Aurora knew what's next and she was not looking forward to it, she remembered how broken Maleficent was when she called her evil as Maleficent sensing her sadness held her hand showing her it was all in the past.
The scene shows Aurora coming out of the cottage looking distressed and heartbroken as she runs to the Moors to find Maleficent. She then runs through the fields and thought the forest in the direction of the Moors. Aurora on reaching the Moors starts calling out"Fairy godmother!"Maleficent walks towards Aurora saying" I'm here."
Aurora with tears in her eyes asked"When were you going to tell me that I'm cursed? is it true?"
Maleficent with a sad tone replied, "It is."
Everyone was seriously not looking forward to this moment, but they knew Aurora would found about this sooner or later. After all, the truth cannot be hidden always.
Aurora was devastated,she started crying and muttered"My aunts said it was an evil fairy.I... i can't remember her name. they said it was...Maleficent."
Aurora looks at Maleficent coming to the realization as she cries and asks" Is that you? are you Maleficent?" Maleficent looking at Aurora with tears in her eyes takes a step close to her as she yells" No! don't touch me. you're the evil that's in the world. it's you!"
Aurora winced remembering this moment and she could see how devasted Maleficent was when she told her to not touch her.
Belle sighed and said, "There are three sides to every story: your side, my side, and the truth."
Aurora nodded she only heard the story from the pixe's side and they were virtually biased about their opinion.
Maleficent sighed and said, "I should have told her the truth about my past with Stefan and the curse."Fairy godmother questioned, "So why didn't you?"
Maleficent answered, "Because I was afraid she would hate me for it."
Aurora turns and runs off, Maleficent looked devastated with tears in her eyes he looks down as she soon turns and shouts to Diaval"Find the boy!"Diaval flies off to find Phillip.
Aurora is then seen on horseback looking back at the cottage looking determined and seems to have made a choice as she then rides on her horse straight to Stefan's Castle.The scene changes to the inside of the castle where it filled with knights and workers and Aurora is taken by a guard to see Stefan into a chamber where he is holding a meeting with his men.
Stefan was explaining his plan to his Soldiers"I need every available man on the east wing now. there should be no guards at the gate.I want her to walk right in..."
Everyone was able to slightly hear about Stefan's plan for Maleficent, but they couldn't hear everything.
A guard comes in and says"sorry to disturb your majesty. we found this urchin at the gate. she claims to be the princess." Stefan turns around and looks at Aurora studying her as he takes a step closer to look at Aurora.
Aurora smile and said"Father. it's me, Aurora!"She rushes excitedly towards Stefan and hugs him, Stefan doesn't return the hug and doesn't even give smile while frowning says"You look just like your mother.They brought you back a day too soon. I told those three idiots." as he looked at the guard and ordered, "Lock her up in her room." as Aurora looked crushed seeing her father doesn't even look happy seeing her as she is then taken away by the guards. Stefan then returns to planning Maleficent's return.
Mal scowled and said, "Can't he at least appear to look happy.I mean look at him he seems to look annoyed."Maleficent added,"He seems annoyed at the fact his plans for Aurora didn't go as planned,after all, she was supposed come a day later."
Everyone nodded as all of them glared at Stefan they were angry at him for treating his daughter like some stranger,while at the same time they were sad for Aurora who seemed devasted. Maleficent and Mal comforted Aurora who just smiled at them she had long come to
Leah frowned hearing that,she knew Stefan only cared for the crown but seeing he was not even putting a facade about caring for her daughter showed how far he had fallen
Fairy godmother asked, "How can he say that to Aurora with a straight face,I mean he didn't even visit his wife on her deathbed."
Belle frowned and said, "I don't think he has to capability to love anyone but himself."That was something everyone agreed to while Stefan scowled at everyone for talking such things about him,even if it is the truth.
