"Thank you, Secretary" Namjoon said while writing a report, but it seems the secretary wanted to add more for his report.
"Is there something else?" He asked him.
"Uhm" he fidget "Pardon me, Your Highness, but I do think the Princess should not spend her time with the marquis before they get married" he said.
"And why so?"
"In my perspective, it would be a mistake for the princess to spend time alone with her future husband before their wedding," he said.
"That's why it should stay in your perspective, there's nothing wrong with engaged couple to spend their time alone" He argued back.
"But the society—"
"Society could only talk about people's privacy but it should never dictate what they should do just to please their satisfaction" He glared at him.
"My sister lived her life like a prison in the Palace walls for 24 years" "She never complained having her life alone on her Palace, never had freedom, nor created a scandal, nor refuse any of His Majesty's requests" "But now that she's engage, she has all the rights to be with her fiancé even without the permission of His Majesty"
"U-Understood Your Highness" Namjoon stood up from his seat going towards the window of his office. He saw a beautiful woman with a dazzling smile showing off her painting that comes to life with her magic to the common children that the Marquis of Seladona rescued on one of his missions.
His Majesty allowed the children to reside for the meantime in the common grounds, before they go to orphanage.
"Secretary" catches his secretary's attention.
"Yes, Your Highness?" He asked
"What is the rescued children doing here?" He asked him.
"The Crown Princess, invited them to her afternoon tea with them before their departure later" he explained.
"Is that so?" looking at the empty food table "Call the maids to refill the table of desserts and refreshments" "I shall join them for tea"
"Yes Your Highness"
Namjoon stormed out of the office to join the children's party his wife hosted.

"I wish I could spend more time with you Princess!" A little girl surprised her with a warm hug, while all of them are sitting on the grass.
"I wish I met all of you earlier, it could have been better" She said.
"Princess Marry me!" A boy handed her an azalea flower he took on the bush.
"Thank you, my little prince" she pinched his nose before taking the flower.
"Yey! I'm your Prince now!" The boy exclaimed
"I'm sorry boy but she already has a prince" Jisoo widened her eyes, the moment she heard his soothing voice.
"Y-Your Highness" she stood up to curtsey "I didn't know you're here"
"It's alright Crown Princess" He squatted to talk to the little ones.
"Did all of you have your desserts?" He asked them showing his dimple, and shook their heads.
"I'm sorry— I ahh... I was about too but they wanted to see the paintings I made moving" She fiddled her finger, nervous now that he's around. She hasn't seen him for two weeks, and now that he's here she just couldn't contain her happiness, and his dimple is visible for her to mesmerize.
Even more so when he carried the young girl in his arms. He looks so good with children,
I wonder how he looks like with our children?
"Aren't you coming with us?" She was cut off on her thoughts when she heard him, his emerald eyes staring at her.
"O-Of course, Your Highness"
"Lets at least give them a good farewell tea party" He smiled softly that melts her heart. She can't believe how the man can now look at her in his radiating emerald eyes.
One step at a time, he said to himself.
He will try and befriend her at the very least. Cause whether he likes it or not she is his wife, and the future moon that is meant to help him rule this Kingdom.

"What's this?" Lisa asked when Jennie gave them a government card "Marriage Cer-"
"Marriage Certificate?!" Both Lisa and Chaeyoung scream
"You two are Married now?! I thought you two are to be married on spring?!" Chaeyoung asked.
"Just here on Earth" "He said he wanted to register our marriage early, considering his line of work we don't really intend to have a ceremony in here" Jennie explained.
"He used his power to them again aren't he?" Jennie nodded, laughing from the memory.
"God he is so sweet! I never knew Taehyung would be that romantic", Lisa squealed. "I wish my future husband would be as sweet as him," she said while hugging Chaeyoung.
"That reminds me" "What's with you and the duke?" "I saw your post on Instagram with him, you two look dating," Jennie said.
"Do you remember the time we all had dine together with everyone?" Jennie nodded.
"Media took a play on us we had no choice but to go along with their games" "We had to act like we're a couple" She explained.
"Ohh! So that's why you look like you're dating him" "If ladies of Abelia would see that, they'll definitely cry out of madness" Jennie laughed.
"Uh they look like they aren't pretending tho"
"Aish! Chaengi!" Lisa nudged Chae.
"What! I'm telling the truth! If only I didn't know he has this unrequited love with Ji Ya, I would say you two are in love!" "You became inseparable with him, I'm beginning to get jealous!" Chaeyoung pouted.
"I didn't really intend to have a date with him every week, it's him who wants to hang out" Lisa said.
"Chae aren't you dating the earl?" Jennie asked.
"W-We're not dating," Chaeyoung said.
"Chaeng" Lisa looked at her.
"To tell you the truth we never dated" "We are just acquaintances" "Just a partner for his song" "Friends of Friends" She said.
"Chaeyoung" Lisa went worried for her.
"Oh! Look at the time" "I have to sign the artist contract". "Gotta go guys!" "Congratulations Jen!" "See you later Lis!" Leaving both Lisa and Jennie with a curious mind. They knew something was wrong.
