Arsenio's POV.
One minute went by, nothing.
Another minute went by, still nothing.
The paramedics started to give up, I could see it.
What, no
"NO keep going!!! If she dies, I'll kill you all!!" I screamed
Immediately the paramedics got back to work and continued with the CPR.
Another paramedic was trying to stop the heavy bleeding from some wounds, when another paramedic came inside the room with a defibrillator.
All the paramedics prepared Val for the shocks that would be going through her body in a minute.
"Charge too 80" the paramedic who was doing CPR said.
The man who brought the defibrillator in here, quickly did what he was told before the CPR paramedic yelled " clear" and everyone let Val's body go.
A shock was pulsed through her making her body go up a little with the defibrillator before harshly falling back to the ground.
The paramedics all did different things now, one went back to stopping the bleeding and another checked her pulse and more.
The CPR guy shook his head, indicating that there was still no heart beat.
A loud sob came out of my wife's mouth seeing that. "no Val, please baby wake up" I cried out stroking her head.
The CPR guy yelled "charge too 100" which that other paramedic followed.
"Clear" I let go with the others and brought my wife back into a big hug.
Then the same shock went through her body, the sound of her head banging against the ground echoed through the cell.
Again was there looked for a pulse which again wasn't found. "Again" was screamed out from the paramedic.
"Clear".....nothing.
"Give 5 mg of epi" was called out before it was injected in her body.
"Charge too 120" was yelled before the shock went through her.
The paramedic pressed his fingers against her neck while we waited impatiently.
Suddenly a little smile broke out on the paramedic's face "there's a pulse, but very weak. We need to get going to the hospital immediately."
Relieved sobs sounded across the room.
Val got turned on her stomach and immediately some gauze was placed on her back to try and stop that heavy bleeding.
The white cloth immediately started turning red from the blood that rushed out of her.
Some compression bands were placed on top while another paramedic ran out of the room.
Soon the paramedic came back with a stretcher spines board.
Val was again quickly turned around and before I could even process what was happening they rushed Val out the room with her strapped on that board.
My wife and I stood up, just like the others when Amy lost her balance because of the condition she is in.
Xavier quickly reached out and picked her up, " it's okay, I've got her." He told us.
I helped my wife walk and picked her up when we reached the stairs that led us to the cells.
When we were outside of the building and could see all the members who helped us, we saw Val getting placed on the brandcard and then strapped too it.
Two other ambulances came here where Amy, her parents and my wife were placed in before getting rushed to the hospital just like Val.

We've been in the hospital for a few hours and still haven't gotten any news about Val's condition.
My wife, Amy and her parents are all discharged from the hospital already.
They have some light bruises and are severely malnourished, they got a feeding plan to work everything back up with food and stuff.
My wife is now sleeping, cuddled into me. While Amy is cuddled into Xavier's chest. My son hasn't left Amy's sight since she fell down unconscious.
Finally a doctor came out and walked over too us.
"Family Hernandez?" She called out.
"Yes, how is she?" I rushed out as we all stood up.
"She is stable for now, but we have to wait 24 hours to be sure that she'll make it. We had to do some surgery on her to place some bones back in place and had to stop an internal bleeding which was in her stomach. We stitched up all her wounds, which will heal with time just like her bruises. In total she was stabbed about 16 times where some important arteries were hit, but we managed to stop those bleedings too. She won't be able to walk or stand for a few days, after that she will have to build that all up again too. We are giving her some blood right now, hence she has lost so much. If she survives she will be in a lot of pain and that is not even mentioning the mental pain that she will be experiencing. We will do everything we can for now and can only hope that she will make it through the night. You can go see her now. " She said before she excused herself
As soon as she was gone we immediately made our to our hospital room.
When we arrived in the room I immediately went to my daughter and grabbed her hand in mine.
She still looks so pale and feels so cold.
A silent tear made its way down my face seeing my figlia like this.
"I'm sorry I couldn't protect you" I whispered as I gave her a kiss on the head.

