The next day made you smile brightly. Why? Because while you enter the school building, collecting a few items from your locker room, like always when you come like an early bird you truly are.
Closing it up, in front of you was Alberto himself! Leaning against the other locker next to yours. This was a new thing that has ever happened to you!
"Buongiorno cutie." He said with a smirk on his face which indeed make you flush red.
"C-Ciao Alberto, it's a surprise to see you in the morning." You said holding onto your book close to your chest.
"Yeah, we'll...technically I spotted you and wanna be the first person to say how are you."
This was the sweetest thing he's never said to you.
"I'm doing alright, my pet bunny was being a little turd and dropped chocolate bombs all over my homework." You told him that and it made him laugh. You wish you could hear it all day...
"Aww Im sorry, I mean...your not alone, Machiavelli loves dropping turds on my homework too, he would even eat it because he's a little chub."
You already knew about Machiavelli, which isn't a big surprise. But dang what a vicious tubby.
"Sometimes the cutest animals can be a little pain in the ass."
Then soon silence while you heads a few students entering the school hallways.
"Oh...I also came here to ask you something."
Uh oh...your head starts spinning...Maybe it's nothing too big....you begin to feel sick inside...your not sure if it's big or not...
"Oh yeah? What is it?" You looked up at him which he scratched the back of his so soft curls, revealing his hook piercing on his right ear.
"Now I know it seems so sudden but..."
You waited with patience but also desperate to know...
Alberto took a deep breath and looked down at you. "Instead of...going to the prom with my sister...you'd go with me?"

Your insides are screaming!!! your heart, lungs, stomach, brain!! EVERYTHING!!!
You know your gonna say yes...but don't make it too obvious that your this excited!
"R-really?! You wanna take me?" You asked, soon he chuckled nervously.
"Yeah! I thought we get along by dancing and chatting."
Your dream has come true! You felt like a Princess Cinderella who was asked out to the ball by Prince Charming.
"If you don't want to I understand, out of all the girls who tried asking me out. I chose you."
"Yeah! Of course I'll go with you! I think it'll be perfect!" You smiled sweetly, revealing your flushed cheeks which makes Alberto feel soft on the inside.
"Great! I'll see you Friday night! You know which Vespa is mine." You nodded and he shoots his finger towards you with a wink.
Soon the bell rang, which means it's time for class.
"See you soon cutie." Then he walked away to his first class.
You feel like the luckiest girl in the world, your going to the prom dance with Alberto!
So you went to class, spotted your close friend Guido, you two sit by the window with each other.
"Ciao Y/n!" He said, waving at you.
You sat by him until you were interrupted by a few girls behind you, giving you a couple of snickering expressions.
"Oh, ciao Vittoria...Mia...is there anything?" You asked nervously and they looked at each other, then back at you.
"We heard about Alberto asking you out...what a lucky girl you are."
To your surprise, they must be really jealous that he chose you over them!
"What a shame...because I'd go for another round with him."
Say what...?
"W-what?" You asked and the two laughed.
"Sweetie, Alberto is a player, he'll ask ANY girl out and pretty much have his way with them. Like what he did to us~"
This made your heart dropped...that this may not be your best day at all...
Developed trust issue all of a sudden...is he really a player? Did he really sleep with all the girls...? And your next as just a one night stand...?
Your heart began to shatter into pieces...
"Don't worry Y/n, he's really is a monster under the sheets."
And they walked away, laughing their asses off, leaving you wanting to cry.
"Y/n..you can't believe that...they could be just jealous that he asked you out." Guido tried to cheer you up...but it didn't feel the same...
You felt so many regrets for saying yes to Alberto...
—A few hours later—
After school, you and Giulia decide to go shopping for prom dresses!
You had to tell her about if Alberto is actually a player...?
The both of you went to a cute dress store that sells all kinds of colorful and well designed dresses that resembles something from either a Hollywood movie or perfect for a dance!
Giulia starts searching through her ideal dress while you looked around the shoes...
"Oh Y/n! I was thinking we could go as twins! It'll be so cute!" You continue to hear her talk but yet again. How will your words come out?
"Giulia...? Can I ask you something?"
"Sure what is it?"
You gulped and walked over to her.
"Is your brother a player?"
