i could jump to a dumpster
and pull out treasure
you will find repulsive
but they will summon
forgotten creatures
upon the sight of waste
and they will cry with dread
laugh in triumph and rejoice
their eyes go red in frustration
their ears go red in excitement
and i should repeat
i heaved it from the sea
of things used and discarded
but any would feel
feelings anew
just as how much
these things disgust you
