This was not the sole reason for her anger

"Knowing the future is a curse, nothing is obvious but you play the idiot to replicate the same result as your visions" She whispered that to me
"But she changed almost everything" I spoke to her in a similar manner
"That's not good... that's not good at all" She expressed her worry
"Is there something, we need to worry about?"
"Only time will tell" She finished our whisper game
She went back to her friends
Chiaki joined us too after she finished her body check with Maya
"What's wrong with her?" Chiaki expressed her worry too
"She has a bad day, don't worry" I tried to calm her down with a childish smile
"Lately, she refuses our invitations a lot..." Maya said with a sad face
"Rei-chan was looking after me. I'm the reason for it" I told them the truth
"She is an introvert. Her social interactions as a leader were out of her safe zone and she's mentally unstable right now" Chiaki deducted

That's more likely the reason for her actions, but Kiyotaka's deduction is not off either

"Chie-chan... I understand that we're going to be spending one week on this island, but is it possible to get by without using any points?" Onodera asked
She answered instantly
"The school isn't involved in the test process at all. That means that you must prepare your own food and water. Thinking of solutions to resolve the issue is part of the test. I don't know of any way of doing so without points"

She nodded

She went to Kikyō afterwards

Horikita turned her eyes on Kiyotaka's direction and he nodded
Before their departure for the endless jungle, the black sheep returned
"Chie-chan!!! this watch is not working properly. I can't check anything..." She complained
"Let me see it" Chie-chan said
The watch was completely dead. No signs of breaking it on purpose either
I see!!! She rigged the watch with her own unique way
She closed our distance with a smug face
"The other classes will rejoice" She said with a smile
"I'm guessing a sabotage" I said with confidence
"Something like that, you will see~"
She joined Kiyotaka's group
Let's see how the other participants will handle her

"I activated Operation : Horikita's plan V1. The other classes will witness our savior's true power" I joked

"Each class will be accompanied by their respective homeroom teachers until the test is over. If you’ve decided where you want your base camp to be, report it. Once the base is set up, I will hold roll call there. "Sudō. I'm paying you 10k points after this exam, if you carry the living corpse over there" I said while pointing at Yukimura with my finger

"We had this whole thing planned in advance" I looked up on the sky "With some unexpected interference, this exam is something different" I completed with that

Horikita tried to form a question but a scream that came from Ichinose's class interrupted her
The female scream came from the forest. With some calculations, the distance is about two minutes from here
"W-What's going on?" She asked shocked
"Let there be carnage" I gave her a little teaser with an innocent smile

I was quite busy the last couple of days with the new volume. I'm quite happy that the psychological tag returned.
This volume worked as a setup and I can't wait to see the next developments
I have some complaints of course but I don't want to spoil something so soon. This volume gave me a great idea which I'm going to try after the zodiac exam (after 1-2 months)
