Ignore the mistakes 🙏🏻
Jungkook was still unconscious, it almost the end of the day. It's 9 in the evening and the pack house is still a chaos.
Chaos because Taehyung just came back and is not calming down knowing what happened. He just want to be with Jungkook but his condition isn't suitable to be around Jungkook.
Taehyung was crying continuously and his hands are shaking. It's his birthday and what kind of blessing he brought for the next year? What is there to be happy about it.
"Please just a glimpse, I won't even make noise, just let me see him." He pleaded. It's his right but he just have to beg for his right.
"Taehyung you can't....."
"I'm his mate at least i deserve that." Taehyung cried again cutting Yoongi in between his sentence.
"Let him go." They all turned to Head Alpha who just came out of the room.
"Dad is Jungkook okay?" Yoongi asked, knowing that Head Alpha spent the whole day in his room.
"He is better, let him go see him." He said again and went straight to his office.
Taehyung ran toward the hospital wing where Jungkook was. Jimin accompany his as no body was letting him go see Jungkook either.
"Koo." Taehyung cried holding his hand. He felt so soft yet cold, his body felt like giving up. And the thought alone shattered Taehyung from inside.
Head Alpha went back to his office, locking the door and when he was sure that he is alone he broke down.
He fell to his knees and cried, trying to lower his sobs but he cried all his sorrow out.
Whatever he heard was true and hard to change. He really went too far. It's too late to ask for forgiveness but is it really hard to do what he was told? No it isn't. He know that's the only way and that's the right way.
Flashback:
As soon as Yoongi left the room, Head Alpha walked upto Jungkook and sat beside him. His son is strong and unbreakable that's what he always thought but right now he look so young and so vulnerable. After all he is just a kid.
"I know asking for forgiveness is absurd now, after what i did i deserve not to be forgiven, I'm selfish, too selfish to let you hate me. I can't....i need my son, i need my Jungkook to hold me, to be my shoulder in my old age. I failed as a father, but i need my son. I'm selfish and greedy. I'm hungry for power but I'm more hungry for my children's love. I want to be called Pa."
Head Alpha was holding Jungkook's hand in between his hands and his tears were flowing down Jungkook's arm. A pure devastated image of a Head Alpha.
"I'm sorry son. I'm a coward, always have been....... A fucking coward." Head Alpha cried even harder.
"Head Alpha." Head Alpha looked up to see Jungkook still asleep but he can hear him. It took him a second to understand who was talking.
"J-Jk."
"Yes."
"How is my son? Is he okay?" Head Alpha asked.
"He will be....he is strong, he always get back on his feet he will again." Jk replied but one thing was clear that he was pissed.
"J-JK.....will he.....can you....."
"Forgive you? I don't know you tell can should you be forgiven?" JK cut him off.
"I'm sorry."
"Sorry won't do anything Alpha, sorry isn't that big of a word. You did much worse to him." JK barked. "He is loosing himself, soon he will stop fighting. You made a deeper cut, it'll take ages to fill."
"D-Don't say that. He'll be okay, I'll make sure of it. Just tell me what should i do to amend by doings, what should i do to ask for forgiveness." Head Aloha pleaded, hands still holding Jungkook's hand.
"You tell me what can you do? You know him, at some point he will forgive you even if you don't do anything but i suppose you do something, you should ask for forgiveness."
"I will do anything. Please help me, I can't take the burden anymore. I just want to be free and live my life with my children. I'm tired of being scared and greedy." It sound selfish but JK knew he was actually sorry. It isn't about him anymore it's about his son. About Jungkook.
"Give him his right." JK replied.
"I will. What should i do?" He asked again.
"Yoongi is your elder son, but you also know who is the rightful owner to be next Head Alpha. Pa would have been the Alpha if he was alive. Give this place to his son. Step away from the leadership." JK asked more like command.
"Jaehyung would've been the head Alpha? When? Why didn't i know about it?"
"Ask your mother about it. She knows. For now do what's right. Let my father rest in peace." JK's voice changed a bit. It became small and vulnerable.
"I'm sorry. Please forgive me." Head Alpha said again but before he can do anything Jungkook jolted awake.
He coughed violently, holding his chest tightly and looked around. It took him quite some time to adjust according to the surrounding.
"Hyung...." Jungkook called first.
"Where is hyung? Where am i? Is he okay?" Jungkook asked panicking.
"Calm down son, you brother is okay, you are okay. You saved everyone. You save everyone." He said twice and hugged his son.
"You are my strong boy. Pa is so proud of you." He kissed his cheeks.
