~ Neji ~
I finish fighting the other clones. From a distance away I see blue flames "Guy Sensei" I gasped
I run towards them, Guy Sensei is using the 7th gate this is not good
"What is he doing!?" I said
"Guy Sensei is the only one who can take on Madara" Lee said whipping the tears from his eyes
"Don't tell me he is going to-" I got interrupted by Lee "Yes, he is" he sniffed crying
"Oh god" I said as I watched the battle
Tenten was in shock. The attack was not working. As he comes back
"Tenten, Neji and Lee don't stop me. I am doing this to protect the people I care the most which are you my youthful students" Guy Sensei said
"But Guy don't do this" Kakashi pleaded
"No Kakashi it's time to use this thank you for being my long time friend and rival" he replied
"Guy Sensei thank you so much" Lee cried
"DONT CRY LEE THE SPRING TIME OF YOUTH IS YOURS NOW. MAKE HISTORY AND MAKE ME PROUD OUT HERE" He screamed as he opened the 8th gate
We all stared in shock. I couldn't believe this. The red smoke was coming out. The dragon was ready to go in action.
"Evening Elephant" Tenten gasped
We watched the fight unable to do anything, Tenten pulled us close, to cry. We all felt emotional, Lee was a crying mess.
As the fight finished Guy Sensei lands on the ground. He is injured badly
"Go get him i'll distract him" Tenten said as he pulled out two scrolls
"Be careful" I said as we ran to get him
His body was roasting he started to crumble in ashes, still alive but in pain
Tenten threw kunai's at Madaras damaged body, he somehow got to push half of them back to Tenten injuring her
"TENTEN NO NO" I screamed as I saw her get hit by kunai's
"Eight Triagrams Air Palm" I quickly pushed as many kunai as possible away from her but it was still not enough she was hit by multiple kunai's
Her body started to fall. I grabbed her softly
"Neji... ne- ji" she said clearly in pain
"I'm here Tenten, stay with me stay with me" I said with tears in my eyes
"Neji if I don't make it please.." she said as her eyes started to close "NO NO MEDICS MEDICS WE NEED HELP" I screamed
I see Gaara coming towards us
"Here get on we are taking you to Lady Tsunade and Shizune" He said
He had Lee and Guy Sensei on a sand placement as well. He hurried
"Tenten please stay with us" Lee pleaded
"The team will not be the same without you and Guy Sensei please both of you stay with us!" I pleaded crying
"You really love her" Gaara said as he watched me hold her hand
"I do, I've always loved her since young" I replied holding her hand praying she will make it out
"That's good, love her as much as possible for me" he added
"Lady Tsunade please help us!" Lee said as he got off the sand
"Shizune help Tenten WE CANNOT LET HER DIE" Lady Tsunade furiously said as she started to try and heal Guy Sensei
We both knew it was no good
"Lee... I'm sorry we can't undo the effects of the 8th gate. He has a minute left" Lady Tsunade said
"It's fine, I understand Guy Sensei will die as a fine shinobi who has helped this war" Lee said "Guy Sensei thank you for being my #1 supporter. Thank you for teaching me this. I will forever make you proud" Lee was crying his eyes out
"Thank you Guy Sensei for all your teachings. Even if training was hard and your personality was loud and outrageous we all learned so much from you. Again thank you" I said as I bowed
"Guy Sensei.. than-thank you" Tenten said in pain
"Don't talk Tenten" Shizune said
As she took the kunai out of Tenten's body I started to realize how much blood she had lost.
"Lady Tsunade this is going to be hard. She's lost too much blood" Shizune said worryingly
"I'll heal her myself" Lady Tsunade said
She activated her Hundred Healings Mark. As she put her hands on Tenten's shoulders to let the lines cover her body. She instructed Shinuze to pull one kunai at a time. As Shizune pulled the kunai's, Tenten's cuts and wounds started to heal. She was awake her face and eyes moved a bit but still didn't open her eyes. She made gestures. As Lady Tsunade finished treating her. She had her slug lay on the ground so Tenten could rest on her and keep healing slowly.
