"Hey, It's freezing, I'm paddling out Coates" Tyler says as he jogs by with his surfboard.
"I don't know if it's worth it anymore"
"It's not Eric" I laugh and snuggle my blanket next to Bella.
"We drove all the way out here" Jessica says annoyed. "I'm at least paddling out"
"Yeah, she's right" Mikes adds.
"You guys are babies"
"So I keep thinking Eric's gonna ask me to the prom, and then he just doesn't" Angela says from the front seat.

"You should ask him" Bella says agreeing with me. "Take control, you're a strong, independent woman"

"Yeah" Angela helps Jess sip up her wetsuit.
"JAKE!" I get up and jump on him, wrapping my legs around his waist and giving him a tight hug.
"Hey crazy head" He sets me down. "Bella!"
"Hi Jacob" She smiles. "Guys this is Jacob"
"Hey guys, how you doing?" Jake sits next to Bella.
"Hey Embry" I hug him.
"How are you feeling?" He whispers in my ear.
"I don't know, fine I guess" I pull away.
"You guys should keep Bella company, her date bailed"

"She invited Edward" Jessica giggles.

"I think it's nice, she invited him, nobody ever does"
"Yeah, cause Cullen's a freak"

"You got that right" Embry laughs.
"You guys know him?" Bella asks.
"The Cullens don't come here"

"Yeah, if they promised to stay off Quileutes lands, we wouldn't expose them to what they really were, to the palefaces"
