NICK'S POV
Kitang kita ko ang pag agos ng dugo papalabas sa aking dibdib ngunit wala akong naramdamang kahit anong sakit. After a few minutes, blood stopped. Hindi pa ako nanghihina o nahihimatay, I slapped my face to check if its just a nightmare but my face hurts.
Napakunot noo ako at nagulat ng biglang tumawa si Shaira.
"SHAIRAAA?!!", dismayadong sigaw nila Jayze, Shine at Heira.
"'Yes' sabi na nya, edi success! HAHAHAHAHA!! Pasensya na hind ko mapigilan tawa ko, kita nyo lang sana mukha nya!", tawang tawang sambit ni Shaira habang napa hilamos sila ng mukha.
Wtf?!
"What the f*ck happened?!", galit na sigaw ko at lumuhod si Heira sa harap ko at hinawakan ang kamay ko.
"I'll ask you again, Ms. Chan, Will you marry me?", I cried.
"Yes.. Yes I will marry you.", I said in a shaky voice and then hugged her.
I thought I lost her, I thought I lost all of them..
I dried all my tears and then pushed her away from me.
"Why the f*ck do you have to do that?!!"
"Sorry, It was Vera's plannn!!" sabi ni Heira at biglang pumasok si Vera sa silid.
"Hoy! Wag moko sisihin jan! Tinulungan lang kita noh!", sigaw nila sa isa't isa ngunit niyakap ko ulit si Heira.
Ayokong mawala sya, I didn't want any of that to happen..
She caress my back and I cried again.
"Tama na ang iyak, buhay pa kami noh.", sabi ni Shine at pinunasan ni Heira ang mga luha ko.
"Ayokong magkatotoo lahat ng iyon..", sabi ko at kinuha ni Vera ang baril mula sa lalaki.
"Actually totoo itong baril, hehe.", sabi nito.
"Then how-"
"Bullet-proof vest and a bag of water with red food coloring, beybehhh.", kumindat ito at sumama ang tingin ni Heira kay Vera.
"Don't wink at my wife.", mapagbantang tinig nito. '..my wife.' Kinilig ako sa sinabi nito. Napa 'yiii' naman ang tatlo.
"Tara na, maligooooo.", tawag ko sakanilang lahat at sabay sabay kaming lumabas silid. Saka ko lang nalaman na ang silid pala na iyon ay nasa tagong parte ng kakahuyan malapit sa dagat kaya hindi ko ito nakita kaninang papunta palang kami rito.
"Congratulations!", sigaw nilang apat at napangiti nalang kami ni Heira. I admit it, that prank was really well done.
I watched them happily as they laugh together.
I am very thankful that I have friends like Vera, Shine, Jayze, and Shaira. Especially with a wife like Heira. I was thankful to have them as a part of my life.
"Congratssss!!", sigaw ng mga nasa likod namin at nang tignan ko iyon ay ang buong pamilya namin. Sanz at Chan.
I looked at Vera and she shrugged her shoulders and she said, "I didn't invite them.."
"I did.", Heira said then pulled me towards her. She kissed me slowly. Nararamdaman kong nag iinit ang aking mga pisnge dahil hinalikan nya ako ng napakatagal, sa harap pa talaga ng maraming tao.. Ahhh I'm too shyyy!
"Woooooo!!", our family and friends cheered us.
We spent the day on the beach and then we all went home.
"Heira?"
"Yes baby?", she answered while brushing my hair using her fingers.
"Our story is.. pretty messed up.", I said and she chuckled.
"Yeah it was.. but things are starting to get right now."
"Pero di parin ako makapaniwalang papakasalan ko ang isang kriminal."
"Hoy! Hindi ako kriminal.", napatawa naman ako sa reaksyon nya.
"Well, you did kindapped me. I think that count as a crime?"
"Is it a crime to stole your heart?", she asked me and stared at me deeply.
"Yes."
"Then tie my hands and 'arrest' me now, my future Mrs. Sanz.", she smirked. I just pinched her cheeks.
"Heira, hindi ba't illegal ang 'Same Sex Marriage'?"
"It is illegal here, but not on other countries. Like Spain."
"So, doon tayo ikakasal?"
"Yes baby.", she kissed my forehead.
"Okay then, matulog na tayo.. balik trabaho nanaman bukas. Good night Daddy.", sabi ko.
"Good night too, my baby.", she said as we cuddled each other before falling asleep.
I still couldn't forget what happened earlier. That scared the sh*t out of me.. Gladly, no one was harmed or died. That was a creative way of proposing but not recommended, that was also dangerous..
But I'm glad she waited for 5 years to propose to me.
"I love you, Heira.", tinig ko ngunit hindi na sya sumagot dahil tulog na ito.
God knows how much I love this woman.