Valentina made it through the night without any complications.
We all slept here my sons, wife and I. I send the rest home to get some proper rest.
This morning some nurses came and changed Valentina's bandaids and stuff. They told us that she could wake up today but that it isn't sure.

I was sitting next to my daughter, her hand in mine while I heard my family talk to each other in the background.
It was already starting to get dark outside, but I kept hoping that my daughter would wake up today.
Earlier today Xander told my wife he was gay, of course she reacted well and immediately asked if he has a boyfriend.
Suddenly I felt Val try to rip her hand from me as she started panicking.
Valentina's POV.
Everything hurts.
Every little move I try to make, makes the pain only grow.
I open my eyes with a lot of struggling.
I look up to see....white lights?
Where am I?
I try to move but it hurt so much that I immediately stop.
I could feel someone's hand in mine.
Not knowing who it is, I try to pull away in panic.
"Sshh Val it's me" my dad said coming into view.
"Dad" I whisper, my voice groggy.
"Yeah, it's me. You're safe now, okay."
"W-where are we?" I cried out as I tried to move.
"We're in the hospital principessa" dad said calmly while stroking my head a little.
"What happened?" I spoke.
"What's the last thing you remember?" He asked.
"Vladmir throwing me back into the cell after the second session in the playroom that was interrupted by him." I spoke, "ma'am and sir, dad they're alive" I said tears filling my eyes.
"I know baby, I'm sorry. Vladmir saved them under our noses. They're locked away now in the cells with their friends and Vladmir, okay"
I nodded, " thank you dad" I spoke.
He gave me a small smile as a nurse came into view.
The same nurse who helped me the other times I was in this hospital.
"Hey dear, how do you feel?" She asked.
"It hurts" I whimpered as I tried to sit up.
"Shh, lie down dear. I'll set the bed up a little straighter." She said.
I nodded while she pressed on a button that made the head part of my bed move upwards.
I cried in pain when the motion made my stab wounds hurt even more.
" I'll give you some pain killers okay"
I just nodded at her suggestion as I looked around more, the whole family was here just like Amy and her parents.
I gave them a small smile which hurt my cheek which was slapped multiple times and was now bruised.
They look....sad and angry.
The anger wasn't at me but at them, you can see that from the looks in their eyes.
Soon the nurse left and I was carefully embraced by everyone.
Except for Matteo, he stood there teary eyed.
"Hey bud" I gave him a small smile.
He ran up too me, bringing me into a tight hug.
"I thought I'd never see you again" he cried against my shoulder.
"Well I'm here now aren't I?"
He just nodded, hugging me tighter.
"You're hurt" he stated
"Yeah, but that's okay. It means that I could prevent you from getting hurt." I said gently, wiping his tears away.
He didn't say or do anything except for hugging me tighter and lying down next too me.
"You know what bud, you can write your name on my cast on my wrist" I smiled holding my wrist up in the air that's broken.
He smiled and nodded.
Dad quickly brought me a marker and let Matteo write his name on my cast.
I smiled when he was done before I brought him back into a hug.
I felt myself get sleepy once more before I let sleep take over again.
Allesandro Hernandez's POV.
I woke up hearing whimpering, screaming and crying from my little sister.
I immediately got up from my bed and walked up too
her.
"Hey Val, wake up piccola. Come on wake up" I said softly while shaking her, but not to hard so it wouldn't hurt.
She squirmed in the hospital bed, tears streamed down her face.
"Baby wake up piccola, it's not real" I kept going.
"No, please stop!" She cried out.
"Val wake up!" I called out a little louder.
"STOp NO!" She screamed before she awoke from her nightmare.
She immediately started crying harder as she sat up straight.
"Shhh it's okay, you're here now. Calm down baby, deep breaths" I instructed her when I noticed her breathing becoming laboured.
I pulled her into my arms, making sure not to hurt her.
She cried into my shoulder while I cooed her and drew those comforting circles on her back.
"It's okay, you're safe now. Just breathe baby, breathe."
"I-I'm scared" She hiccuped while tears flew down her cheeks before falling on my shirt.
"I know baby, I'm sorry. Remember that we're here okay, I'm here just like mom and dad and the rest of your brothers, we'll protect you. Neither John, Maria or Vladmir can hurt you ever again. They are gone and locked away, don't forget that. You're going to get better and before you know it you will be having sleepovers with your friends again and will be riding on your motorcycle with Blake and more okay"
She nodded in my chest, holding on to me tight.
"Which of your friends' house is the sleepover at this month again?" I asked, trying to get her mind go elsewhere.
"At Thea's after that it is at Felix's and then it will be at our house again." She said, "can my friends come visit the hospital? When I got my phone back, I found messages from them asking me where I am and what happened. I told them that I'd gotten in a car accident and now they want to visit. So can they?" She then asked after a few seconds.
"Of course they can come, it's your choice but tomorrow Killian is coming so maybe the day after, is that okay?"
Val asked us earlier where that Killian was.
He had a shift at his job so he didn't come yet, he wanted to give Val some space and give her time with us before he'd come visit.
We all told Killian that he didn't need to get a job, but he insisted on it and after a while we gave up to try and stop him.
"Mhm, I'm sorry for waking you up. I know you all haven't been sleeping, I can see it by the bags under your eyes and now I woke you up when you should have been having a peaceful sleep. I'm sorry" She apologised.
"It's not your fault so don't apologise, I'm just happy you're back sorellina" I told her, "You should try to get some more sleep" I continued talking a few seconds later.
Her body needs rest to help her heal.
I tried to put her back down in her hospital bed but she refused to let go of me.
"No-" She whined, "-I don't want to be alone in this hospital" She added softly.
"Okay, I'll lay down with you" I told her.
I carefully picked her back up before I lay down myself.
I gently pulled her on me, to cuddle into my chest and then continued rubbing her back in circles.
"Goodnight piccola" I said, giving her a kiss on the head.
"G'night Sandro" She said before we both drifted of into a deep sleep.

