"Where- Where did he go?" Jack sounded astonished. The Doctor simply had his arms crossed as he waited for an answer.
"Well my dear friends, water is a protection force. The diadem helped us get out of that parrelel world and it tracked the Hooligans. But since we used it as a time travelling agent, it served only for that purpose. Water destroys things, but you see it can also help us, just not in ways you may expect it to. The Emperor thought being surrounded by water would help him, but it simply destroyed him and the rest of his creations. We are finely Hooligan free," you said as you finally took a much needed breath.
"Well, anyone could have figured it that one out," the Doctor try to say seriously, but you two bursted out laughing.
"TimeLords," Jack said as he rolled his eyes. You gave him a playful punch in the arm.
"I'm a TimeLady," you sassed back as you smiled at Jack.
"Of course, you are," the Doctor said as he leaned down un-expectedly and gave you a kiss.
"Oh come on now, save that for the TARDIS," Jack laughed to himself.
"I think that can be arranged," you said as you looked into the Doctor's eyes.
