vinnie had returned to los angeles after spending a week in his hometown with his family and his girl. he had enjoyed it a lot, but had to go back home because of his work.
he was currently on his way to a party with anthony, troy and avani. it was going to be the release of dixie's new song and she was throwing a party at the d'amelio's house to celebrate.
"how do these things normally work?" vinnie asked them, being the only one that had never went to one of the girl's release parties "i just know we watch the music video, right?"
"we pretty much wait for the music video to be out, hanging out in a livestream, and when it's out, we just drink and dance like in any other party." avani explained
vinnie could only nod his head, hoping the night would be great, because he was not too excited about it.
he didn't drink that much, he knew that. so, why was he holding himself back from kissing nailea? they've spent most of the night together, as friends, but now he could only think about kissing her.
it was nothing compared to what he felt for sofia, but it was still a feeling he couldn't ignore "bro, so like i was telling you before, i still can't believe i went to the vma's. that's like, insane, right?" she spoke but he didn't pay attention, trying to get her out of his head
he agreed to whatever she was saying, taking a big gulp of his beer "it's really cool." he faked a smile, looking around trying to find one of his friends who could help him out, but finding none
"what's going on?" nailea looked confused as she got closer to him and touched his arm "your mind seems to be anywhere but here." she laughed lightly
"would you hate me if i told you i'm thinking about us kissing?" vinnie sighed, looking at the girl in front of him. she was no sofia, but she was really pretty
"uh, that was unexpected." she raised her eyebrows in surprise "i do imagine us kissing too, so i wouldn't hate you for that. it would be kinda hypocritical... should we just go for it or...?" she asked shyly
"fuck it." the tiktok boy muttered to himself before pulling nailea close and pressing their lips together. after all, it was just a one time thing and sofia would never find out, right?
wrong. none of the two noticed, but standing very close to them was someone filming a tiktok and they could be seen in the back. it was obvious, to those who knew nailea and vinnie, that it was them there.
also, they didn't just kiss once or twice. it went much further than that. it was pretty fucked up on the boy's part, but he was hoping it all could be forgotten. again, to him, it was a one time thing. it wouldn't happen again.
