"Wait you imprinted on a newborn baby?"

"Uh ALICE, EDWARD GET OUT HERE NOW!" Addison's voice was filled to the brim with worry as she shouted for her siblings who immediately rushed outside their limbs freezing at the sight of the wolves surrounding the house fully ready for a fight that ended with bloodshed...
"We're outnumbered". Jasper spoke as his arm unconsciously shoved his wife slightly behind him, "by a lot" the twins added their voices wavering as Addison's hand wrapped around Jasper's arm as her black eyes studied the wolves with uncertainty. "I won't let them hurt my family".
The wolves began to stalk forward making Addison let out a shaky breath, "well then you better become superman because they're ready to kill us"... and as soon as the last word slipped past her lips, the wolves attacked...

"Come on Paul I've been nice to you" Addison tried as Wolf-Paul snapped his large jaws at her fully ready to tear her to pieces, she was already exhausted but she refused to show any weakness as she pushed him back but he kept coming back for her with more strength, "I swear to God Paul if you don't lay down I'm gonna find a damn spray bottle".
Wolf-Paul could tell the vampire was tiring and he found an opening not wasting any time as he sank his sharp teeth into her arm tossing her across the yard and into a tree with ease, spitting out a piece of her pale flesh with utter disgust as she groaned in pain standing up on jello-like legs... And he didn't waste time launching himself onto her and pinning her to the ground with his large furry paws, snapping his jaws in her face.
"Paul please!" She begged squirming underneath his hold as his snapping teeth drew closer and closer to her face, she could feel his warm breath repeatedly hitting her skin as he huffed and puffed making her turn her head away from him. Wolf-Paul was only mere inches away from clamping his jaw and teeth around her head making a terrified scream tear from the back of her throat, she was going to die...

"Get off my sister". Emmett growled punching the werewolf off of Addison and into a tree making the creature yelp in pain as wildfire spread through his spine but he shook it off immediately pouncing on the bigger Cullen with a vengeance. Addison steadily stood to her feet her growing anger taking over her exhaustion as she rushed to go help her family with the wolves.
Jasper, Addison, and Esme stood in a loose circle protecting each other from the attacking wolves...
Addison bite back a hiss of pain as she tossed another werewolf another one replacing that one, her arm throbbed in disagreement but all the pain suddenly seemed to vanish when Wolf-Paul staked towards her once again... and she didn't even hesitate to swing at him using all the strength she could muster punching him directly in the snout completely satisfied by the yelp of pain and the loud crunching noise of his nose breaking.
"That was for biting me- and this" she spoke punching him once again "was for trying to kill me- and this one" another harsh punch to the nose "was just for fun". Addison pushed the fallen brown hair out her face turning her head when she felt eyes on her, "w-what?" she asked noticing the amused look on Jasper's face, "nothing... nothing at all" he chuckled with a small shake of his head.

Eventually, Carlisle, Emmett, and Edward had joined Jasper's, Addison's, and Esme's loose protection circle all of them trying to fight off the werewolves who just seemed to keep coming back... It didn't matter how many times they were tossed into a tree, or punched in the nose, or even bit, they just kept coming back with a vengeance, they were out for bloodshed, and eventually, the wolves had the Cullen's backed up against the wooden steps stalking closer and closer...
Addison found herself unconsciously reaching out for Jasper lacing her fingers around his arm as her other hand stretched out for Alice who almost immediately laced her fingers through Addison's squeezing tightly for reassurance. Right at that moment, everything was perfectly okay between the three of them...
"Stop it's over!" Jacob shouted jumping into the fray of the battle of the Cullen's vs Wolves... "If you kill her, you kill me".
Wolf-Sam huffed and puffed before lurching forward to attack once again but this time Jacob moved into his path only to get tossed with ease luckily he shifted into his wolf before he smashed against the house, and he landed on four paws stalking towards the pack with a deathly glare...
And suddenly Edward realized exactly what had happened... "Jacob imprinted, they can't hurt her, whoever a wolf imprints on can't be harmed, it's their most absolute law".

Alpha Sam growled and huffed before slowly turning around to leave the other wolves following after their leader...
Wolf-Paul took a moment to turn back and glare at Addison who childishly hissed in response still upset with him tearing a huge chunk of skin out of her arm, and with a low snarl, he dashed into the woods. "God I hate him" she grumbled her hand leaving Jasper's and Alice's to gently touch the wound, a small pout forming on her lips.
Wolf-Jacob slowly turned around to face the family and in the long long tense silence, the weird situation finally sunk in for Addison making her furrow her eyebrows in confusion, "wait you imprinted on a newborn baby?"

"She shouldn't be this still... Maybe I really was too late" Addison spoke her voice distant and barely audible as she stared at Bella who still appeared to be unresponsive... The blood was cleaned off of her skin and she was dressed in new clean clothes but she was still dead... "She's really dead I was hoping that she was just a slow-turner but she's gone"...
"It's the morphine". Jasper spoke as he stepped into the room, "Carlisle even said it's just the morphine, these things take time". Addison shook her head refusing to believe his words, "Addison listen to her heart, she's still alive"...
Addison sighed gently lacing her hand through the human's cold limp one "I'm so sorry Bells..." a sniffled echoed through the quiet room making Addison pause wondering if Jasper would drag her back out into the living room but he didn't move, he didn't even speak, he just silently leaned against the wall of the doorway crossing his arms across his chest letting her say whatever she needed to say...

"If you can hear me right now then you need to listen closely, you need to wake up because Mae needs her momma and Edward needs his wife and I-" Addison's voice cracked trying to keep her composure "and I need to know that I didn't kill my sister-in-law, I- I need to know that I didn't break my word on protecting you, so please, please wake up I am begging here".
Jasper slowly stepped forward unsure if she wanted to be around him or if she even wanted to be comforted but the exact moment his arms carefully wrapped around her waist she turned around in his arms leaning against him as her emotions became too overwhelming to deal with, "she's gonna wake up darlin" Jasper's voice was soft as he placed gentle kisses on the crown of her head, "she's gonna wake up".
Addison didn't respond, she didn't want to speak anymore, she was perfectly content with just being in his arms, but Jasper had other things on his mind... he had important things he needed to get off his chest, "Addison... I'm sorr-".
Addison shook her head cutting off whatever he was about to say "don't Jazz please, just don't right now, just... hold me".
And Jasper obliged his apology dying on his tongue, that was for another time, right now all she wanted, all she needed was to be around him, so he would wait to apologize, right now he would just hold her...

A/n~ This is officially the last chapter of Breaking Dawn Pt.1 which means we're moving on to Breaking Dawn Pt.2 and I am so excited and also a little nervous for your guy's reaction to somethings but that's a different matter for a different time...