Blake Hernandez's POV.
I jumped awake from another nightmare, covered in sweat, my heart beating heavily.
No,
No
No
Val, where is she?
I looked around until I found her peacefully sleeping in Allesandro's arms.
She's safe
She's here
She's okay
I kept repeating it in my head like a mantra until my raging heartbeat died down.
I swallowed the lump in my throat and took some deep breaths.
When my heavy breathing got under control again, I looked at the clock on my phone.
4 am.
I unplugged my phone from my charger before I got up.
I walked up to the bathroom with my bag of clothes and other stuff.
I got in a quick shower to get all that sweat off of my body.
After that I put some sweatpants, a T-shirt and a hoodie with a jacket on.
I made also made sure to have a gun on me.
When I was done, I walked out of the bathroom before I put my shoes on and left the hospital.
I got on my bike and drove away.
I just need to clear my mind for a while and driving helped doing that.
I didn't know where I was going, I just kept driving.
After driving around for around 30 minutes, I found a beautiful place.
Inside a forest was a beautiful lake that made you look over the city.
In the dark the city lights made the place look incredible.
In front of this lake was a little bench placed in the grass.
I got off of my bike and walked to the bench before I sat down on it.
When Val got kidnapped for the first time I started getting nightmares.
The nightmares were mostly about me or my family getting kidnapped and then cruelly get tortured before getting murdered in front of my eyes.
Over the years the nightmares got worse too and got more frequent.
I mostly got them about Val, the nightmares I mean. She got kidnapped and then tortured before getting murdered.
But then when Val came back it all kind of changed, the nightmares came less before they completely stopped coming.
But since Val got kidnapped again for the second time, the nightmares came back.
The nightmares came back and are worse and more graphic than they ever were before.
Even though I know that Val is now back and safe, they just don't stop.
I'm so afraid to lose one of my family members that I can't sleep at night-
Suddenly from in the corner of my eye someone came out.
It's a girl, when she saw me she wanted to turn around, "It's okay, you can sit here, I won't hurt you" I told her.
She hesitantly came forward again and sat down next to me on the bench.
She looks really uncomfortable, "If you want, I can go" I told her, not being able to let her uneasiness go unnoticed.
"No, it's fine, you can stay here. It's not my property so do what you want." She told me relaxing a bit when she noticed that I'm not a threat.
We sat in a comfortable silence for a few minutes before she decided to break it, "I haven't seen you here before" She said.
"Yeah, it's my first time being here" I told her.
"Why are you here so early?" She then asked.
"Just needed to clear my mind, you?"
"I come here everyday, same reason."
I just nodded.
The sun was going to rise in a few minutes.
The girl next to me was wearing black leggings with a lose, long short sleeve shirt.
"What's your name?" She asked me.
"Why do you want to know, sweetheart?"
She blushed at the nickname before answering, "I- euhm, well we're friends now and I want to know your name" She declared.
"Oh we're friends now?-" I laughed, "I'll tell you mine name if you tell me yours" I said to her.
She was the one to laugh now.
Her body was shaking from the cold air around us, so I took of my jacket and wrapped it around her shoulders before leaning back against the bench.
The pockets of my jacket are empty so it was okay if I would forget it.
She wanted to protest at the jacket, "No- you're freezing. Keep it wrapped around you" I told her.
"Okay" she said softly before she too relaxed against the bench while looking at the view.
"My name's Aline and yours?" She asked.
"Aline" I practiced the name, "Well Aline, I'm Blake. It's nice to meet you." Was the last thing I said before I stood up and walked back to my motorcycle.
"Leaving so soon?" She abruptly said, "yes, I need to get going back home." I told her.
"Oh well it's nice to meet you too Blake." She said while I put my helmet back on.
As I brought my leg over my motor I heard her ask, "Wait when will I see you again?"
"I don't know, maybe tomorrow here again maybe not." was all I said as I started my bike.
Right before I drove away I heard her yell that she still had my jacket.
A smile creeped up my face as I drove further away.

