Rose had no idea how it happened but one moment they talked after arriving at her house and the next they explored each other's bodies. "Stupid hormones. I'm supposed to be mad at you, not having sex with you" Rose says after they finished.
"You can go back to being mad at me tomorrow" Stefan whispers in her ears pulling her close to him,
"That's exhausting, I'm tired of being mad at you" She replies playing with his fingers as he rests his other free hand on her stomach,
"Then don't be, plus with our child on the way we're going to have to be at least civil with each other" Before she could reply his phone rung,
"What, you really think I want to hear from you right now?" He asks after seeing it was Enzo who called his phone.
"Aw. Is someone having a bad night?" Stefan and Rose were equally surprised to hear Caroline's voice on Enzo's phone.
"What are you doing with Enzo's phone?"
Caroline is alone in the coffee house, she sits up on the bar top. "I stole it, but that's not the question you should be asking now. You should be asking "why does Enzo have Sarah Salvatore's number on his phone," or maybe "where is Sarah Salvatore," and ultimately, "what the hell are you going to do to her, Caroline?" Stefan got and started to dress as Rose did the same,
The door to the coffee house opens, and Sarah Salvatore walks in. "Hello? Enzo?" Sarah calls out.
"Over here, Luv," Caroline calls faking a British accent
"Oh. Um, actually, I'm looking for..." Sarah trail offs
"Enzo. Yeah. I heard you. He's not here right now, but I am." Caroline informs her
"Caroline, what the hell are you doing with Sarah?" Stefan asks helping Rose into the car as she calls Hunter.
"There! An appropriate question. Thank you for asking. As a matter of fact, I'm going to kill her." Caroline hangs up, dropping the phone onto the bar.

At the bar, Caroline is making margaritas in the blender as Stefan and Elena arrive quickly in search of Sarah. "Hey! I'm making margaritas. Do you want one?" Caroline asks them
"Where's Sarah?" Elena asks her
"I see Stefan filled you in on his big secret," Caroline tells her not answering her question
"Where is she, Caroline?" Stefan asks wanting to find his niece,
"Not here. That would be stupid." She says as she preps the glasses with salt "She's with Liam. Say hi!" She says looking over to Enzo's phone which is on speaker with Sarah's name flashing in,
"Hello?" Liam answer shaky
"Sarah is helping Liam with his surgical kill." She says cheerily
The scene switches between Whitmore Hospital and the coffee house. Sarah is restrained to a metal operating table, somewhere in Whitmore Hospital. Liam stands over her with a scalpel in a panic. He doesn't want to do it but he has no control. Sarah is terrified and in a panic as she struggles against the restraints begging for her life, "Please! Please don't hurt me!"
"I don't want to do this!" He screams,
"Duh. You're probably gonna get expelled and then found guilty of murder. That's why I compelled you to do what I wanted." Caroline tells him,
"No, please! Please!" Sarah begs
"Look, Caroline. I'm sorry. We shouldn't have pushed you." Stefan tries to get to her,
"Obviously. I was pretty clear about that." She tells him
"Look. I know that you can't feel it right now, Care, but if you kill Sarah, it's gonna haunt you forever. Trust me. I did it, and it sucks." Elena tries
Caroline pours the margarita mix into the glasses "I compelled a student to perform surgery on Stefan's niece, and you found a way to make this about you? God, you truly have a gift, Elena." She laughs
"Look at me, Caroline. What do you want me to do? You want me to leave town, I'll leave town. I'll stay as far away from you as possible. Just please let her go." Stefan pleads
"That's the problem, Stefan. It doesn't really matter how far away you are. You're still you... Kind, loyal," She puts little umbrellas into the margaritas "Who with one look can convince me that I'm not crazy? That's the Stefan that I was my best friend, and that's the Stefan who can bring me back."
"killing Sarah isn't gonna change that." He tells her
"I know. That's why I'd rather just change you. Let go of that part of you, Stefan." She tells him
"Caroline, what are you talking about?" Elena asks
"If Stefan wants to save Sarah's life," She raises two glasses of margaritas "All he has to do is shut his humanity off. Why are you both looking at me like that? Do I need to repeat myself?" She ask them as they were giving her a look
"He is not turning his humanity off," Elena tells her
Setting the glasses down on the bar, "Elena, Stefan unleashed himself from you months ago. He can think for himself now." Caroline informs her,
"It's not gonna happen, Caroline," Stefan tells her making her pick up the phone,
"Hey, Liam." She calls him
"No! Please! No, no!" Sarah pleads
"Cut out her spleen," Caroline instructs him,
"Caroline!" Elena shouts,
"Relax. She can live without a spleen. You know, it's really the infection you should be worried about." Caroline tells her with no care
"Please don't hurt me! No! No! No!"
"I'm so sorry." She screams as Liam uses the scalpel to cut against her skin, blood oozes out,
"Hey, Liam. Remember that conversation we had earlier about being honest? Where are you?" Stefan asks him,
"Don't answer him, Liam," Caroline tells him,
"Whitmore Medical." He answers ignoring Caroline,
"Hey!" Caroline exclaims
"Please don't hurt me!" Liam slices her again with the scalpel and she screams "Aah!"
"Go! Get Sarah out of there." Stefan tells Elena and she vamps speeds away,
"Good luck getting there in time." Caroline calls out to her "How's it going, Liam?" She asks him
"Please, Liam! No, no!" Sarah shouts,
"I think I'm gonna go into pediatrics," Liam says with wide eyes,
"You know what? I changed my mind. Leave the spleen." Liam relaxes taking a breath "Let's be a little bit more symbolic."
"Please no!"
"Take out her heart," Sarah screams and Stefan vamp speeds toward the bar he grabs Caroline and throws her across the room; she crashes into a table. The phone slides across the floor. Stefan goes for the phone but Caroline trips him with the leg of the table. Stefan tries to reach for the phone but Caroline stabs him in the back then reaches over him and grabs the phone out of Stefan's grasp. "Liam, are you still with me?'
Before she could hear his reply her neck snapped to the side and she fell to the ground dropping the phone "Sorry you guys were taking too long" Stefan urns to see Rose standing by the door with Hunter,
"Talk about a dramatic entry" Hunter mumbles walking to pick up the blonde and Rose shrug going to help Stefan,
"Hey there idiot, you okay?" She asks pulling the leg of the table from his back making him groan in pain,
"Yea just peachy" He grumbles reaching for the phone "Hey Liam you okay there?"
"What just happen?" Liam asks scared and Elena shows up
"It's going to be okay Liam," She tells him "Stefan is everything okay there," She asks him,
"Yea, it is," He says hanging up and leaving with Rose, Hunter, and an unconscious Caroline.
