He pouted his lips staring at his woman who looks unbothered writing a report on the paper about the livestock of Sanerio, she's been out of touch since that day they listened to his songs.
He saw a noted on his desk that night that she was needed on Sanerio and had been working since that day. He felt like she's been avoiding him for no reason not until he saw mountains of paper work on her office.
At least she wasn't lying about it, but why do I feel something off?
Their love wasn't just temporary but a long time commitment. So they started learning about each other's duchy from simple livestocks to learning their lower ranks and lands, as well as exploring more about their lands for future investments.
But he knows it too well that she likes working on her own when it comes to accounting and doesn't want any interruption every time she works but, he miss her so much it's killing him not to see or at least have her attention for few minutes.
"I'm working, Your Grace" She simply said, "I have to finish these by the next day break"
He grew more worried for her, she hasn't been standing up from her seat since the day started and now it looks like it's impossible for her to attend their surprise party.
Tonight is the night where Ji Ya would tell them about her pregnancy, she was a bit skeptic to tell them that she's pregnant in her early trimester so she kept it to herself until her 3rd month, and she told him that she would pass on the invitation for Jin and her rush wedding next month.
He's pretty sure Jin is fuming mad that time after indirectly calling him ugly saying it would have been better if his child looks like him out loud knowing Ji Ya is on speaker mode, before ending the call hysterically laughing purposely.
He impregnated her before marriage is unlikely of them but at least the man was responsible enough to marry her after that.
"Fuck! Why is the computation still unmatched!!" His trail of thoughts were broken when he heard her cuss.
If this pile of headache is keeping Lisa's busy, how is he going to encourage her to come for at least an hour on earth?
"Shall I help you?" He asked.
"You can," His eyes beamed.
"If you become the duke of sanerio that is, but since you aren't you can't," His smile faded.
"Then take a break for a bit please," He pleaded.
"As much as I want to, I have no luxury to do so, my people needs me," She said without giving him a look.
"But I also need you," He said in a soft tone. "I need you to at least have dinner with me," Lisa paused from what she was doing and look up to see him smiling bitterly at her.
"Baby you've been writing all day, doesn't your hand hurt?" He asked.
"No..." But my heart does.
She felt betrayed, cheated, and deceived.
How can such person, treated her like this as if he never did a humongous crime of having an affair to her most envied mortal.
That person, possess no magical power, but a mere being can destroy her in a matter of second. She should have known, he was nothing but fake.
A Fake love, that should have not been there in the first place.
"Baby?" His voice felt nothing but pain, but for the sake of unsuspiciousness, Lisa tried her best to smile at him.
"Then... I'll go," she simply said but enough to make his smile grew that she can see flower popping out on top of his head.
"Finally!" "Come on baby! Get up from there, I'm so done watching you write report, I feel like doing my own," he remove the pen on her hand, went beside her chair to assist her stand up, and held her hand.
"Where are you taking me then?" She exhaustedly asked.
"It's a surprise my love," he giggled at her but Lisa only look at him neutrally, she is confused if the man was dumb enough not to notice her sudden change of attitude towards him, or was he innocent from what she heard?
Clear enough that the man wasn't near dumb, and she wanted this relationship to work. She's been telling herself not to think about negative things, she shouldn't be putting another question on her list and what should she be doing right now was to learn how to trust him.
Shouldn't it be like that in a relationship? Learning new things from your mistakes, trusting your partner because how can their relationship work if she kept on being jealous to the woman he fell in love and had forgotten.
They're friends first before everything else, always remember that, she reminded herself.
Jungkook felt her hand tightened, and saw her overly exhausted, he halted. "Wait".
"What's wrong?" She asked, when the man suddenly stopped from turning the knob before he teleport them back in Seoul.
He pulled her hand closer, and his free hand caressed her jaw until his finger held the back of her ears leaning in his head for a soft and tender kiss.
"A reward for your hard work," He giggled at her, she felt refreshed.
Lisa felt her inside heated rush forgetting everything that she felt and heard, she found herself leaning in more, closing her amethyst eyes. Their head glued but their eyes found a way to stare at each other.
Fuck that song, fuck that call.
Forgetting everything that had happened and allow herself to be a delicious appetizer of a man who felt like he had been long neglected.

"What's happening? why is there so many food today?"
Chaeyoung's mouth salivated on the feast full meal on bangtan's dining area. Ji Ya suddenly visited them with a several delicious cuisine that both her and Jungkook prepared just for them.
"I don't know, we're all confused", Jimin said, while motioning Chae to sit on his lap. They wasn't sure what's happening but they just allow Ji Ya and the chef who came earlier to set up their dining area.
"Who is she?" Jennie asked her husband who's been posting a picture of himself on his instagram account.
"Haven't I told you yet love?" Taehyung asked her, and she shook her head.