"Thank you Lady Tsunade" I bowed
"Don't thank me, I would do anything to help Tenten" she nodded
We see Naruto and Sasuke fighting Madara. Sasuke has his Susanoo and Naruto has the Nine Tails. I look over at Guy Sensei and his eyes are closed. His left leg is banished. He had passed away
"Lee be strong, we can do this just think of Guy Sensei's words" I said to Lee as he looked down sadly still crying
"Yes Neji, don't worry about Tenten. She's a strong kunoichi who will survive. Just remember how tough she has been throughout our time as a team" he patted me on the shoulder
I nodded
We relocate with the rest of the Konoha 12, without Naruto, Sasuke and Tenten
"Where is Tenten?" Ino asked
"She was injured but she will be okay" I said trying to reassure myself
"She'll pull through" Hinata said reassuring me
We watch the fight happen with Naruto and Sasuke.
Naruto calls us to help him with his last attack towards Madara. We run towards him, as we jump down we get the cloaks and a huge rasengan. We push it out and attack towards Madara
This is Naruto's last plan attack. As we do this we break through the barrier he put up. Sasuke attacks him but it isn't enough for us to stop him. We go back down to the battlefield to keep on with the fight. There isn't much for us do to, we are putting all out hope on both Naruto and Sasuke.
As the fight goes on I noticed that the moon is now aligned with the God Tree. I fear the worst. His plan of the Eye of The Moon is happening.
Madara shows up again. The Infinite Tsukuyomi starts. It is now cast upon he world. I see the branches show up, the bark of the tree starts to wrap me around. I try to break off this genjutsu but it's impossible
"Ten-" I was cut off by loosing my focus. The genjutsu had taken over control of me. I was done for
~ Tenten ~
I head on attack Madara. As I start to throw kunai's he somehow pushes them back to me. I feel one kunai hit my arm, then my chest, my legs and other parts of my body. The pain grows fast, I feel the blood rush through my body.
More kunai's are coming towards my direction, this is the end for me. I hear Neji's voice faintly in the background as I loose sense of my surroundings. I feel Neji catch me and I try to say something to him
"Neji... ne- ji" I said while being in pain
"I'm here Tenten, stay with me stay with me" Neji said panicking. I felt the warm tears falling on my face, he was crying
"Neji if I don't make it please.." I said struggling to get the words out of my mouth, I was in pain, about over 15 kunai hit different parts of my body. I started to loose focus I felt my eyes get heavy, I couldn't keep my eyes open. I started to close my eyes hearing in the background Neji scream
As I am on the fine line of death and life, I feel flaksbacks of my life. I feel like I am on the clouds, the light is bright. I hear a voice. It sounds familiar to me.
"Teny, Teny" the voice said
"Who's this?" I asked wondering around
"Tenten, I'm your mother" the voice responded
"Mother?!" I gasped
"Yes Tenten, it is too early for you to come and see us" she replied
"Mom, I've missed you. You don't know how much I need you in my life. I wish you were still with me. I have so much to tell you" I ran to hug her
"Aw Tenten I know, I've missed you too but I've seen you grow up. Don't think I have left you alone. I'm always watching over you" She hugged me tightly
"Thank you. I have found love. It's Neji Hyuga, we have bonded together over time being part of Team Guy and now he even asked me out" I said happily
"You don't know how happy I am you ended up with him. Both me and his father would joke about you both dating when you were older and I guess it did" she laughed
"Mom, you don't know how happy I am with him. I put flowers on your alter all the time" I said
"Well Tenten it's your time to go back to reality. It is too early for you to come to this side and meet with me and your father. We will both keep watching over you, take care my sweet pie. Give me some cute grandchildren and please be healthy, love yourself and appreciate your life. Thank you for being strong. We will be reunited once again when the time is right" she said with a soft smile as I started to leave this headspace
I left the headspace and I go back into reality. I feel the pain of the kunai's being pulled out of my body. I still don't feel strong enough to open my eyes but I make a gesture of how painful this is
I feel chakra flowing in my body to help my wounds. My clothes felt wet and sticky from all the blood and sweat. The pain starts to feel less and less as the time goes by. I was laid down on something squishy. I don't hear Neji's voice I just hear Lady Tsunade in the background.
Slowly I regain control of my head. I realized what's going on. I feel better slowly. As I get stronger, I open my eyes the Infinite Tsukuyomi has began. It takes control over my body. I feel being wrapped up by the bark and lifted up the branches of this God Tree.
I'm trapped, I try to break it up but I can't. Madara you did it, you really got the control of the world now.
