Bakugo
Everyone was out.
Deku, and pretty much everyone else in the class was out working with heroes. IcyHot had went home to visit his mom, and Aizawa said he had plans.
All Might was supposed to be supervising if needed, but even he said he had a meeting to go to.
I threw on a jacket, and shoved my hands in my pockets. I walked out of my room, and strode into the common room. I was probably going to grab a snack or something before leaving.
Serena was on the couch, nose stuck in a book. She had no clue I was even in the room.
"Hey idiot."
"Hey Bakugo."
"What are you doing?"
"Advanced rocket science. What does it look like?"
"Don't get sassy with me, asshole."
"Don't ask dumb questions."
I sighed and started to leave.
"Well, I'm leaving. Don't do dumb shit when I'm gone."
I started to walk out and then stopped in my tracks.
I thought about watching AJ clutch her arms as she walked down the street as it got chillier, knowing she didn't have a home. Knowing that she could have stayed over at my house. How I thought about asking her to just come over, but I didn't.
It was such a shitty move. It really was. I couldn't do it twice.
"Get changed."
"Why?"
"I'm taking you out. You're not gonna sit here alone."
"Oh em gee! A date?"
"It's not a date."
"I know. I'm not AJ."
"Very funny. Hurry up before I change my
mind."
She got up, and walked to her room, then came back.
"I just realized I have magic. I don't need to go to my room."
There was a flash of blue light, and suddenly she was in a black skirt, and a pink long sleeve crop top. Her shoes were white sneakers, with black socks.
"Hey, you kinda don't look hideous."
"Eat shit."
We walked out of the building, and I realized I really didn't hate Serena's company.
"Where are we going?"
I slung my arm over her shoulder, and she laughed and did the same.
"I told my mom I'd visit."
"You're taking me to your house?"
"It's not a romantic-"
"I wasn't saying it was. I'm saying you have audacity knowing I'll report my findings to my sister."
"Go ahead. I don't care."
"I'm just saying, you'd better not have any red flags in there. If I see just one Doritos bag, your whole career is over."
"I'm not a slob like you, I don't have junk all over my room."
"Oh shut up."
We arrived at my house and I pulled out a key, unlocked the door, and let Serena inside.
"Katsuki?"
"Yeah, it's me."
My mom walked in, smiling when she saw Serena by my side.
"Oh! You brought a friend! Is this that girl you always would talk about-"
"Shut up hag!"
"Don't talk to your mother like that! I'm sorry sweetheart. Our Katsuki loves to talk about.....oh! You're not her, are you?"
"Uh...I think you mean my twin. AJ, right?"
"Yeah! That one with the wings! I still think she could've kicked Katsuki's ass at the sports festival."
I grumbled as Serena stifled a laugh, and I dragged her by the arm to my room.
"I'll call you two down when dinner is ready!" Mom called out.
"I'm Mistuki by the way!"
"I'm Serena!" She shouted, just before I slammed my door closed and locked it.
I could feel my cheeks heating up, and saw in the mirror that I was turning red.
"Soooo....talk about AJ a lot, huh?"
"If you even think about telling her that, I'll kill you. She won't let it go."
"Oh believe me, I know."
I walked over and sat on my bed, Serena plopping face first beside me.
"So, what now?" She asked, the sheets muffling her voice.
"I was just going to nap in my own bed."
Serena tucked herself under the sheets and patted the area next to her.
"Well, what's stopping you?"
"I'm not sleeping in the same bed as you."
"Don't be all weird, we're just friends. I don't like you."
I hesitantly laid down beside her, and turned my back to her.
We laid in silence for maybe 10 minutes, and I started to nod off, slipping into a dream.

"Hey Katsuki!" AJ shouted, waving me down.
"Oh, hey AJ."
"Hey, I need your help with some homework, do you think we could study in your room?"
"I don't see why not."
"Cool! Let's go!"
She dragged me through the hallways and I felt my heartbeat pick up the pace. It was pounding in my chest, and I saw Maris, who gave me a weird look at AJ and we ran down the hall.
We got to my room and we went in, and I sat down on my bed.
"So, what do you need help with, dumbass?"
I looked up, and AJ was just standing in the doorway, hands folded behind her back.
"I....there's something I want to say."
"What?"
