Zhia Xiang looked at the three robots in front of her, waiting for them to speak.
❝We're here to take agent #700 in custody. ❞ The middle young man spoke, gesturing for the other two to take Thomas.
Thomas bit Victor's hand, act that gave his mouth freedom.
❝Subject #654! Use your skill to save me and I swear to repay you!❞Thomas shouted.
Victor was ready to kick him to shut his mouth, but Zhia Xiang stopped him.
❝How do you know about my skill?❞Zhia Xiang asked confused.
❝Get subject #700!❞The robotic man ordered, getting impatient.
The other two caught Thomas, who struggled to break free.
❝Your skill it's not so secret through transmigrators! Do you think it's a coincidence that you got such an useful skill, perfect for transmigration?❞Thomas continued.
❝Shut him!❞The robotic man ordered.
Zhia Xiang looked at Thomas.
❝What do you mean?Let him speak. ❞Zhia Xiang demanded.

Victor stepped forward and pushed the two robots away, freeing Thomas.
❝One wrong move and I'll burn you into ashes.❞Victor warned in a low voice.
He turned his head to look at the puzzled Zhia Xiang and felt his heart ache.
❝Don't interfere, I said!❞The robotic man warned, glaring at Victor who took a defensive position.
❝You were a lab rat this whole time, subject #654. Your so called skill was given to you by no other that the higher ups of transmigration! Imagine how a child can misuse such dangerous power. ❞Thomas continued, his eyes suggesting that there is more to be exposed.
❝What is he saying? Those robots gave me this skill? Why? How? ❞
❝You must be so confused now... poor girl. You know what else is kept secret from you?❞Thomas continued, the tension in the room was suffocating.
The robotic man tried to shot a needle at Thomas's throat, but Victor caught in time.