As I walked back into the hospital room, that smile was still plastered on my face.
Aline.
When I walked back in the room, I was met with the whole family except for Xander who was probably picking up Killian.
Their faces immediately turned to me when I entered.
I lowered my head so they wouldn't see the smile on my face and walked to the bed that I slept in this morning.
"Why're you smiling like that?" Asked Valentina.
Shit, they did notice.
"I'm not smiling." I argued with her.
"Yes you are, I saw you when you walked in. You were smiling like a little kid does when-"
I cut her of, "I was just riding around for a while on my bike that's all"
"Mhm yes sure." She said sarcastically.
I shook my head, laughing before grabbing my toiletry back and walking to the bathroom.
I brushed my teeth really quick and did my hair before I walked out again.
When I got back out Killian had arrived with Xander.
I gave him a bro hug before I sat down next to mom.
She gave me a quick kiss on the head and a sideways hug.
"So what's his or her name?" She then asked.
I turned to her shocked, "what?"
"Honey I'm not from yesterday, what is their name?" She asked again.
"Mom I literally just met her, and it's Aline." I told her but not too loud so the rest would not hear.
"Oh tell me" She squealed.
I laughed a little, "Like I said I was just driving on my bike when I found a really pretty spot to sit at. After a while she came and we talked for some time before I went back here." Was everything I said too her.
"And already smiling so bright, I already see your guys' future in front of my eyes." She told me smiling.
I just gave her a look, you know the look.
You know the, no-but-yeah-but-no-look. Yeah that one is the one I gave her.
I looked at Valentina again to see her smiling at something Killian said.
She's okay
She's here
And she's save.