"Get off me." Jungkook slightly pushed him and Head Alpha knew he deserves this.
"I'm sorry son. I'm really very sorry." Head Alpha said looking down at his lap. "Can you forgive me? Can you forgive your old man and give him a hug? It hurts right here since ages, will you take that away?" He said pointing at his heart.
"Why so desperate huh? Why do you want an unwanted son to forgive you? Why do you even care?" Jungkook cried.
"Because your old man is indeed very old to understand the difference between need and greed. I always thought i need to be a Head Alpha, to be best to get respect but it took me ages to understand it was my greed. I lost so much and now I'm standing empty handed. It hurts to see my own son hating me."
"I'm not your son. You were never my father." Jungkook can't forgive him, never.
Head Alpha went silent.
"I'm an orphan and will stay that way. I'll soon leave the pack also." Jungkook announced.
"Kook...."
"Jungkook. It's Jungkook." He corrected. Jungkook himself feels hurt. He has never behaved like this to anyone. He actually loved his father, he love his father but the pain is too much for him. He can't just ignore it.
"Jungkook.....Pa is....."
"Stop right there." Jungkook roared.
"Jungkook please let me amend my deeds. Let me ask for your forgiveness. Let me apologize." Head Alpha said and Jungkook turned his face to the other side.
"I want to be alone. I don't want to see you." He said rolling over to the other side.
"O-okay. Rest well." Head Alpha kissed on the back of his head and left the room.
A single tear left Jungkook's eye absorbing in the pillow. Why is it so hard for him to forgive. How can he hate the person who raised him. His father has always been an inspiration for him, he always looked up to this old man.
It's just the pain, he don't actually hate him. He can't do that. Now he knows what Taehyung might have felt when he was barbaric to him yet he forgave him.
End of Flashback.
Head Alpha dropped to the ground holding his head. It's actually hard to face the consequences. Oh how he thought he will never get caught. How naive of him.

"Tae let him sit properly." Jimin said and held Taehyung back.
He saw how slowly and tiredly Jungkook opened his eyes. It shatters Jimin seeing Jungkook this way. He has always seen him strong and standing and he like to keep it that way.
Jungkook looked at his mate and smiled weakly. "I fulfilled my promise." He said weakly holding his hand.
"I was so scared." Taehyung held his hand tightly giving it a little squeeze. He can feel the stiffness of Jungkook's hand.
"Me too." Jungkook smiled. Taehyung can see he is in pain yet he smiled to confort him.
"Do you wnat me to do something? F-for the pain to go away?" Taehyung asked. He saw Jungkook nodding and smiling. "What should i do?"
"Stay beside me, keep holding my hand and keep looking at me." Jungkook smiled making Taehyung's heart go crazy.
Jimin couldn't help but smile.
"Jungkook-ssi you were awesome out there." Jungkook just then noticed Jimin standing beside Taehyung.
"I has to be, your's and Yoongi Hyung's life was on the line." He said acknowledging Jimin's concern.
"Yoongi is so lucky to have a brother like you in his life." Jimin smiled sincerely.
"That he is. You better tell him that. He never actually praised me." Jungkook pouted.
"Brat." They all turned to see Yoongi standing by the door, hands on the chest and eyes having thousands of emotions running wild in them.
Yoongi came inside and stood beside Taehyung. He stepped forward towards Jungkook and helped him sit straight. He looked once again at his brother, tear welled in his eyes thinking about what Jimin told him.
He has always found Jungkook behind his back never in his life has he felt alone, he was always there.
When Jimin told him that Jungkook jumped into the fire without even caring about his life Yoongi felt his chest tightening.
What has he done to have him? He might not say it but he always thank Moon Goddess for sending Jungkook in his life. For blessing him with a brother like him.
"What? Tell me last time you praised me." Jungkook said squinting his eyes.
"Never and i will never do that." Yoongi said sitting beside him. He tapped at his chest and Jungkook shouted.
"Ouch it still hurts." Taehyung looked at him worried.
"Hyung please be careful." He said weakly.
"Oh Goddess, i forgot you are...... never mind." He said and again pressed at the same spot.
"Ouch." Jungkook wanted to curse.
"You'll be okay. Fucking True Blood." He bent down and gave a kiss over his forehead.
"That's enough for thank you." Jungkook crunched his nose and pushed Yoongi by his hand over his mouth. He was mot used to this and Yoongi was not good with words.
"You two are weird." Jimin laughed.
"You don't even know hyung." Jungkook replied pulling Yoongi into a hug. Taehyung and Jimin saw the selfless love and emotions both brothers exchanged.
"I'm hungry." Jungkook said looking at Taehyung.
