What is a shooting star?
Shooting stars are not really stars. They are actually pieces of rock that hits the Earth's atmosphere from space. As soon as it reaches our atmosphere, it heats up, making it glow brighter. Because of its' brightness, people think that they are falling stars, passing by our planet.
It has become our tradition to close our eyes and make a silent wish when we encounter one.
Do not be fooled by "shooting stars". Their worth cannot be determined by their brightness. They would have to discover it by themselves. Until then, we cannot close our eyes and make a wish, because it would end up as an empty promise.
And both the star and the person...would end up getting hurt.