Chaeyoung passed by Jimin, who had been constantly avoiding her, not that she was approaching him. They look okay in Palace meetings but out of work they treat themselves as stranger, like they didn't shared a kiss or had a good friendship.
He's so close and touchy around his makeup artist when they're filming his solo MV for their Album, making up her mind that he was just friendly over everybody.
He wasn't really that serious to her.
"Chaeyoung?" Manager Sejin caught her attention, and she bowed her head in respect.
"Aren't you going with us?" She saw Jimin going out of the house.
"No Oppa, I have to go somewhere before going to Bighit" She bowed her head.
"Did you two fought?" Manager Sejin asked him, sitting inside the car.
"No" He said straightforwardly.
Chaeyoung teleport herself to a coffee shop when the car is nowhere to be seen.
She had fallen in love with Park Jimin. Deep and Real. But her brain tells her she is going a bit too fast to admit that she already is.
She love his demeanor, his soothing voice, and his fit. She felt as if he revolved around her that even though he was giving her nothing but silence, she couldn't stop thinking about him and that kiss that they shared in the club.
And now as she stood herself on the fire exit of Bighit Ent., she could only sigh knowing she'll be with Jimin in one room but much to her dismay, she already is part of the production team of his MV, and is a singer herself.
It was the first song she ever composed with him, she wrote her part as Jimin helped her to sync in to the song, and the producer already had it complete. Which means she has nowhere backing out.
"So, this contract will be not only for Jimin's Solo Music video for their comeback but also for you as our artist" "We know from the start, that you have talent for music" a producer said.
Chaeyoung stared back at the producer who co-produces their song smiling at her, as if asking her 'please sign up the contract we want you here'.
"What will I do after the release of their album?" Chaeyoung asked.
"You will cover some OST for dramas, Photoshoots, Variety Shows appearances, and most especially your own album," Manager Sejin said, who is as happy as the producer.
"My own?" She hang her mouth open.
"Yes" She looked at each and everyone in the meeting, the producer, manager sejin, and lastly the silent man who's been tapping his finger on his cellphone beside her all throughout the time.
"But I still have much to learn," She said.
"That's alright, we will provide you with coach for singing, dancing, actually anything," The producer said.
"That I guess would be lovely" She smiled at him.
"Are you done?" "Can I have the paper I need to sign?" Jimin said blankly.
"Oh yes, this" manager sejin gave the papers to them, and read their own sets of written contract meticulously when a sudden ring of cellphone was heard inside the meeting room.
"Hello?" Both the manager and the producer answered the phone.
"Yes, I'll be right there in just a minute" Manager Sejin went out first.
"Okay" the producer said "There seems to be an accident in the tracking room, I'll be back" "for the meantime read the contract first," storming out of the room leaving them alone.
Chaeyoung focused on reading her contract, without knowing that a certain man was staring at her as soon as he finished signing his own.
She will have her own manager, her own photoshoot, her own songs, her own album. Everything is enlisted on a bullet of what she'll be having but what makes the contract stand out even more is the worth of money she'll be getting the moment she signs the contract.
"Whoah, just how many zero is this" counting the numbers on her contract.
"Oppa!~"
She was halted when she heard a voice coming from the open door with a beautiful woman entering the room with a huge smile on her face going straight to Jimin.
She witnessed how the woman sat comfortably on his lap and her arm wrapped around his neck and her heart sank when she saw his hand held the girl's waist and a smile crept on his face seeing the girl.
She averted her eyes away from the two, wanting to storm out of the room but she wasn't done reading the contract.
"What are you doing here So Hee?" He asked her.
"I missed you so much, we haven't seen each other for so long" Ignoring his question, she leaned her body more to his chest and her head on his shoulder.
"I missed you too" Jimin said.
"Where have you been? I've been searching for you all over" the girl said in a cute voice, and the man chuckled at her.
"Sorry for not contacting you, I have been busy lately,"
"That's okay, you're here now" The woman pulled away enough to look at him. "Just how handsome can you be" caressing his jaw.
"I don't know, you tell me" He said seductively, tightening his hold on her waist.
"Are you free tonight?"
Chaeyoung felt like she just had an ice cold shower, her numbed trembling fingers slowly putting the contract on the table and took the pen that was resting on the table.
"Are you inviting me over?" He gave her a small laugh.
"Hmm are you?" she asked him.
"I'm busy later—how about now?" He suggested, holding her chin closer as if giving her a kiss.
Chaeyoung signed the contract quickly, startling the woman on his lap when she stood up loudly as the chair moved abruptly.
"I guess this is where I leave, right?" , smiling at them.
So Hee, stared at Chaeyoung from bottom to top, before she lean closer to his side giving him an open kisses on his jaw "Sorry for making you leave early, Miss"
"That's quite alright" she chuckled, turning her back on them walking towards the door.
"Have fun" she said when she was about to close the door but the two wasn't minding her, Jimin already carried the girl to take a seat in on top of the meeting table in between the girl's legs.