"What do you want to eat? I'll get it for you." Taehyung asked.
"Anything will be okay." Jungkook smiled and Taehyung nodded.
"Take Jimin with you, he make delicious food." Yoongi added and both friends smiled looking at eachother.
"Sure." Taehyung said bending down to Jungkook level.
"I wanted to tell you something." He whispered earning a frown from Jungkook.
"What is it?" Jungkook asked.
"I love you." Taehyung whispered and before Jungkook could answer him, he ran away. Jungkook kept looking at the door for few seconds.
"He'll be back in few minutes." Yoongi said earning a smavk at his arm.
"Who was it hyung?" Jungkook asked after few seconds.
"I don't know. It was so sudden. I took Jimin out and we were about to eat dinner when suddenly the doors and Windows opened and a swirl of wind took everything in a motion. Soon Jimin was pulled out of the house, but there was no person. It was just a wind. I wanted to help him and was about to go after Jimin when i was trapped inside the house and within a second the house was on fire." Yoongi told him.
"Jimin hyung told you anything?" Jungkook asked.
"Not yet."
"Do you have suspicion on anyone?"
"None actually."
"There is someone out there hyung. We need to be very careful." Jungkook said worriedly.
"I'll ask Jimin. I don't think it was an anonymous attack. It was planned. Someone knew we will be there." Yoongi said.
"But what was the motive?" Jungkook asked.
"I don't know but I'll look into it. Take good care of yourself and get on your feet by tomorrow. We still need to celebrate the new year." Yoongi said and Jungkook remembered something.
"I will." Jungkook was not listening anymore. It's Taehyung's birthday. He totally forgot.
"Hyung. What time is it?" Jungkook asked and Yoongi halted in his way.
"It's 10 pm." Yoongi told him and Jungkook's hand flung to his mouth.
I-I.....I wasted his special day. It's his birthday and i.....I need to.....I need to make it up to him.
"Kook you okay?" Yoongi asked as he saw Jungkook completely in a state of shock.
"I-I am......not." He whispered. Soon Taehyung came back with Jimin.
"Jungkook would you stay here or should we shift you back to your room?" He asked and Jungkook's eyes were only on Taehyung whose eyes held nothing but love.
"I-I would like to go in my room." Jungkook said eyes not leaving Taehyung's face.
"Get him food there, I'll take him to his room." Yoongi said and Taehyung was first on to turn around and leave.
"What happened?" Yoongi asked.
"It's his birthday. I wasted his whole day." Jungkook whispered.
"Night is still young." Yoongi winked and Jungkook couldn't help but imagine the dirty thoughts running in his brother's mind.
"You are so disgusting." Jungkook said with a glare.
"That's the best gift you can give him." Yoongi said somehow Jungkook thought of a thing.
"Take me to my room." Jungkook said and Yoongi took him to his room. Jungkook was feeling alot better now.
"Your food." Taehyung placed the tray on the table and helped Jungkook eat.
"We'll leave you two alone now." Yoongi said with a smirk taking Jimin forcefully out of the room. He wanted to stay with Taehyung.
"Are you not mad at me?" Jungkook asked.
"Why will i be mad at you?" Taehyung asked innocently.
"I was not with you, it's your birthday and....."
"I've been alone my whole life, birthday don't matter to me that much." Taehyung replied with a smile but it didn't reach his eyes.
"You know i can hear you thoughts." Jungkook said placing the spoon down. "Sometimes it's okay to get angry. It's okay to say you are hurt. I'm your mate Tae, you have full right on me."
"I'm not hurt Koo. I'm not.....I just wanted to be with you but it was important that you saved Yoongi hyung and Jimin so I'm not angry." Taehyung smiled.
"Let me make it up to you." Jungkook replied and smiled more like smirked.
"It's okay Koo." Taehyung replied but he soon felt something wrong with his body. He knew it will happen but not so soon.
"Taehyung you...."
"I'll be right back." Taehyung stood up but Jungkook held his hand.
"You don't have to hide Taehyung, you have me.....let me help you." Jungkook said knowing Taehyung just had his heat and running away will only hurt him.
"Jungkook .....I don't think...." He stoped when suddenly another wave of pain hit him.
"Please." Jungkook stood up and held Taehyung's hand. "Let me help you."
"It'll hurt....."
"It won't. I promised you that i will erase every painful memory and make happy ones." Jungkook said holding Taehyung's body securely in his arms.
He kissed him and lead him to the bed.
"I promise you will love it." Jungkook smiled placing Taehyung on the bed.
The rest of the night was a beautiful history.
