Zane's POV.
We were now heading to uncle Arsenio's house. All the cousins and brothers were staying there except for the brothers and cousins who were the second in command, that means that Allesandro, Ricciardo and Wayne are going with the others.
The uncles, aunts and grandpa were coming with them on a mission.
The mission wasn't something too big so that's why not all the brothers were coming.
While the others were gone, we were heading to uncle Arsenio's house to keep the others company.
We arrived after driving for about 30 minutes and head inside.
It was now around 8 am.
We all greeted each other before the others left for their mission.
"Where's Val?" Asked Matteo.
Most of them shrugged before Elijah answered.
" we haven't seen her yet today. She's probably still sleeping."
We all nodded our heads at that before we left to go to the backyard.
Most of us we're just talking while the others were playing football or something.
I was with Matteo playing basketball.
I of course let him win.
Eventually some of the others joined us too.

A few hours have passed and we were all just sitting on the grass talking.
"Can we go to Val?" Matteo whined
Now that he mentioned it, I still haven't seen Val yet and it was getting pretty late.
I looked at some other worried faces and decided that I should go and check on her
" I'll go check on her and see if she wants to come too us."
They all agreed, but we all went inside while they stayed in the living room with some snacks, I walked upstairs to Valentina's bedroom.
I gently knocked on the door, asking if I could come in.
I didn't hear an answer, so I knocked again.
Still nothing.
" val honey, can I come in. You're worrying me." I said my voice raising a little.
Still nothing.
"Valentina open the door or I'm coming in." I almost yelled.
Still nothing.
I tried to open the door but it was locked.
"Valentina open the door or I'm breaking it down" I threatened.
Nothing.
I took a step back and bumped all my weight into the door until it broke.
I know that there are other ways to open the door without breaking the lock but I'm to worried to even try.
" I'm coming in" I called out.
I walked inside and looked around her room until I finally saw her.
On her bed, she lays.
Her sleeves rolled up until they hit her elbows.
Blood dripping out of cuts on her forearms.
Her white bedsheets full of blood all around her.
And lastly her weak and pale body, eyes closed
No no no she's not dead.
Please tell me she isn't dead.
I quickly ran towards her, checking her pulse.
There was one, but it was very weak.
"ELIJAH" I kept screaming until he came.
" honey open your eyes, come on." I pleaded while gently also patting her cheek.
She opened her eyes lightly before closing them again.
Tears were now falling down my face while I tried to stop the bleeding.
Elijah quickly ran upstairs, eyes widening in shock seeing his little sister like this.
He ran to us at a fast speed.
" is there a pulse?" He asked while running.
"Y-yes but it's weak." I said.
" pick her up and run to the medical wing here, make sure Matteo doesn't see her or the others. We'll tell them when the situation is under control."
I nodded at his answer and run to the medical wing making sure nobody saw what was happening.
Finally arriving, I sat Val on the medical bed in there. She was barely conscious and kept falling in and out of unconsciousness.
Before we left the room we put some cloth on the wounds so it would stop bleeding.
"Keep holding pressure on her left arm while I do the right one." He said.
I agreed and did what he said until...
Suddenly she started going into shock.
Her whole body.
Eyes rolling to the back of her head.
Mouth a little bit open.
Head thrown back too, while her body spasmed and her then her shaking.
"Elijah" I called out pleading for him to do something.
I kept holding pressure on the wounds though.
"Her body is going into chock from the blood loss" he said seeing my confused state on why she was going into this shock.
"Do something" I pleaded desperately.
He injected something in her before she calmed down and fell unconscious.
After that Elijah took care of her left arm and bandaged it up before coming to my side which had finally stopped bleeding and bandaged that one up too.
I send a message to one of the maids to change her bedsheets because it was full of blood and then went back to Val.
I also cleaned my hands from the blood and made sure that nothing was on me or her either.
When I was done, Elijah finished up too.
I looked back at Val before looking over to Elijah.
"She's so pale an-and cold" I cried out, tears filling my eyes again.
Elijah pulled me into a hug.
" shsshhhh I know I know, she'll be okay. I'm going to give her some blood and then we'll just have to wait." I nodded my head while he released me.
I gave Val a kiss on her head before calling her brothers to the medical wing.
"Why did we need to come to the medical wing?" Xavier asked. His playfulness tone gone, turned in a serious one.
" something happened." I said softly before continuing.
They all fearfully but curiously looked at me.
" When I went to get Val, her door was locked. When I finally got it open, I found her lying on her bed, barely conscious . While she was bleeding from her wrists. I called Elijah over right before her body went into shock because of the blood loss. Elijah is giving her extra blood right now." I said in a sad tone.
I looked at the faces of my cousins who I consider as my brothers.
They look sad and hurt, but also angry.
" can we see her now?" Blake asks urgent.
I nodded my head before they flew out the hallway and into the room.
I knew I had to tell the others so I went to the living room.
Matteo didn't need to hear this, so I was planning on just telling the others and luckily he was asleep.
" guys I need to talk to you." I said in a serious but still sad voice.
"Have you been crying?" Jaxon asked.
I nodded my head before I was about to tell them what had happened,
The front door opened and the rest of the family came home.
They all walked to the living room in a different change of clothes probably expecting to see us all happy.
I saw my mom quickly noticing that I was crying so she came to me while the others in the room were confused.
" oh my sweet baby, are you okay? What happened?" She asked in a concerned tone and I just couldn't hold it in anymore.
I completely broke down in front of the family still shocked myself finding my cousin who is like a sister to me in that state. Not knowing that if she even would of survived if I hadn't come fast enough.