She close the door in a hurry, running away as fast as she can with a broken heart, avoiding people from colliding as her tears run wild on her cheeks.
Was that the real girlfriend? Or was he just fooling around with a lot of women! And she allowed him to kiss her like that on the club!
She felt so hurt and disgusted!
How could he enchant another woman when she was around him, she was a fool to believe that he loved her for real. He was nothing but a jerk, she should have known from the start!
She was about to teleport back to her mansion when a hand grab her wrist tightly pulling her, as they entered a small set of space in a snap to a storage area with just one small light illuminating the room.
She saw him with his seriousness looking at her face covered with sheer sweat and tears that had been running wild on her face. She turned around trying to open the door but the lock was jammed.
She tried using her magic to shatter the door into pieces but she felt the door with the same magic barrier when she was trapped in her room, that can only be lifted by its own host.
"Chaeyoung"
"Open this goddamn door" She said in return but the man didn't say anything.
"Didn't you hear me?! Open this door Jimin!"
He turn her around but instead of looking up to meet his gaze, she lowered her head enough to hide her face with her hair.
"Chaeyoung Let's talk"
"I don't think we have something to talk about," she answered, wiping her tears with free arm.
"Park Chaeyoung!" He shouted.
"What?!" she looked at him, she saw his rare golden eyes looking at her in anger.
"You're gonna use your eyes on me now?! What? make me deaf?!" she shouted back.
He sighed deeply, closing his eyes containing his anger and changing his eyes back to black, "Let's talk"
"Aren't we?" She asked.
"Can we just talk normally for a second?" He felt exhausted.
"I am perfectly... normal talking to you," She said waiting for him to speak up but what she got was silence once again
"Don't waste my time Jimin, I have things to do and you have someone waiting for you! So open the fucking door!"
"You're jealous" he scoffed.
"Huh?" "Why would I be?" She scoffed, "who am I to get jealous?" she said.
"You know I can hear you" going step closer to her.
"You are so full of yourself" "Not everyone likes you!" She shouted as she took a step back but in just a second she felt trapped in between the door and him.
"Go away!"
"I know you like me too, I heard your thoughts" he said, holding her waist with his free hand.
"I said go away!"" stop!" "Don't touch me!" she shouted, removing his hand on her wrist and pushed him away from her.
But with his hand tightly grip on her waist pulled her with him, he was forced to sit on the cold floor with her on top of him, straddling him in between her legs.
His hands wrapped around her waist caging her so she won't go away, she was clearly shock with wide eyes speechless.
He took the advantage to snuggle his nose on the crook of her neck.
"I miss you so much Chae" "You don't know how badly I want to talk to you" "You don't know how much I wanted to hold you like this again" "How I wish I could love you freely like Taehyung and Jennie" "How I wish you could just allow me to love you"
Every bit of his words flutters her shattered heart back into its own place. She couldn't stop her tears from falling again.
"I love you Park Chaeyoung"
But, this is all wrong.
She tried her best to push him away but his grip was stronger than she thought. She knew she can remove his hands on her but she felt so weak now that her heart felt in pain and confusion.
"Please don't push me away" His trembling voice made her stop.
"Please Chae" and before long she felt a hot teardrop on her shoulder that breached the barriers of her emotion.
"I know that you're thinking that it was too fast to move on from him" "You don't have to feel guilty forgetting your feelings for him" He said.
"D-Don't do this to me Jimin" Her voice hitched when she saw him in tears after pulling away enough to look at each other.
But there's no point in lying, he can hear everything inside her head.
"I know deep inside me I've already moved on from him" "And I know I've fallen in love with you but.." "I-I'm scared to love again" she held both of his cheeks, her thumb wiping his tears.
"You just have to trust me" he looked at her full of longing.
"What if we aren't meant to be" "That all of this things that had happened was just like the past" "A temporary attachment that I fea—"
"It wasn't temporary" he said "He knows that your line didn't match, but he selfishly took your heart even with knowing that" "But we aren't like that, we don't need tools to dictates us to love" "We don't need magic to know if we are meant to be" "We just need 'us' to work this" "It's only needs you and me"
"Jimin I—" Chaeyoung sobbed harder just hearing his soothing voice, forgetting all of her worries as the sorrowful memories of the past ripped apart in front of her.
Letting go of the tight rope that hinders her to submit herself to his love. She felt free from her trapped emotion that had been battling with her for a while.
She won't fool herself any longer.
"You just have to listen to your heart" "And believe me when I say I love you" "Cause I really do" "I love you Chaeyoung"
Just by looking at each other's eyes, they know they've been struck by the arrow of cupid as destiny tells them to go on and love each other, it's like universe has already decided that they're meant for each other.
Their heads move closer as if their mind thinks the same, and without a second thought, their lips sealed with a deep kiss that had never felt so at ease.
And that's how You and I became Us, and their universe now felt different from yesterday, moving forward to their journey with their hands interlocked.
They once thought fate was just fooling them with a set of accident to stir up their destiny, but it turns out, Evrima was just pulling them closer.
Because their love wasn't coincidental, it is meant to be.