Valentina Hernandez's POV.
It has been a few days since I've been in the hospital and I've met Roman already.
He's a sweet guy, I like him.
My friends have also visited me a couple days ago, which was very fun.
They gave me a really big 'get better soon' teddy bear, which I now adore and is coming home with us.
I send mom, dad and most of my brothers home too because they need rest and sleep in a proper bed.
Mom has been getting her strength back just like Celine, Nichola and Amy.
Atlas and Amy also reunited yesterday and we were all back together in the same room for the first time in years.
We might have shed a few tears.
Nichola and Celine have been looking for a job so they can get their life started again but haven't had so much luck doing so, so dad offered them a job in one of his legal company's which they gladly took.
I'm finally able to stand and walk a little bit so the doctors decided that it was okay to let me go home which I was/am extremely happy about.
I hate being in hospitals let alone sleep in them.
Elijah got some plans and new medication that I need to take in everyday.
Elijah will need to take care of my wounds at least two times a day to prevent any bad things from happening and needs to give me some injection for what? I don't know, I think it's for the pain because it really helps with that when I get it.
My nightmares did come back unfortunately, but my brothers have been sleeping next too me again to help me from getting them and help me if I get them.
"Are you ready?" Asked dad who picked up my bags.
I smiled, "Yeah"
I got up from my bed and walked to dad with slow and steady steps, it still hurt a lot to move to be honest.
My bruises are slowly going away and my cuts are healing nicely but the rest still hurts like a bitch.
When I reached him, he picked me up when he saw how much pain I was in, making sure not to touch my back on the whip slashes.

When we arrived home and I walked inside I was greeted with the whole family and my friends.
I smiled and greeted everyone before my friends and I all walked to a different room.
"Amy and Atlas meet Felix, Alessia, Valeria, Elliot, Savannah and Thea." I told them pointing to each individual person.
They smiled and waved at each other.
It has been a few hours since I got home.
At first everything was a little awkward between Amy, Atlas and the rest but now everything is fun and easygoing.
"Dinner!" Was yelled from the end of the hallway.
I flinched a little at the sudden loud noice but ignored that reaction that it gave me.
Atlas helped me walk to our biggest dining room where all my friends and family members could sit in.
My medication was losing it's effect which I've been noticing for the past hour.
I took everything in me not to scream out in pain when I unintentionally sat down much harder and faster then intended which send a painful wave up my body.
The rest of my family also came to sit down at the table before my mom, aunties and grandma came inside the room with pots and pans filled with food.
Elijah quickly stood up and helped them before he left to go to the kitchen once more.
When he came back he gave me around 10 pills that I needed to take.
I quickly took them before Elijah gave mom, Celine, Nichola and Amy their medication too.
When he was done with that he came back to me for the injection.
I get it everyday around dinner time.
Luckily I get in through an intravenous drip that is already in my hand.
So the needle goes into that, which brings it into my body.
I gave him my hand and look away.
"Just breathe Val" he told me calmly.
I hate needles.
I hear the protective cover get ripped of the needle itself before Elijah put the needle in the IV, making it enter my body.
When he was done, he pulled it our and put the protective cover back on it before walking away again to throw that thing away.
When he came back he gave me a kiss on the head, then he walked to his place.
When he sat down, we all started eating.

I stopped eating for a second and looked at my friends and family.
Even though after what happened over the years we all found our back to each other.
Maybe there even is a small part of me happy about what happened, well happy isn't the right word.
I'm not happy about getting tortured and kidnapped but I am happy and glad that I have all these people in my life.
My family, my friends, Killian who is basically family now too,...
I'm grateful for them and for life now.
Even though I went through all that shit before where I lost myself completely, it finally all turned out to be okay.
I know I can always count on my family to help me get through things, they'll always be there for me when I need them and I will do the same for them.
Maybe there really is a rainbow after a storm.
If I just keep breathing, then everything will be okay.

I was thinking about writing a second book to this but here Valentina will be around 16/17 years old.
In this book we would give Valentina a love intrest.
Her brothers will find relationships in that book too.
We would get to know Diana better and see how the kidnapping effected her.
Blake clearly has been having a though time too.

I'm not sure if I should make a second book, so that's why I am asking you guys.