Taehyung lean in to her ears and whispered, "That's Ji Ya, Jungkook's childhood friend".
Jennie's mouth went agape, "You mean the unrequited love?", and Taehyung nodded.
"a decade of unrequited love huh," Jennie look back at the woman who was setting up the dining area with the help of a chef.
"Why do I sense something wrong with Ji Ya?" Jimin creased his brows, he couldn't flick his golden eyes, afraid that the woman herself could see his eyes turn gold.
"We can't use our power here chim, she's here, her concealing magic might broke," Chaeyoung said, while all of them watch the whole dining turn into a formal dining set up with a touch of ocean blue, silver, and marble color tone.
It looks so much like Hynassy in Seoul.
"Oh my god! finally you two are here!" Ji Ya clapped her hand as soon as Jungkook and Lisa entered the house hand in hand.
"Lisa! Jungkook!" Lisa let go her hand on his hold when Ji Ya suddenly engulf Jungkook in her arms.
Pain stroke her heart once again, the sight of them together had never been so painful, not until now, and the fact that he had a previous history of falling in love to the woman wasn't making it any better.
A decade over a mere months?

Her trail of thought were broken when a happy Ji Ya appeared before her and hug her. "Lisa! I missed you so much! You already surpassed my class in fashion industry huh?! That so cool!"

She wanted to slap herself. Of course, Ji Ya has someone she like, and already is already living with him.
"Ji Ya, you're here," she paused noticing the grand feast on bangtan's dining table.
"Is there something to celebrate? Your birthday isn't around the corner yet right?" Lisa asked while hugging back.
"Well there is!" She giggled "You know I'm —!"
"We should really eat first before everything else", Jungkook interrupted, gulping at the feasts food of his personal favorites.
"Of course we should!" Ji Ya broke their hug, "Come one everyone lets eat!"
She gestured everyone to gather on the dining area and start their grand dinner of the night. From the head of the table where Ji Ya forced Jungkook to take the seat, on his right was Lisa, followed by Chaeyoung, Jimin, in front of him was an empty seat, then Taehyung, Jennie, and on his left was Ji Ya.
The chef she brought earlier started placing food on their plates, from appetizer and soup, to main course, and now currently savoring their dessert.
"Why is Yoongi oppa isn't here?" Ji Ya asked.
"He's...uhm," Lisa paused, she remembered that her brother was in a meeting of the mages all day today and been on his secret research on the magic tower almost every night.
"He said he can't go for some reason," Jungkook answered when he noticed the long pause of Lisa. He knew, she can't find a word to let the woman understand.
"That's a bit sad, I want everyone here before I announce something massive." She pouted her lips. "Well I guess, you can just convey it to him later on," she smiled widely.
"What is it?" Jimin asked "Are you getting another huge gig on Paris Fashion Week? Or New York perhaps?"
"Hmm similar excitement but bigger than that," she giggled at it.
"Uhm, I don't want to spoil your excitement Ji Ya but," "I have to go, I have a lot of work to do in my office," Lisa said, standing up from her seat.
"Baby wait," Jungkook halted her. "At least hear her announcement before you go," Lisa stare at his eyes and nodded. A little more time won't be a problem.
"Okay so!" Ji Ya stood up from her seat and went beside Jungkook and hook her arms on his arms.
"I'm getting married!" She announces, a shock on their faces is visible.
"Oh my god Ji Ya! Congratulations!" Chaeyoung clapped her hands, hugging Lisa by the waist. "Isn't that right Lisa?!"
"Ye-yeah" she sighed a relief.
"And we are all invited to her wedding next month that's why she's here to surprise all of you" Jungkook added.
"Uhuh, it's gonna be big!" Taehyung clapped his hand "Congratulations Ji Ya! You're going to marry the most eligible bachelor of this nation!"
"That's so good to hear!" Jimin said "The Kim Seokjin finally did something right huh!"
"The What?" Ji Ya were confused.
"The Kim Seokjin, your future husband," Jimin laughed.
"No.. wait you got it all wrong," she paused "I'm not getting married to Seokjin..."
Everyone's happiness turn into a grim of shock.
When Ji Ya pulled Jungkook forcefully, and in a split second she grab his nape and dump her sinful lips on his lips.
Not one saw the sudden turn of events, that they felt everything went slow and painful right in front of their eyes. Especially to the one who caused a sudden flicker of lights and lightning above the sky.
"I'm getting married to Jungkook next month!" She giggled after kissing him and planted the most devastating bomb that night.
"I'm pregnant with Jungkook's child!"
And everyone went silence, their eyes went back and fort to the frozen solid man who would be compared to a stilled statue and to the woman who look unfazed but her emotion is everywhere and uncontrolled that they can feel her pain on her surging mana.
"Li..Lisa.." Chaeyoung finally broke the silence, and at the same time Jungkook finally turn his head to the woman he promised himself to invest all of his love.