Then Giulia raised an eyebrow while putting down the two dresses. "Yeah! He technically plays football, soft ball, sometimes tennis. Oh! Dancing is one of them too."
"No no! I mean...sleeping around kind of player..." you hinted, feeling worried if he really is...Giulia is always next by her Alberto. They'd love to talk, do homework, just normal sibling stuff!
Then her face shifts into confusion. "Huh? My brother sleeping with girls?"
Here it is...this is your biggest fear...
"Of course not Y/n, never in my life I'd ever seen him bring a girl home and get 'busy...'let me tell you this! what he does mostly is play sports, make kids smile, go fishing with papa, and mostly his spare time, he draws and cries while watching Twilight, stuffing his mouth with cioccolato."
(Y/n's POV)
Woah...that's all...? B-but then why did those girls tell me that he slept with them...?
"You listened to those popular girls did you.?" She asked me and I nodded slowly.
"Santa Mozzarella...don't EVER listen to what those popular girls say! Trust me! Me and Luca know all about Alberto, he's a football player, NOT...a girl player..."
That's a relief! It made me feel a lot better! I mean Alberto seems like the type of guy to sleep around girls because he is so popular. But no!
It means I still have a chance!
—With Alberto and Luca at a mens tuxedo shop—
"You actually asked her out?" Luca asked while Alberto is trying on a suit, looking at himself in the mirror.
"Of course I did, this is my chance to finally get to know her in person! She was so cute this morning, the way she said yes to me...her smile and how her eyes look up at me..."He fixed up his tie and shirt, making it look comfortable on him.
Imagining Y/n by his side, looking so beautiful to his eyes and look handsome for her. He couldn't wait to finally be close to his crush.
"What do you think Luca?"
The boy in glasses looked up and raise thumbs up. "You look rather dashing Alberto, the burgundy goes good on you." Luca compliment, helping him with the small tugs on his sleeves.
"Then I'll go with this one."
Suddenly they heard a few boys coming inside the shop, possibly doing the same thing. Until they spotted Alberto.
"Yo! Berto! How ya doin man!" Mario gave him a high five.
"Hey Berto! Heard you asked out some nerd! Heard your gonna bone her, right?"
(Alberto's POV)
What?! Who says I was gonna 'bone' Y/n...?
I just wanted to know her and maybe watch a movie after a dance...
Ugh...those girls and their stupid rumors...do they have anything else to do in their life...?
"Regazzi...fellas...you know I'm not like that!"
Suddenly they interrupted me...
"No no! We get it bro. We were just wondering."
I mean...not to sound like a pervert but...thinking about being intimate with Y/n made me flush red...just the thought of it...makes my heart skip a beat. I'd love to be her first, she would be my first...
"But hey, whatever floats your boat dude, we'll always love you man!"
So glad that they support me in so many ways!
"Grazie."
So I bought the suit which looks amazing! I couldn't wait to see the look on Y/n's cute little face when she sees me!
(3rd Person's POV)
Until the day of the prom, you and Giulia are fixing up your hair and makeup. This is the dresses you two decide to twin up!
You fixed up a few touches until you heard a horn coming from outside of your home.
"Oh! That must be my brother!" Giulia's face glared up at you...
"If he EVER does anything bad to you...I'm right behind you...and I will end his life..." she went all defense mode which made you giggle.
"Your a real friend Giulia, grazie." You gave her a big hug and head down outside to see a sight you've ever dreamed...
Alberto is on his Vespa, dressed in a very snatching burgundy suit, his hair is tied up in a tight pony tail well...man bun because his hair is extremely fluffy. It really suits it with the outfit.
You walked towards him and his face looked stunned. You were worried if you didn't look good.
"Wow..." He said softly which made you flush red.
"Sei bellissima..." is what made you feel happy to hear.
"Y-you do too." You giggled while watching him come closer to hand you a white rose, pinning it in your soft hair.
"Andiamo."
So Alberto helped you on the Vespa, fixing your dress up so you won't be flashing. When he gets in front of you, you wrapped your arms around his chest, it's a feeling you never wanna let go...
(Alberto's POV)
The way she held onto me is a strong feeling...and how she nuzzles me...I wanna make this the best night for us, our final prom to finally spend time for ourselves...
"Next stop, Genova High!"