All three robots jumped to attack Victor so they could get to Thomas. Zhia Xiang was reflecting at Thomas's words until something hit her... something twisted.
❝Trauma...my parents death... ❞She muttered in disbelief.
❝Bingo! Haha, isn't that wonderful? They traumatized you to create a strong transmigrator. Zhia Xiang was frozen. Everything seemed to go in slow-motion, Victor ripping a robot's head apart, Thomas running as a robot chased him.
❝My parents death... was caused by the higher ups? Agent 0 recruiting me wasn't a weird coincidence? It was a plan to get me to feed them souls by completing missions?! I've been tricked! All this... I was only a puppet?!❞ Zhia Xiang fell to her knees and shouted.
Victor looked at her worried as he killed the last robot. He then rushed to her side.
❝Xiang... ❞He softly called.
Zhia Xiang continued to shout, feeling angry, tricked. Victor hugged her and she stopped.
❝They used me...❞The woman mumbled.
Victor looked at her face as tears fell down her cheeks.
❝I'm not good at comforting... but I hate seeing you sad. ❞The man spoke, pressing his forehead against hers.
Zhia Xiang bit her lip to calm down.
❝What should I do now? I'm so mad... hurt. ❞Zhia Xiang continued to speak, her eyes noticing the quiet agent 0. ❝You knew about this?!❞ The woman asked, anger taking over her.
❝Yes. ❞Agent 0 honestly replied.
❝How could you use me like this? Despise being a robot, I've considered you a partner!❞Zhia Xiang stood up and walked to agent 0,angry.
❝It's forbidden to talk about it. I can't break the rules... ❞Agent 0 explained.
❝Forbidden? You stupid pieces of metal used me as a lab rat! How? How did your stupid higher ups... caused my mom to kill my dad? ❞Zhia Xiang asked, gritting her teeth.
❝I'm... not allowed to say. ❞Agent 0 replied.
Zhia Xiang kicked agent 0 with her feet.
❝Fucking speak! I'm going to destroy all of you! ❞Zhia Xiang shouted, shaking with anger.
Victor looked at Zhia Xiang and couldn't help but feel sad seeing her like this. He walked closer, touching her shoulder.
Zhia Xiang looked over her shoulder and calmed down a little.
❝I.... I'll talk. They... used a little mind manipulation. Your mother was already unstable emotionally so they gave her a little push that unleashed those angry feelings. ❞Agent 0 explained.
Zhia Xiang clenched her fists as she took deep breaths to calm down.
❝Vile creatures. ❞Victor spoke, looking at agent 0 with disgust.
❝What now? What do I do? Is it possible to go at war with these machines?❞ Zhia Xiang wondered.
Another light appeared and a bunch of robots, like the previous ones appeared in the small bedroom.
❝Agent #654, you're under arrest for rebelling. ❞ The woman spoke calmly, looking at Zhia Xiang.
❝Rebelling?! You fuckers! I'll kill you all for what you've done to me!❞Zhia Xiang shouted.
She got her journal out, but before she could open it, it ignited in flames.
Victor stepped in front of Zhia Xiang, attacking the robots. Zhia Xiang looped at him worried.
❝Go to safety. ❞Victor demanded, giving her a soft look.
Zhia Xiang knew they were outnumbered and the robots were stronger this time and she could only use her skill in this situation.
Zhia Xiang ran to the bathroom and locked herself up.
❝I have to write for the skill to work. No pen, no paper, how to write? The floor, blood!❞
Zhia Xiang took the razor and cut her finger, using the blood to write down.
"The time stops for everyone but me."
Silence.
Zhia Xiang pressed her ear on the door, hearing nothing. No shouting, no battle sounds.
Then, she felt a sharp pain in her left eye and shouted, covering the eye.
❝That bastard said there will be consequences to me playing with time... is losing my eye the consequence?❞ Zhia Xiang thought as she tried to bear the pain to unlock the door.
She looked around and saw that everyone is frozen like she wrote.
❝My left eye... I can't see anymore... ❞She mumbled, touching her eye.
The woman sat down and silently mourned her eye, getting used to the idea of becoming blind after making the time flow again.
❝It's alright, Zhia Xiang... remember that you're a strong girl... just like mother said. We'll be fine... let's end these and punish those who used us a puppets.❞Zhia Xiang encouraged herself and made up her mind.
She stood up and sat at the computer, opening a notepad tab.
"The cores will explode, causing them to be destroyed. All who participated in hurting me, shall be destroyed."
Zhia Xiang looked at the writing and sighed.
❝How will it be if I make myself forget all this? Return to my life and forget everything. Do I want to forget everything I've experienced in the past months? No... it's part of me now. Let's finish this. ❞ Zhia Xiang decided and wrote another sentence.

Zhia Xiang raised her head. Victor looked at her eyes in shock.
❝What happened to your eyes? Who done this to you? Whoever it is, I'll kill them. ❞Victor stated, touching her face.
❝I did it... it's the price I pay for breaking some rules. But I don't regret it... ❞Zhia Xiang continued.

Victor pressed the last letter and a bright light surrounded the two. As they left, Victor took a last look at the bedroom who wad now breaking like its made of glass.
When he opened his eyes he was sitting next to Zhia Xiang on a bench, with a road in front of him.
❝What do you see?❞Zhia Xiang asked.
❝A road... and the thins you call cars. ❞Victor explained,taking her hand in his.
❝What time it is?❞Zhia Xiang questioned.
❝Let me see... ❞Victor added, searching her phone in his pocket.
He found the device and looked at the screen.
❝18:38.❞The man replied.
❝That's right... the time that I left with agent 0. We're back where we should be. Or I am where I should be... what about you? I can send you home...I think. ❞Zhia Xiang spoke.
Victor shook his head.
❝No need. I'm staying with you. ❞He replied.
❝Are you sure? I'm pretty much blind now. ❞Zhia Xiang added.
❝And? Do you think I'll leave you because you can't see? Thought tick and thin, wife. You're stuck with me. ❞Victor spoke, smiling as he saw a small smile form on her lips.
❝Glad one of us is in the mood for joking. The bus should be here at 19. Let's go home then, I'm tired. ❞Zhia Xiang stated, resting her head on his shoulder.
❝Yes, let's go home. ❞Victor said softly, kissing her head with a smile on his face.