She looked up at me, and she had a weird look in her eyes. It was unfamiliar, and I couldn't quite place what it was.
She started to slowly walk over to the bed, and put a hand on my cheek.
"Katsuki...I...."
"What? What is it?"
Her hands tangled themselves in my hair, and she pulled my face closer to hers, I could feel her hot breath on my lips.
"AJ. Please. Just kiss me."
She laughed, but her voice didn't reach above a whisper.
"All you had to do was ask."
She leaned in, we were about to connect our lips.
SMACK.
"Fuck!" I shouted, my eyes shooting open.
Serena opened her eyes, we were nose to nose. In my bed.
We both sat upright quickly, Serena falling off the bed.
"Yuck! Gross! Oh God! I think I have Bakugo cooties! Jesus Christ!"
"Why did you hit me?"
"Hit you? Oh. Sometimes I just....move a lot when I was asleep."
"Yeah, well I was having a good dream!"
"So? What's it matter?"
She got up from the floor and combed her fingers through her hair, looking into my eyes.
"You perv!"
"Hah?"
"You are such a creep! You were dreaming about my sister!"
"I- No I wasn't!"
"You totally were! You are so gross! Were you fucking? No don't tell me. Wait actually tell me. No! Don't!"
"Serena shut up!"
"You want to fuck my sister! You're so gross! Do you always dream about her? Yuck!"
"Serena!"
She shut her mouth, fighting back laughter.
"What's so fucking funny?"
She pointed at the mirror.
I turned and looked at my face. I was so red, I could be used as the color scheme for Kirishima when he picks out hair dye. I looked like a mix between a fire truck and a strawberry.
I turned around and saw Serena texting on her phone.
"Who are you texting? You're not telling them about this right?"
"Calm your tits, I'm just texting a friend. This stays between us. That way it's easier to blackmail you."
I sighed and turned the TV in my room on, grabbing a game controller.
"Wanna play something?"
"Sure!" Serena answered, sitting back up on the bed.
"Anything you prefer?"
"Nah, anything is good."
"Cool."
"Cool!"

"Katsuki! Help me set the table!" My mom shouted from downstairs.
I ran down the stairs and walked into the kitchen, grabbing and setting up plates.
I was finishing up, and then the doorbell rang.
"I'll get that, you finish up here." Mom replied, walking to the door.
I heard her exclaim something, and a voice replied, but I couldn't quite decipher who it was.
Then, IcyHot walked in.
"Shoto!" Serena shouted, running up to him.
She pulled him into a hug, and he blushed at her sudden excitement.
"Hello Serena."
"What is he doing here?"
Serena turned to me, smiling.
"Provisional license course buddies!"
Todoroki nodded and I groaned, setting up another plate for him.
"Fuckin assholes." I grumbled under my breath.
Mom smacked my head.
"Watch your language when a lady is present!"
"Yeah Katsuki," Serena teased, "I don't want you using that kind of language around my sister."
I stuck my tongue out at her, and she flipped me off, Todoroki looking between the two of us awkwardly.
"Your sister? Is there something going on?"
Serena's jaw dropped as we all sat at the table.
"Oh come on! They're obviously in love."
"AJ and Bakugo?"
"Yeah."
Todoroki looked at me for a second, and then smiled.
"You're right. Bakugo does have a soft spot for AJ."
"I do not!"
He nodded his head, and replied with a smile on his face.
"Denial is usually the first step."
I groaned as my mother set the food on the table and we all started to eat.
We spent the night laughing and talking about school and class and pro heroes. Serena got wildly giddy when she found out my parents were into fashion. Mom halfway exploded with joy when Serena asked if she could have a dress.
Todoroki even seemed to be enjoying himself. I don't think I've ever seen IcyHot so happy.
Never ever tell those assholes I said this, but it was nice. The three of us are good friends. I don't think I've ever had friends I really liked like them.
But even knowing that, I'd rather die a bloody death than EVER tell Serena or IcyHot I said that.
I don't think it matters much though, because I think they got the message as we walked back to the dorms, my arms around their shoulders, as I grumbled about them never being allowed over again. When Serena said we should do this every week until we get our licenses, I went silent. Not because I hated the idea, but because I would like that.
Serena gets me. She took my silence as a yes. Todoroki said he'd be clearing his schedule immediately.
These two assholes are pretty okay.