Now look like everything that they shared were put to waste and he can see the pain in her eyes.
"Ba-Baby," he whispered. "Le-Let me explain.."
Lisa scoffed, he's not even denying it. And so it's true, everything she heard was true, he betrayed his vows that day under the altar of the cherry blossom tree, he deceived her, and even used the name of the gods in vain!!
He is nothing but fake!
"Why are you not happy?" Ji Ya pouted "Jungkook and I will be a real family now everyone! You should be happy!"
"Ji Ya Are you sure?" Chaeyoung pausedz
"Of course I'm sure! I wouldn't be here if I'm not!" She yelled.
"But Ji!—"
"Congratulations,"
"You two are perfect for each other, I hope you two the best,"
Lisa felt numb- completely numb that she just wanted to disappear right this instant. She wanted to be alone, she wasn't sure if she could still control her own power.
"Baby let me explain! Wai—!" Lisa vanished right in front of them with a teardrop on her amethyst eyes, leaving him in pain and with an erratically loud beating of heart.

Ji Ya what are you doing?!!" He finally bolted from reality, he can hear Chaeyoung telling Jimin to go to the main palace or magic tower to get Yoongi, and without a single word from him, he vanished. and then Chaeyoung and Jennie also went to find Lisa.
She didn't change her eyes, it was her magic who did it.
"Get off of me!" Jungkook forcefully removed her hands on him, disgusted and hurt.
"What game are you playing Ji Ya?! I'm not up for this fucking game! What child? That child?! For fuck sake I never had sex with you nor will ever cheat on Lisa!"
"What?! Isn't it true?!" "Are you abandoning me and your child?!" Ji Ya yelled at him.
"Are you out of your mind?! Did Seokjin's genes too dominant you became crazy?! Did you hit you head and you forgot how much you love Jin?!"
"No! I know who the father was and it is you!!" Ji Ya yelled.
"I have enough of this bullshit Ji Ya!" "I will never take responsibility to something I didn't do!"
"Leave!!"
Ji Ya stump her feet going to the main door, with a grimace smirk on her face, including the fearful chef and assistant along with her.
"Jungkook what is this?" Taehyung asked him, watching the man making rounds messing his hair.
"I-I don't know what's happening hyung, do you think she purposely changed her eyes?" Jungkook asked, he wishes it like that and not the other way around.
But instead of good answer, what he got was...
"Are you really the father?"
Taehyung question was too provocative that the Jungkook shot his sapphire eyes on him.
"Are you questioning my loyalty? And suspicion of cheating on Lisa hyung?!" His voice started to pitch.
"I don't want to Jungkook!" Taehyung stood up, "But since you had been in love with Ji Ya for 10 years is making me feel suspicious of you!!"
"Are you saying that just because I had been in unrequited love for so long, my feelings for Lisa wasn't real?!" "That I'm capable of cheating on her?!" He scoff.
"Is that was you think of me hyung?!"
Taehyung went silence.
"Do you know how much pain this chest feels right now?" His eyes started to tear, "I can feel my heart exploding from the thought of her in pain! I wanted to follow her! I wanted to talk to her right now but if I do that she will be so much uncontrolled!"
"I wanted to embrace her and tell her that it wasn't what she think it is but I can't!"
"Cause I know how powerful she is, and how devastating it would be if I allow myself to be uncontrolled with my feelings as well" "And I don't want that, I want us to talk peacefully.."
"So that child wasn't yours?" He asked the most obvious question.
"For the love of god! How many times do I have to tell you it is Jin's child!" "I wouldn't be this angry if an announcement of my child would have been with Lisa!" "She's the only woman, I will and would only make love with hyung, I love her so much than you think!".
"Then what are we going to do?" Taehyung sighed.
"Help me please," He sighed "I'll talk to Yoongi hyung tomo—"
"Hi everyone!!"
Their door swung opened and was shock to see Ji Ya entering in a refreshing aura than earlier when she continues to claim that she's pregnant to Jungkook's child.
"Why are you here?!" Jungkook asked angrily.
"Hey! Hey! Hold up! Why are you angry at me? Aren't we holding a surprise tonight?!" She paused "Did you forgot?!!"
"Quit acting Ji Ya! I said leave didn't I?!"
"I don't understand why are you angry with me Jungkook! We have a good conversation last time that we'll surprise them with my marriage and my pregnancy tonig— did you already ate?!!" She saw their dining table in a mess.
"And you already did surprise everyone Ji Ya! You made everyone leave! Don't you remember kissing me in front of everyone?!"
"KI—KISSING YOU?!!!" "Jungkook are you out of your mind?! Why would I kiss you?! That's incest!!!!" Ji Ya felt goosebumps all over her.
"I just arrived! The car I used were broken, didn't you receive my message?!" Jungkook and Taehyung widened their eyes as he searched for his phone in his pocket.
